Episode 1 - Poker Night

It's poker night at Valerie and Tom's house and their friends Michael Burger, Duff Goldman and Jenny Johnson come over ready to play. Valerie's menu includes Southwestern Eggrolls, Teriyaki Rumaki, and Apple-Ham Cheddar Sliders.

  

Episode 2 - Thanksgiving: The Perfect Bite!

Valerie and her best pals are getting together to give thanks for each other. Valerie's got the perfect menu with a Deep-Fried Turkey, Sweet and Salty Pepitas, Acorn Squash with Baby Bitter Greens, and Pumpkin Pie.

  

Episode 3 - Fab Dinner for My Fab Friends!

For their birthdays this year, Valerie is surprising her girlfriends with a home-cooked meal. The menu includes Mixed Baby Greens with Polenta Croutons, Peppered Beef Tenderloin with Horseradish Panna Cotta and a Blueberry Tart.

  

Episode 4 - Italian Dinner for a French Chef

Valerie creates a five-star Italian dinner for French chef Ludo Lefebvre and his wife. On the menu are Panzanella, Corn and Cauliflower with Bourbon-Infused Butter, Branzino with Gremolata and Butter-Infused Bourbon Manhattans.

  

Episode 5 - After the Ball Is Over

Valerie kicks off the New Year with a Vegetable and Egg White Breakfast Fajita. After a hike with actress Mackenzie Phillips, they prepare a tasty grilled Chicken Salad. For dinner, it's Chicken Veggie Soup and Mini Pear Compote.

  

Episode 6 - It's a Honey-Do Day

Valerie's husband, Tom, completes a long list of chores and she rewards him with his favorite foods. The menu includes Eggs Benedict, Prosciutto Bruschetta, Spicy Coconut Shrimp Soup, and a butterscotch Italian Love Cake.

  

Episode 7 - Lazy Sunday Dinner

Valerie and Tom create a Sunday meal for friends with food already in their fridge or pantry. The menu includes Pot Roast with veggies and potatoes, Green Beans with Shallots, Stuffed Mushrooms and an Apricot Clafouti for dessert.

  

Episode 8 - Chick Flick TV Marathon

Valerie prepares a couch-friendly menu for a night of marathon TV-watching with her friend, actress Faith Ford. On the menu, there's Cucumber Salad, Slow-Cooked Red Beans and Rice with Homemade Crackers, and Frosted Brownies.

  

Episode 9 - Big Game, Big Flavors!

Valerie invites her family and friends over to watch the game, so she's making Italian Beef Sandwiches with a Giardiniera Aioli and an Italian-style fennel Cole Slaw. For dessert, she makes Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies.

  

Episode 10 - Wolfie's Home!

Valerie celebrates her son Wolf's return home from touring by making his favorite foods. She surprises him at the studio with Pasta e Fagioli, Thursday Turkey Meatloaf, Roasted Broccoli Rabe and a luscious Pumpkin Pudding.

  

Episode 11 - A Very Valerie Valentine's Day

Valerie Bertinelli and her husband, Tom, kick off Valentine's Day with Chocolate Walnut Scuffins. After a few surprises from Tom, Valerie's dinner includes fennel salad, Pasta with Onion, Bacon and Tomato, and a dessert mousse.

  

Episode 12 - My Favorite Indulgences

Valerie treats herself to a day of comfort and ease with all the food she loves most. There's a Blue Cheese-Stuffed Olive Martini, Pasta alla Vongole with Asparagus, Mushrooms with Chili Salt, and Limoncello Challah Bread Pudding.

  

Episode 13 - Mighty Neighborly of You

Valerie wants to thank her neighbors for taking care of her dog, picking up her mail and bringing in packages. She whips up Lamb Shepherd's Pie, Arugula Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette, Hazelnut Toffee and Rosemary Gin Fizzes.
