Episode 1 - Percy Disappears

On their way to a celebration for Thomas' 10,000th delivery, Percy tries to help Thomas with his big speech, but Thomas fails to listen. While distracted, Thomas doesn't notice when Percy falls off the track and gets lost. Percy tries unsuccessfully to find his way to familiar terrain. Thomas realizes he wasn't listening to Percy after all! He abandons his delivery ceremony to find Percy! Thomas uses what he knows about his best friend to track him down, proving how well he knows his loc-amigo.

  

Episode 2 - Shake, Rattle, & Bruno

When Bruno comes along to help Diesel get a heavy load to the Lighthouse, Bruno tries suggesting a safer route, but Diesel doesn't wait long enough to listen to him. When Diesel barrels though Crumble Canyon, Bruno must brake hard to keep them safe. The squeal causes a rock avalanche and blocks them in. Diesel learns to open his ears to collaborate with Bruno on a solution that uses both their strengths to get out.

  

Episode 3 - Fast Friends

While Kana and Thomas deliver aquarium materials for the Vicarstown Fish Day, it's up to steady Percy and Nia to deliver the fish themselves. However, Nia gets a wobbly wheel, inciting Percy to ask Kana for a switch so she can help Nia and speed up the delivery. Once Nia is fixed, she's raring to go, but Kana unexpectedly wants to slow things down to keep the fish safe. Could this quarrel spell doom for the delivery or allow these engines to learn something they never realized about each other?

  

Episode 4 - Ashima's Amazing Arrival

When Ashima is set to arrive on Sodor, Thomas and friends attempt to go the extra mile in order to make the island seem fantastic! Thomas plans an extraordinary welcome that includes a tiger, painted dock, and big dance number. But when the spectacular plan gets ruined at every turn, the friends imperfect welcome still makes Ashima's arrival extra special.

  

Episode 5 - Tri-and-a-Half-a-lon

The engines are revved up for their homemade obstacle course event known as the Tri-and-a-half-a-lon. During practice, Nia worries that she's never been able to beat the timer, but Sandy and Carly encourage her to keep practicing before the event the next day. Nia becomes so committed that she overworks herself, zooming all over the island well into the night. The morning of the event, Nia finds she's so tired she isn't sure if she can race, but she pushes through, learning that while practice is good, too much practice can wear you out so much that you miss the fun.

  

Episode 6 - Carly's Magnificent Magnet

When Carly gets a new magnet to help Tess the Troublesome Crane load up a shipment of metal crates, she struggles with the new tool. Carly is frustrated that she's making mistakes during the job. Sandy and Thomas reassure Carly that she needs give herself time to be bad at it. Mistakes are part of learning something new! When Sandy ends up careening towards the water, Carly will have to put her new knowledge to the test and hope she won't make another mistake.

  

Episode 7 - New Mail Engine in Town

After Percy gets in an accident and ends up with a broken axle, Nia temporarily takes over his mail delivery duties for him - and her mail delivery is even quicker! Percy thinks the replacement is permanent. In an attempt to find his new thing, Percy tries out different jobs all over Sodor, but nothing seems to fit him quite right. When he's just about ready to give up and head to the mainland, everyone agrees quick is not better. They all miss Percy's caring, careful way of delivering the mail. He's the best engine for the job!

  

Episode 8 - Hot Air Percy

Thomas and Percy are excited to deliver a special balloon for the hot-air balloon festival, but the balloon is wrapped up tight. They're instructed not to peek at it until they arrive. While making the delivery, part of the balloon pops out of its tarp and the wind carries it skyward, along with Percy. Percy never expected to enjoy a flight that much! Now it's up to Thomas to get help from Harold and Beresford in order to bring Percy home.

