Running the company out of her house is causing headaches with her marriage, and bringing on a new manager for the store doesn't sit well with her director of social media.

Kristin learns she can't quite party like she used to, Taylor struggles to keep her pregnancy a secret from the team, and relationship issues follow the girls all the way to Florida.

Episode 7 - New York State of MindWith her store opening only a week away, Kristin travels to New York to promote her new cookbook. But before she goes, she and Jay finally get to meet "The Canadian" when Kelly brings him over for dinner. And Shannon is enlisted into a plan for a surprise wedding proposal.

Episode 8 - Ready, Set, LaunchThe day of the Uncommon James store opening finally arrives, and the launch party is a success. But several huge mistakes by her staff on opening day push Kristin to her breaking point. Brittainy worries about her position in the company and about her continued frustrations with Stone.
