Episode 1 - Adventure Camp: Rafting

Buddy, Tiny, Shiny and Don go river rafting for the first time at Nature Adventure's Tracking Camp. They learn about erosion and the importance of rivers, before finishing their adventure by cruising through some rapids!

  

Episode 1 - Turtle and Theropod Race

The Pteranodon family is excited to be traveling to the 'Classic in the Jurassic', an Olympics type competition in which different dinosaur teams representing the three Mesozoic time periods will compete in various contests.

  

Episode 1 - Underwater Race & Buddy Wants To Fly

The Pteranodon Family, with the Conductor, have raced on land a few times and in the air against Thurston Troodon, but have never raced in the water! Plus, Buddy wants to fly but he doesn't have wings, like his siblings do!

  

Episode 1 - The Call of the Wild Corythosaurus

The family surprises Mom for her birthday with a trip to a concert given by Cory and her family of Corythosaurus, who play music through the crests on their heads.

  

Episode 1 - Tiny's Fishing Friend

Tiny can't believe it when he finds out that his friend Cindy Cimolestes doesn't like fish, but she explains that she's a mammal and many mammals don't eat fish. Tiny sets out to find a mammal in the Mesozoic who likes fish.

  

Episode 1 - I'm a T.Rex!

Buddy travels to Rexville on the Dinosaur Train and meets Delores Tyrannosaurus and her daughter Annie. When he sees that he shares all the same features, Buddy learns that he is a Tyrannosaurus rex!

  

Episode 1 - The Tiny-saur Train & How Many Horns?

Larry says Mikey can't actually be a dinosaur, since he's so small, and all dinosaurs are gigantic. Tiny and Mikey decide to show Larry he's mistaken. Plus, Buddy, Tank, and the other kids go on a quest to track down Ceratopsians with horns numbering from 1 to 15.

  

Episode 1 - Zeppelin 1: Waterfalls

Mr. Conductor gives a lesson about waterfalls and suggests a unique and amazing way to view the giant falls from above! They can fly in the experimental Dinosaur Train Zeppelin...if Thurston Troodon will agree to take them.

  

Episode 1 - Surprise Party

The Pteranodon family throws a surprise party for Buddy on the Dinosaur Train, and invites a whole caboose full of his friends. But first, they have to convince Buddy to come on the train... he's completely absorbed with some beetles he's found at home!

     

Episode 2 - Butterflies

Don leads his siblings all around the nest area searching for Dan the Butterfly's lost 'sisters and brother.' The whole time, Don keeps an eye on Dan, who camouflages himself when any threat (birds or a frog) are nearby.

  

Episode 2 - Hungry, Hungry Carnivores

Buddy, Tiny and Mrs. Pteranodon are eating lunch at Pteranodon Terrace, and even though they've just eaten a big fish meal, Buddy's still hungry. Mum understands that because Buddy is a carnivore he needs meat.

  

Episode 2 - Dinosaur Block Party

The Pteranodon family hosts a block party to introduce their new neighbors, the Lambeosaurus family, to all the other neighborhood creatures. The different species all join together to fly, dive, fish, race and especially, to rock the block!

  

Episode 2 - Adventure Camp: Mountain Climbing

Buddy wonders if they'll be able to see anything from the mountaintop, through the tall trees. The kids are amazed that the higher they hike, the shorter trees and bushes get!

  

Episode 2 - T.Rex Teeth

When Buddy loses a tooth, Mom takes him to Rexville to ask his Tyrannosaurus friends all about T. rex teeth. They explain that he'll grow new teeth to replace the old ones.

  

Episode 2 - Hootin' Hadrosaurs

Buddy, Tiny, Shiny and Don meet Perry Parasaurolophus, a dinosaur with a crest on his head, who teaches them a new way to hoot some hip music.

  

Episode 2 - Zeppelin 2: Atoll

When the Pteranodon family spots Annie and her T. Rex herd migrating to follow the food, the Pteranodon kids wonder if other creatures, even marine mammals, also migrate.