  

Episode 9 - Carly's Screechy Squeak

Carly has developed a terrible SQUEAK, and Sandy finds an oil can to give her as a feel-good surprise. But when everyone keeps telling Sandy how awful Carly's squeak actually sounds, Sandy feels motivated to keep making the fix bigger and bigger until she's created a wacky robot oil can squirter. The robot goes haywire, squirting everyone except Carly with oil. In the end, Sandy learns that the simple oil can was the only thing Carly needed all along.

  

Episode 10 - Blackout!

When a storm knocks out power for the whole island, Thomas volunteers to deliver a generator from Kellsthorpe to Knapford. He's determined to complete this task on his own and initially refuses all offers of help, but he soon becomes overwhelmed with complications. Sandy and Carly show up to teach Thomas that everyone needs a little help sometimes, and the three watch as all the engines on Sodor team up to complete the delivery.

  

Episode 11 - Brand New Track

Thomas and Percy explore a brand-new track the evening before the route is opened. Everything seems new and exciting, and even a night spent stuck in the mud turns into a wonderful experience. Only in the light of day do they realize that nothing they saw was really "new" at all - it just seemed so because they brought to it a sense of delight and discovery.

  

Episode 12 - Stink Monster

Thomas and the other young engines encounter a stink monster that threatens to spread a stench all over Knapford! When Percy is kidnapped by the stink monster, the rest of the Biggest Adventure Club band together to create a plan to save their friend and stop the stink monster in its tracks! Looking closer, they realize it's their good friend Whiff's new invention causing a stink!

  

Episode 13 - Whiteout!

With the holidays just around the corner, Thomas and Percy are determined to deliver the mail to all the patrons of Sodor. There are presents! The problem is there's a massive whiteout snowstorm covering the entire island and preventing the engines from seeing where they're going. Overcoming various obstacles, Thomas and Percy learn that they can rely on their other senses as well as their familiarity with the island to find where they need to go and deliver the gifts just in time.

  

Episode 14 - Christmas Mountain

It's Christmas time in Sodor and every engine is excitedly preparing for the holiday, especially Bruno who is excited to put his star on the tree. It's his tradition! When the Christmas tree can't be delivered, Thomas and Percy learn why traditions are important to Bruno. They get creative to keep a disappointed Bruno's holiday spirit bright, ultimately transforming Lookout Mountain into the best -- and biggest -- replacement "tree!" Thomas, Percy, and Bruno are joined by their friends to decorate, sing, and celebrate the tradition together!

  

Episode 15 - Good as New

While out on a delivery to Whiff's Recycling Plant with his beloved buddy Boxy in tow, Thomas realizes that his pal is on his last crooked axle. Inspired by Whiff's talent in turning junk into useful inventions, Thomas recruits Percy to help him on a scrap scavenger hunt so they can make Boxy as good as new! However, mending the broken boxcar proves to be harder than Thomas thought, but with guidance from Whiff and his "secret formula," Thomas and friends reduce, reuse, recycle, and rethink to transform Boxy into a rolling repurposed wonder!

  

Episode 16 - More Than a Pretty Engine

After a fierce storm causes a rockslide in Crumble Canyon, mountain engine Ashima is eager to clean and clear the chaos with her new friends. However, Thomas and the others are concerned: if Ashima were to help them, the mucky mess could ruin her beautiful paint! When the friends' fussiness prevents Ashima from working with the team, she has to prove to Thomas and the others that they shouldn't judge her by her appearance.

  

Episode 17 - Snowplow Struttin'

Thomas is thrilled -- Sir Topham Hatt has given him a snowplow in preparation for a big storm on the way, and the Number One Engine is ready to show off his skills! But when he is assigned to guide Diesel and Percy on their deliveries in case of snow, Thomas learns that he needs to use his plow responsibly for his friends and their tasks!

  

Episode 18 - Thomas in Charge

When Gordon is given an all-day responsibility on the far side of Sodor, he recruits Thomas to be the temporary "Engine in Charge." Even though he advises Thomas about the importance of listening to his team, Thomas assigns tasks to Nia, Diesel, Percy, and Kana that do not match their strengths. With Sandy and Carly as backup, Thomas must fix his errors, use Gordon's advice, and make sure everyone's deliveries are complete before the end-of-day whistle!

