Season 2 Episode Guide

Episode 1 - Big Croc

Matt gets a call from some fishermen who report a giant croc is menacing them down on the river. Matt gives his friends a call, and they set a trap. But nobody guessed how big this croc is, and a battle ensues between the Outback's greatest croc catcher and one enormous crocodile.

Episode 2 - Finniss River Station

Matt's helping clear out problem crocodiles from his mate Paul's station so he can get on with his cattle work when Paul's three dogs go into the dam – and only two come back out. There seem to be crocodiles everywhere Matt turns: in the cattle's watering holes, on the flooded fence lines, and even at a nearby tourist spot. He's got his work cut out for him.

Episode 3 - 48 Hours in the Swamp: Part 1

Matt and the boys have been asked to control the crocodile population in a water system alongside a large cattle station. They need to remove one giant crocodile and a handful of smaller crocs to reduce the damage they are causing to the cattle. But the monsoon is on the horizon, and they'll have to finish a week's worth of work in only 48 hours.

Episode 4 - 48 Hours in the Swamp: Part 2

The giant crocodile Matt has been hunting for has smashed up his traps again. This is a powerful animal and a master of camouflage. Matt and the boys head into the swamp to flush him out – but this massive crocodile will push Matt to his croc-catching limits.

Episode 5 - A Truckload of Crocs: Part 1

The Northern Territory's Marty River is home to thousands of cattle and the greatest density of saltwater crocs in Australia. In Matt's eyes, both have the right to peacefully exist here, so the boys are tackling the biggest challenge yet – removing 30 crocodiles in just one week. When they arrive, the area is literally crawling with crocs. If the boys fall in, they're dinner.

Episode 6 - A Truckload of Crocs: Part 2

Time is running out as Matt and the boys continue their quest to catch 30 crocodiles in the Northern Territory's Mary River in just one week. The crocs are hitting the cattle at a fast rate, so the pressure is on to get the croc population under control. With half the week already gone, they've only caught 6 crocs. It's time to amp things up by setting some traps with feral pigs for bait.

Episode 7 - A Truckload of Crocs: Part 3

It's the boys' final chance to reach their target of 30 crocodiles in one week up at the Northern Territory's Mary River. Overnight, the boys caught a massive crocodile that could be the biggest catch of the week. He was too big to fit in the boat, so they waited until daybreak to pull him onto land. This time, they've brought along a vet to anaesthetise the bigger crocs so they can be safely transported. Will the boys reach their 30 croc target before the week is done?

Episode 8 - Not Today, Not Tomorrow

Matt is out at the Finniss River Station again, herding cattle for Paul, the station owner, but he spots one huge crocodile in the paddock where the cattle are heading. But the day doesn't end there; Matt and the boys must thin out the Finniss River population, which means pulling an all-nighter.