  

Episode 2 - Mom Was a Kid Once Pt 1 & 2

The kids get to meet Tilly, Mom's best friend from childhood. Mom and Tilly bring the kids along as they return to their old neighborhood to explore the swamp where they used to play as kids.

  

Episode 3 - Best Ever Babysitter

Keira shows the kids how a dead log's decomposition provides food and shelter for many living creatures. Meanwhile, Mr. and Mrs. Pteranodon are gleeful as they enjoy their date, exploring the Dinosaur Train's compartments.

  

Episode 3 - Ned the Quadruped

Buddy and Tiny tour the Dinosaur Train and earn their Junior Conductor hats while their friend Ned, a four legged, long necked Brachiosaurus and regular Train rider, tags along.

  

Episode 3 - Air Obstacle Race

The Pteranodon Family is excited to be going back to the 'Classic in the Jurassic!' This time, it's a race between pterosaurs from each of the three time periods.

  

Episode 3 - King Cryolophosaurus

The Dinosaurs meet a reclusive, singing dinosaur named King Cryolophosaurus, who has a big swooping crest on his head and a voice that sounds an awful lot like Elvis Presley.

  

Episode 3 - Zeppelin 3: Pangaea

On the Dinosaur Train, the Conductor explains that millions of years ago there was just one big land mass called 'Pangaea!' Then, over a long period of time, it started to drift apart and form separate, smaller landmasses.

  

Episode 3 - Gilbert the Conductor & A Clubhouse of Their Own

The Conductor's nephew Gilbert has been taking Conductor courses at the Troodon Academy, and has finally graduated to Cadet Conductor! Plus, The kids want their own clubhouse, separate from the family nest.

  

Episode 3 - Kenny Kentrosaurus

As the Pteranodon family's World Tour continues, they travel to Africa to meet a Stegosaur named Kenny Kentrosaurus. He teaches the kids about his plates, spikes, and big, thumping tail, which leads to a fun drumming party.

  

Episode 3 - Adventure Camp: Ziplining

The Nature Trackers Adventure Campers are back for another adventure, travelling to a rainforest! Once they arrive in the dense, overgrown rainforest, the campers explore different levels of the ecosystem.

  

Episode 4 - Troodon Train Day

The Pteranodon family rides to Troodon Town to celebrate Troodon Train Day, where the main event is a concert by King Cryolophosaurus, giving his first performance in years! When King comes down with some last-minute jitters, Buddy and Tiny help him overcome his stage fright and he sings a medley of his hits, including the Dinosaur Train theme song!

  

Episode 4 - Diamond Anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Pteranodon decide to surprise each other with gifts on their anniversary. Despite some close calls, the kids help each of them to keep their gifts a secret until the perfect moment when the whole family can celebrate.

  

Episode 4 - Plant a Tree

For their second outing at Nature Trackers Adventure Camp, Buddy, Tiny, Shiny, Don and other friends learn about the tree line as they set out to hike up a mountain.

  

Episode 4 - King and Crystal Live!

Buddy, Tiny and Mum are riding the Dinosaur Train when they bump into their old friend, Crystal Cryolophosaurus. She's on her way to visit King Cryolophosaurus down in the Jurassic Antarctic and invites the family along.

  

Episode 4 - Play Date with Annie

Buddy is excited that his friend Annie Tyrannosaurus is coming to the Pteranodon nest to visit and play with them. After Tiny feels left out, Buddy and Annie show her that they can all be friends!

  

Episode 4 - Adventure Camp: Canyon Hiking

The Nature Trackers Adventure Campers are led by Mr. Conductor and Gilbert on a hike down a canyon, where they can see the different layers of the Mesozoic Era!

  

Episode 4 - A Brand New Species Pt 1 & 2

The Conductor and the kids discover a new Jurassic dinosaur and Buddy gets the idea to travel to the Early Jurassic and meet an example of their new discovery, a theropod they named "Buddysaurus."