  

Episode 19 - Kana Recharges

Tired and in need of relaxation, Kana decides to take a well-deserved break between deliveries. When she tells Thomas that she wants time all by herself, Thomas is worried that he and the other engines have done something to upset her. Determined to right their assumed wrongs, Thomas and friends follow Kana around the island to convince her to play with them -- the exact opposite of what she needs! When a big storm reaches Sodor, Kana teaches her friends about the value of spending time alone and "feeling the hush."

  

Episode 20 - The Big Skunk Funk

Abuzz with excitement about the Sodor Flower Festival, Thomas is given the important task of transporting Sir Topham Hatt's prized roses to the event. On the way, Thomas' sweet-smelling journey takes a turn for the stinky when a skunk crosses the tracks and sprays the engine with the funkiest scent imaginable! Now, with the help of his friends, Thomas must find a way to get rid of the stench and get to the festival on time.

  

Episode 21 - Off the Rails

Nia must get a huge earth ball from Whiff's Recycling Plant to Norramby Beach, but all the rail lines are blocked! When the bouncy ball rolls off Nia's flatcar and begins a wild odyssey across Sodor, she tries to control every bounce with all her friends' help. Nia learns to roll with the bounces and calls on an unlikely hero at sea to save the cargo!

  

Episode 22 - Diesel's Dilemma

When Diesel discovers that he doesn't JUST like to be known for his incredible strength, he finds an unlikely compatriot in Kenji -- who is tired of only being known for his swift speed. Diesel and Kenji decide that they are going to switch jobs for the day to show to the other engines that they're more than just their most obvious abilities. However, when both struggle in their reversed roles, Diesel and Kenji learn that it's not so bad being the strongest or the fastest... as long as you get to try new things every now and then!

  

Episode 23 - A Very Percy Valentine's Day

It's Valentine's Day and no one on Sodor is happier than Percy -- he gets to deliver everyone's gifts to their friends throughout the island! Unfortunately, his energetic eagerness turns to panic when an accident on the rails causes everyone's presents to fall in the mud! With Thomas' help, Percy discovers a way to still deliver the feelings behind everyone's presents -- by using the gift of song!

  

Episode 24 - Valentine's Hearts

As the other engines prepare for a Valentine's Day party, Kana is worried: she doesn't know what to bring! Inspired by Sandy's giant metal heart surprise, Kana decides that she is going to create a sparkly big heart using her electricity! Through a series of accidents, Kana realizes that the best surprise she could bring to the party is herself!

  

Episode 25 - Bring it On Beresford

On Plant-A-Tree Day on Sodor, Thomas and Diesel both want to deliver the most impressive pine for the holiday, but they'll have to compete by delivering all the other trees first. When Thomas wins the race and the pine is loaded onto his flatcar, he discovers that he overestimated the job and himself, resulting in the tree falling in a deep ditch! Luckily, Beresford the Crane has a plan to aid the Number One Engine! Will they be able to plant the biggest tree before the end of the holiday?

  

Episode 26 - What's in a Name?

When Cranky gets overwhelmed on a busy and blustery day at Brendam Docks, he accidentally gets Riff and Jiff's names confused, sending them on opposite deliveries. An observant Thomas hears the mistake, but does not correct the crankier-than-usual crane -- thinking, grown-ups don't make mistakes! Thomas is proven wrong, however, when he ends up at Whiff's Recycling Plant and old tires are delivered to McColl's Farm because of Cranky's error. After calming the chaos in both places, Thomas learns that it is important to speak up and tell someone they are making a mistake --- even if it is a grown-up!

