Episode 1 - The Crowening

Moira prepares for the performance of a lifetime while shooting the Crows film in Bosnia but fears the disillusioned director will ruin her chance at career revival. With Moira away and plenty of free time, Johnny digs into work around the motel, and can’t seem to slow down. David takes a quiz that suggests he and Patrick are falling into a boring routine, so Alexis encourages David to reinvigorate their relationship by joining her and Ted on an outdoor adventure.

Episode 2 - Love Letters

A sleep-deprived Moira finds a stack of Johnny’s old love letters addressed to Johnny from another woman, and for the first time ever, questions Johnny’s loyalty. When a burglar holds up Rose Apothecary, demanding cash, David and Stevie bend over backwards to placate the criminal. Meanwhile, Alexis goes to great lengths to retrieve a heart-shaped locket Ted gave her years ago.

Episode 3 - The Plant

Alexis and Johnny devise a plan to impress an influential travel blogger who is staying at the motel, but when their plan puts Stevie in a potentially uncomfortable situation, Johnny worries they’ve gone too far. Moira helps Jocelyn let out some steam at a Jazzagals rehearsal.

Episode 4 - The Dress

Moira’s red-carpet gown for the Crows movie premiere arrives with a price tag that causes Johnny financial stress, especially when he learns that the motel’s hot water heater is broken. Stevie takes David on a road trip under false pretences, and when he discovers where they’re really going, he declares he’s being kidnapped. Ted’s old friend from vet school, Shannon, helps out at the clinic, but Alexis feels like she’s getting the cold shoulder and is determined to get to the bottom of it.

David and Patrick throw a housewarming party, and Alexis encourages Ted to take a break from work and let loose, but when he does, Alexis immediately regrets it. Episode 6 - Rock On!

When Jocelyn becomes disheartened on a gals’ night out at the casino, Moira steps in to lend advice, but Moira soon worries she has pushed Jocelyn in the wrong direction. Meanwhile, David emboldens Patrick to go on a date and test an open relationship.

Ted’s mom, Cheryl, is in town visiting, and Johnny thinks she’s being flirtatious with him. Alexis is initially sceptical, but eventually sees that he may be onto something. David is annoyed when he is left to look after Roland Jr. at the store, but soon discovers the perks of fatherhood.

While Johnny is thrilled to be attending the regional hospitality awards, Stevie has secret plans of her own for the night. Episode 9 - The M.V.P

Patrick asks David to sub in for the annual Schitt’s Creek baseball game, and much to Johnny’s delight, David agrees. Meanwhile, Ted suggests that he and Alexis should take a vacation to the Galapagos, but Alexis is not exactly thrilled about the destination.

Episode 13 - The Hike

Patrick takes David on a long, romantic hike, but David’s non-stop fussing starts to ruin the mood. When Johnny helps Moira move furniture into the theatre, he is suddenly caught off-guard by some chest pain, sending Moira, Stevie and Roland into a panic. Ted and Alexis have their tarot cards read by Twyla, who sees something very dark in their future.
