Episode 1 - The Fisher KingTensions mount between the sons of Ragnar Lothbrok as the Vikings continue to threaten the very heart of England. As the Great Army moves to take York with King Aethelwulf and his family still in hiding Heahmund the warrior bishop must rally the Saxons to defend the Realm.

Episode 2 - The DepartedAs the Vikings establish their stronghold in York Ivar is determined to lead the Great Army. In Kattegat Lagertha misjudges King Harald and pays a heavy price. Floki arrives at a mysterious land.

Episode 3 - HomelandCelebrations are cut short in the aftermath of the battle at York. Ragnar Lothbrok’s sons are pitted against each other as tensions reach an all-time high and each is forced to choose a side.

Episode 4 - The PlanGuided by Bishop Heahmund’s visions the Saxons devise a battle plan. Ivar the Boneless strategizes on his own as the Vikings undergo increasing pressure. Bjorn Ironside finds himself in a new territory and must convince the local commander he is a trader and not a raider.

Episode 5 - The PrisonerIvar meets his match in Bishop Heahmund while Floki returns to Kattegat and Bjorn receives a lavish welcome in North Africa.

Episode 6 - The MessageLagertha is betrayed and Bjorn must find a way to support the distraught queen. Floki and his settlers arrive in a new land but it is far from what they expected.

Episode 7 - Full MoonBjorn returns to Kattegat to learn that an attack is to take place during the next full moon. Ivar must decide if he can place his trust in a former enemy on the battlefield.

Episode 8 - The JokeThe battle for Kattegat begins. As the two armies line up to fight the Great Heathen Army must decide between a final plea for peace or all-out war. Floki faces discord amongst the settlers.

Episode 9 - A Simple StoryThe army leaders consider their options in the aftermath of the battle. In Floki’s camp all hopes of binding the community together are dashed as tragedy unfolds.

Episode 10 - Moments of VisionThere is a sense of doom in Kattegat and in the ensuing bloodshed brother will kill brother just as predicted. As the defeated army flee in the face of the victors a legendary warrior is making his way home.

Episode 11 - The RevelationRollo is welcomed home to Kattegat after Ivar is crowned the new king. Bjorn Lagertha and Ubbe must flee Ivar’s murderous forces and rely on unsteady alliances to survive.

Episode 12 - Murder Most FoulHeahmund’s loyalty is tested creating an uncertain fate for those in his company. In Iceland Floki fights to understand the will of the gods and the new ruler of Kattegat may have met his match.

Episode 13 - A New GodHeahmund fights to convince King Alfred of his religious intents in defense of the Crown. Ubbe and Torvi strengthen the position of the Vikings but not everyone supports their strategy. Another settler disappears in Iceland.

Episode 14 - The Lost MomentContrary to the celebrations in Kattegat grief hits Iceland and Floki must now make a fated decision. Harald’s army approaches Wessex and a conspiracy grows against King Alfred in Court.

Episode 15 - HellBishop Heahmund is wracked with guilt as he fights to renounce his passions. Vikings will clash with Saxons on the battlefield leaving a key figure lost in the calamity.

Episode 16 - The BuddhaBjorn achieves one of Ragnar’s dreams and King Alfred faces his greatest threat yet. A new plan is conceived while Ivar prepares for a divine arrival and a settler returns to Iceland in terrible condition.

Episode 17 - The Most Terrible ThingIn York Bjorn makes a strategic deal. Wessex is once again threatened by a Viking force with concern of who will lead the Saxon army to defend the Realm. An unexpected turn amongst the settlers leaves Floki powerless.

Episode 18 - BaldurIvar is treated to a surprise Hvitserk is severely tested and Floki makes an amazing discovery. Three Danish Kings massed their armies in Reading and Ubbe’s negotiations may have a perilous outcome.

Episode 19 - What Happens in the CaveUbbe is forced into hand-to-hand combat. Floki reaches new depths and is met by a shocking sight. Bjorn sets off for Scandinavia with an old rival.

Episode 20 - RagnarokA new battle for Kattegat is on and only the gods know who will emerge victorious.