  

Episode 27 - Sheep Shenanigans

When passing through the snowy pastures of Sodor, Thomas, Percy, and Diesel find an adorable sheep all by herself. When the sheep takes a liking to Diesel, the three engines decide to let her sleep with them in the sheds until they can find out where she came from. However, when the sheep's fluffy herd arrives for an extended sheep-over, the engines realize that their fleecy and noisy guests have overstayed their welcome. Will they be able to get the sheep back home where they came from, or will the baaa-ing sheep continue to disrupt the engines' sleep?

  

Episode 28 - Tunnel Troubles

Sir Topham Hatt has two exciting announcements: it is time for the beautiful Butterfly Migration AND there is a new unnamed express tunnel ready for the first engine to pass through! Thomas and Diesel ask Sir Topham Hatt to hold a race where the winner's name will become the official name of the new tunnel. When both ambitious engines get stuck in the tunnel during the race, they stubbornly refuse to move... even if it risks missing the Butterfly Migration with their friends!

  

Episode 29 - Speedster Sandy

After yet another victorious race, Kana seems unbeatable! No engine on the island is as fast as Kana! However, this does not stop Sandy from challenging the electric engine. Everyone is sure Kana will win again. Sandy picks the route for the race, using her smarts and her small stature to her advantage! By focusing on her own strengths rather than comparing to Kana's strengths, she makes a fast track to victory!

  

Episode 30 - For All the Marble

When a precious marble statue of his great-grandfather arrives, Sir Topham Hatt enlists the help of Thomas and Bruno in delivering it to Vicarstown Plaza. During their journey, Thomas disregards Bruno's suggestions by doing what he thinks is best -- but his actions cause the statue's top hat to begin to crack! Thomas learns that he must let Bruno lead in order to bring the statue to town safely -- and all in one piece!

  

Episode 31 - Not-So-Secret Mission

When he accidentally causes all the lamp posts in Vicarstown to fall and shatter, an embarrassed Sir Topham Hatt requests Thomas to go on a secret mission to Harwick for replacements in time for the evening concert. Even though he tries to follow orders "discreetly," Thomas ends up involving Percy, Diesel, Bruno, and other engines! As they travel to Harwick and the not-so-secret mission is shared between them, Thomas and friends discover that everyone makes mistakes -- and no one needs to be embarrassed about being embarrassed among friends.

  

Episode 32 - Salty's Sea Shanty

After Salty the Diesel Engine returns from his worldly travels, he sings a shanty to Thomas and Percy about a legendary treasure lost on the island of Sodor. The two friends are eager to see if the legend is true, but their journey comes to a snag when the rest of the Biggest Adventure Club refuses to join. The young engines instead decide to go for it on their own, and Salty, admiring their courage, joins their mission! Following the clues in the shanty, Thomas and Percy soon realize that there's all kinds of treasure in the world, especially ones shared between friends.

  

Episode 33 - Retrieve the Kraken

On a particularly blustery Balloon Festival day, Thomas is tasked with retrieving any balloons that start to drift away. When the Kraken-shaped balloon soars off, the chase is on! However, each of Thomas' friends see the hovering balloon in brief moments, bolstering the rumor that there's an actual sea monster loose on the island! It's up to Thomas to calm his friends down and retrieve the balloon in time for the festival.

  

Episode 34 - Rocket's Fall

Thomas learns that the rocket he helped deliver is finally falling back to Earth, into the ocean outside Sodor. Bulstrode, Carly, and their team of retrieval experts are on the job to fish the rocket out of the water, and Thomas wants to help! However, Thomas is so interested in seeing the rocket again that he's too distracted to hear instructions. After a series of mishaps, Thomas learns how to genuinely pay attention, but the rocket is floating towards the drawbridge. Thomas will need to figure out how to help in the best way he knows how before the rocket is lost forever.

  

Episode 35 - Details? What Details?