  

Episode 4 - Zeppelin 4: Crater

As the Pteranodon kids are playing outside their nest, a few seedpods fall from a nearby tree, bonking Don on the head. This leads to a discussion about how far away things can fall from...maybe even from space?

  

Episode 5 - One Big Frog

The Pteranodon kids are playing a game called 'I'm the Biggest,' which raises the question: how big is the biggest frog? Dad takes the kids on the Dinosaur Train to find the biggest frog ever, the legendary Beelzebufo.

  

Episode 5 - Rocket Train Surprise Party

After Buddy, Tiny, Shiny and Don learn that it's Mr. Conductor's birthday, they decide to throw him a surprise party on his favorite place...the Dinosaur Train!

  

Episode 5 - Great Big Stomping Dinosaur Feet

Tiny is very worried after she loses Shiny's favorite shiny shell, and enlists Dad and Buddy to help find a new one. As Tiny becomes more frantic, she begins stomping with frustration. Then the kids meet Daphne, a Daspletosaurus kid who shows them how to make stomping a fun dance instead of a temper tantrum.

  

Episode 5 - Solar Train

Tricia Troodon, a younger, hotshot conductor invites everyone to see her new train - the Solar Train!

  

Episode 5 - Air, Water and Land

It's time for the 'Classic in the Jurassic'! Today's 'Air, Water and Land' contest is a three-part competition pitting teams consisting of a pterosaur and a crocodile from each Time Period against one another.

  

Episode 5 - Laura the Giganotosaurus

Buddy spends time with Laura Giganotosaurus, a large dinosaur who always rides the Dinosaur Train and, like Buddy, is a three-toed theropod! Buddy also discovers that Laura is an avid bird-watcher.

  

Episode 5 - Hatching Party

Buddy, Tiny and Mrs. Pteranodon ride the Dinosaur Train to attend an egg hatching party, where they meet their friend Cory Corythosaurus, who introduces them to her new brothers and sisters..

  

Episode 5 - Don's Hole-iday & We're Not All Dinosaurs

The Pteranodon kids meet a new, small mammal friend, Adele Alphadon. Plus, Don needs his own day just for digging holes - a hole-iday!

  

Episode 5 - Love Day & a New Leaf

Mom and Dad come up with a fun scavenger hunt in the nest area that cleverly has the kids doing their chores even as they play and Tiny wakes up feeling a little sad.

  

Episode 6 - Campout!

Our Pteranodon family goes to the Big Pond for their first overnight campout and meets a small frog with a big voice!

  

Episode 6 - Caving with Vlad

The Pteranodon family rides the 'Night Train' all the way back to the Jurassic to visit their nocturnal friend, Vlad Volaticotherium, who tells them that he wants to take them caving!

  

Episode 6 - Cloudy with a Chance of Fun

As the Pteranodon kids play in their family nest, Buddy stares at a sky full of clouds and asks the group, 'What are clouds?' They consider whether clouds are made of water or whether they're just made of fluff.

  

Episode 6 - Desert Day and Night

While playing 'Cold and Hot', a game they made up, the Pteranodon kids learn from Mr. Pteranodon that there might be more variety in the desert then they imagined.

  

Episode 6 - Birdwatching

Arlene and Elliot introduce the kids and Laura to a new bird named Peng Protopteryx! It's a successful birdwatching/drawing day as all three birds are delighted to show off their unique feathers.

  

Episode 6 - New Neighbours

Mr. Pteranodon is annoyed when some hadrosaurs move in next door! The new neighbors are a family of Lambeosaurus, who have crests that hoot � and too loudly, as far as Dad is concerned. After a rocky start, the Pteranodon and Lambeosaurus families agree on terms they can both live with and become fast friends.

  

Episode 6 - T. Rex Migration

When Mom takes Buddy and Tiny to Rexville to visit their friend Annie Tyrannosaurus, they discover that the Tyrannosaurus family has moved away! They follow clues, and find her on a migration with her family.
