Episode 1 - Episode 1

Jeremy Clarkson celebrates the 50th birthday of the legendary Jaguar E-type by driving a modern, half a million pound interpretation of this classic sports car before putting on a typically low key birthday party involving live music, classic fighter planes and a group of Royal Marines. Meanwhile, Richard Hammond is in South Africa to test a bigger, even more rugged alternative to the famous Hummer whilst James May meets up with gold medal winning British Olympian Amy Williams for a wintry test of the latest Mini rally car. Plus, the power crazed BMW 1-series M slithers around the test track in a cloud of tyre smoke and another top celebrity guest takes their place in the Reasonably Priced Car.

     

Episode 2 - Episode 2

Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May are in Italy to take part in a series of tricky challenges and increasingly loud arguments as they attempt to find the world's best hot hatchback. With Clarkson in the Citroen DS3 Racing, Hammond championing the Fiat 500C Abarth and May making the case for the Renaultsport Clio Cup, the trio attempt to navigate their way around baffling Italian towns and take part in a scavenger hunt before heading up to Monte Carlo where they're faced with a surprise test of their cars' performance. Also in this show, Jeremy is out on the track in the excitingly fast Aston Martin Virage supercar while petrolhead comedian Ross Noble is the star in the Reasonably Priced Car.

     

Episode 3 - Episode 3

Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond look at some amazing second hand bargains you can buy for the price of Britain’s cheapest brand new car, the $9,900 Nissan Pixo. Meanwhile, James May tests the toughness of the new Range Rover Evoque by driving it through Death Valley and then gauges its stylishness by using it to chauffeur a global megastar across Las Vegas. As if that wasn’t enough, there’s also a full track test of the incredible McLaren MP4-12C as it meets its deadliest supercar rival, the Ferrari 458. Plus, the Formula 1 world champion Sebastian Vettel is the star in the Reasonably Priced Car.

     

Episode 4 - Episode 4

Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May attempt to make train travel cheaper, faster and more interesting by replacing the conventional carriages and locomotive with a series of caravans attached to a specially modified car. It's either the world's most ingenious idea or the prelude to the world's biggest accident. Also in this show, Jeremy is out on the track comparing the rip-snorting Jaguar XKR-S to the recently updated Nissan GT-R and British comedy legend Rowan Atkinson is this week's star in the Reasonably Priced Car.

     

Episode 5 - Episode 5

Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May are challenged to knock down a row of derelict houses in less time than it takes a team of demolition experts to do the same job. Meanwhile, Jeremy tests an updated version of the classic Jensen Interceptor and finds himself transported back to a 1970s world of leather driving gloves and droopy moustaches. Also in this show, the incredible Lotus T125 brings F1-style performance to the track.

     

Episode 6 - Episode 6

Jeremy Clarkson and James May embark on a trip to the British seaside in two new electric cars, taking in an impromptu and thoroughly informative visit to Lincoln along the way. Meanwhile, Richard Hammond meets the world's most extraordinary rally team, and pop impresario Louis Walsh is this week's star in the Reasonably Priced Car. Plus, the new brand new Lamborghini Aventador flexes its muscles on the track.