After Sir Topham Hatt messes up his instructions for Kenji's passenger delivery, Thomas is asked to set things right! However, as Thomas follows Kenji's trail, he repeatedly forgets to ask his friends for specific directions, preventing him from catching up to the speedy electric engine. Realizing he has to pay more attention to details, Thomas uses his wits, listening skills, and the help of his friends to make it to Kenji and get the passengers to their destinations on time. .

  

Episode 36 - Blue Engine Blues

After getting through a rough night's sleep and finding out his beach day gets cancelled due to the rain, Thomas winds up in the grumpiest of moods. Encountering Riff and Jiff with their usual happy-go-lucky attitudes, Thomas comes to the conclusion that he'll only be liked when he appears happy. He puts on fake smile for the rest of the day, but his words don't match his demeanor and everyone can see right through him. Finally, Thomas comes across Riff and Jiff again, who reveal they're also upset about the cruddy day! They teach him that nobody can be happy all the time, and sometimes you need a friend to vent to on the days you're most blue.

  

Episode 37 - Hay Fort Frenzy

With Thomas in a rush to get a ton of hay bales delivered to the mainland by the end of the day, he tasks Terence the Tractor and Carly to assemble all the bales in his stead. Carly and Terence manage to get everything together quickly, but soon Terence purposefully crashes into the hay bales sending loose hay all over the place! Carly is shocked and confused, and Terence explains that he can bale the hay again with his trusty baler in no time. They turn the hay-bale stacking into a game, forming all kinds of structures Terence can crash into, until they finally form the tallest hay tower ever. When Thomas finally arrives to pick up the hay, he's worried they won't have enough time to complete the delivery, but Terence reminds him that they can work and have fun all at the same time.

  

Episode 38 - The Case of the Missing Crane

When Carly does not return from saving Emily from an accidental derailing, a worried Sandy recruits the help of a bored Diesel to find her best gal pal. The unlikely pair become detectives, traveling throughout the island in search of clues. Will they be able to solve the mystery of the missing crane?

  

Episode 39 - Percy in the Middle

After Gordon tells all the young engines that they have a day off to relax, Thomas and Diesel insist on a teamed relay race through the obstacle course. Percy is the only one who isn't interested in playing, so Thomas asks him to referee instead. He reluctantly agrees and the race is on! Coming to a split second finish, Percy determines Thomas' team wins, but Diesel doesn't accept and calls for a rematch. Once again the teams race and Diesel wins after accidentally causing an oil spill. Both teams become so angry with each other, they're too distracted when Percy runs off to chase butterflies. Thomas, Diesel, and friends finally notice Percy's absence and speed after him, but they'll need to learn their lesson about sportsmanship if they want to ensure this day off is a success.

  

Episode 40 - Bad Luck Boxcar

When Thomas and Percy must transport an unlucky boxcar of bananas, Thomas seems to have bad luck. Percy's positive attitude helps Thomas see the luck in each scenario, breaking the myth of the curse for a successful delivery.

  

Episode 41 - Not So Easy-Greasy

Nia is nervous about working with Tess, the fastest -- and bossiest -- crane on Sodor! When Nia's plan for a safe and speedy delivery goes awry and causes Tess' wheels to clog with sand, they recruit handy Sandy to solve their problem. Luckily, Sandy has a new invention to get Tess up and going again: a tanker full of her Super-Slick Easy-Greasy Crane Grease! However, chaos continues to ensue when Nia gets stuck in the mud and the runaway grease spills all over Sodor! In the midst of the madness, Nia learns how to fix her original plan and save Sodor from slipping and sliding!

  

Episode 42 - It All Adds Up

It is a special day for Harold -- the Northern Lights will shimmer over Sodor at sunset! He cannot wait to share this moment with his engine friends on Lookout Mountain. However, Thomas and the gang have a busy day ahead of them, which is impacted by damage to the Sodor Suspension Bridge. Carly and Sandy warn the excited engines that they should only cross the bridge in case of an emergency -- a rule that is ignored by Kana, Diesel, Nia, AND Thomas! When the bridge finally collapses and prevents them from reaching Lookout Mountain in time, Harold selflessly chooses to help his friends instead of see the Lights. His sacrifice teaches the young engines an important lesson: your actions add up - stay away until it is safe to play.

  

Episode 43 - Bruno's Map Mishap

Bruno is beyond delighted -- he has received the gift of an updated map of Sodor from Sir Topham Hatt! He and Thomas can't wait to use it to navigate their busy schedule for the day. But when Kana's speedy whoosh blows Bruno's beloved map up, up, and away, Thomas and Bruno team up with Percy and Diesel to recover it! While searching the island far and wide for Bruno's prized possession, the gang discovers that there is something more important than keeping their schedules -- their friendship!

  

Episode 44 - Seeking a Safer Sodor

After a near-collision rattles their wheels, Percy and Kana enlist the help of Emily to introduce new safety measures all over Sodor. However, their anxiousness about accidents push Percy and Kana to ridiculous extremes that only makes more trouble! When Percy has another accident caused by his off-the-rails safety obsession, he refuses to leave Tidmouth Sheds. When he has to leap into action to help his friends, Percy learns that paying attention to your surroundings is the best way to not have an accident.

  

Episode 45 - A Cranky Goodbye

When Bulstrode excitedly announces that he is getting a brand new paint job on the Mainland, everyone is thrilled for him -- except for a crankier-than-usual Cranky. When the crane's dismissive comments upset Bulstrode, the tugboat storms off, leaving Thomas and Percy to pick up the pieces, repair their friendship, and encourage both of them to do something they have never done before -- talk about their true feelings towards each other!

  

Episode 46 - Sameroo

Gordon has a day-long assignment for Thomas and the Troublesome Trucks -- they have to transport delivery after delivery to Vicarstown! The Troublesome Trucks are less than enthused -- this "sameroo" job will bore them out of their bolts! The Number One Engine is determined to make the day "amazeroo" for them and does his best to turn their repeated route into a new adventure! After their game of "Switcheroo" gets them lost, Thomas and the Troublesome Trucks learn that routine is not necessarily a bad thing -- in fact, it can be very helpful!

  

Episode 47 - Thomas for a Day

It's a blustery day on Sodor and Percy finds that his preferred route is closed! He must journey into Crumble Canyon -- a place that makes him terribly nervous! But before he can face his fears, Diesel blasts by, bonking his cargo of blue paint all over the jittery mail engine! Percy is unrecognizable as himself -- instead, he looks just like Thomas! His impromptu makeover inspires Percy to be brave just like his best loco-migo -- and pretend to be the Number One Engine for the day! When Whiff loses his glasses, Percy escorts him across the island and learns that the bravery isn't in the blue paint -- it's inside him!

  

Episode 48 - The Super Axle

Sodor welcomes a new engine to the group -- Toby the Tram Engine! Thomas, Diesel, Kana, and the other loco-migos are eager to include their new friend in their deliveries and assigned duties. But as he shadows them, their jobs prove to be a bit too intense for the older engine -- in fact, Toby glumly starts to believe maybe he is too old. Determined to pick up Toby's spirits, Thomas and Sandy get creative and turn an old axle into a "superaxleatortron" -- a 'brand-new' part to put the pep back in Toby's confidence! When the plan goes sideways because the other engines want "super-axles" too, Toby discovers that he never needed the special part -- he just needed to believe in himself!

  

Episode 49 - The Waiting Game

Bruno and Nia are tasked with teaming up to help someone very special to the savvy brake car -- a mechanic! But when Bulstrode and his wrench shipment are delayed, it sends Bruno into an agitated tail-spin. To soothe their friend, the engines decide to pass the time by playing the ultimate Waiting Game and learning how to have fun while daydreaming, anticipating, and practicing patience!
