Episode 1 - S1: Ep 1 - Rites Of Passage

The world of the Vikings is brought to life through the journey of Ragnar Lothbrok (Travis Fimmel) -- a man on the edge of myth. Our story begins in 8th century Scandinavia where Ragnar Lothbrok is a warrior and a farmer who dreams of finding riches by bucking the tradition of raiding to the east. Ragnar has been working in secret on a project that will turn the Viking world on its head. But first Ragnar must convince the leader of his community, the powerful Earl Haraldson (Gabriel Byrne)!

  

Episode 2 - S1: Ep 2 - Wrath of the Northmen

The stage is set for the first journey west by Ragnar Lothbrok (Travis Fimmel) as he gathers a crew -- including Rollo (Clive Standen) and Floki (Gustaf Skarsgard) -- willing to risk their lives to travel into the unknown...all without the permission of Earl Haraldson (Gabriel Byrne). Meanwhile, Haraldson's paranoia reaches new heights as it becomes apparent that trust is extremely difficult to come by in this dark era. Katheryn Winnick and Jessayln Gilsig also star.

  

Episode 3 - S1: Ep 3 - Dispossessed

In and out in a flurry of violence and terror, Ragnar (Travis Fimmel) and his crew raid the monastery for everything it contains, from treasure to monks who can be sold as slaves. Unable to ignore the riches this unsanctioned journey has returned, Earl Haraldson (Gabriel Byrne) has no choice but to agree to let these warriors undertake a second trip out. The west has now been opened for the taking by Ragnar Lothbrok and the world of the Vikings will never be the same.

  

Episode 4 - S1: Ep 4 - Trial

The Vikings head back to England to see what other treasures this new world has to offer. This go round Ragnar (Travis Fimmel) and his crew sail with Earl Haraldson's permission...and also with his spy aboard. After bloodshed on the beach, the Vikings choose the Sabbath to invade the town of Hexam and unleash a flood of violence. In the midst of the terror, Ragnar and Lagertha (Katheryn Winnick) discover that there are consequences for every action and that Earl Haraldson is always watching.

  

Episode 5 - S1: Ep 5 - Raid

In the Great Hall of Kattegat, a seer reads Earl Haraldson's future and tells him that Ragnar Lothbrok (Travis Fimmel) searches for his death. The unanswerable question is whom do the gods favor more? As a man willing to defend his power and status to the death, Haraldson (Gabriel Byrne) intends to take precautionary measures. Ragnar's home and farm are burned to the ground by the Earl and Ragnar is hurt but hidden safely away. He must now choose the path that will lead him back to his freedom.

  

Episode 6 - S1: Ep 6 - Burial of the Dead

Despite Lagertha's protestations that he is still far too hurt and weak, Ragnar (Travis Fimmel) decides he must meet the Earl (Gabriel Byrne) head-on after it comes to light that Rollo (Clive Standen) has been tortured on Haraldson's orders. The two men will come together face to face in a brutal battle with but a single possible outcome: Only one man will leave this fight alive. Katheryn Winnick and Jessayln Gilsig also star.

  

Episode 7 - S1: Ep 7 - A King's Ransom

Three Viking ships sail upriver towards the very heart of power in eastern England: the Royal Villa of King Aelle. Ragnar Lothbrok (Travis Fimmel) has come looking for ransom in exchange for peace. However, King Aelle (Ivan Kaye) has a far more deadly plan in mind for these northern heathens....one that involves Rollo (Clive Standen). Meanwhile, back home, Lagertha (Katheryn Winnick) serves as ruler and places Siggy (Jessayln Gilsig) under her protection.

  

Episode 8 - S1: Ep 8 - Sacrifice

The traditional pilgrimage to Uppsalla to thank the gods brings a torrent of emotions for Ragnar (Travis Fimmel), Lagertha (Katheryn Winnick), and Athelstan (George Blagden). Ragnar goes to make peace with the death of his unborn son, and Lagertha, still reeling from her miscarriage, wants to find out from the gods if more sons are in her future. As the Vikings come together to sacrifice and give thanks to their gods, Athelstan discovers just how strong his Christian faith still is.

  

Episode 9 - S1: Ep 9 - All Change

In the season finale of Vikings, at the behest of King Horik (Donal Logue), Ragnar (Travis Fimmel) assembles a party to travel to Gotaland (modern-day Sweden) to resolve a land dispute with the area's leader, Jarl Borg (Thorbjorn Harr). Ragnar's renown precedes him and Jarl Borg is intrigued - has he found a new ally or is Ragnar just a puppet of the king? Meanwhile in Kattegat, with a plague taking its toll on the village, the people look to Lagertha (Katheryn Winnick) to appease the gods.

  

Episode 10 - S2: Ep 1 - Brother's War

The battle begins between Ragnar (Travis Fimmel) and King Horik's (Donal Logue) forces against Jarl Borg (Thorbjorn Harr). Borg is joined by Rollo (Clive Standen), and this Viking clash pits brother against brother. There can only be one victor. Meanwhile, Princess Aslaug (Alyssa Sutherland) makes her way to Kattegat and brings with her a surprise that leaves Ragnar in a difficult predicament. Katheryn Winnick also stars.

  

Episode 11 - S2: Ep 2 - Invasion

Four peaceful years have since passed with Ragnar (Travis Fimmel) as Earl, but the people grow concerned that perhaps Ragnar has become complacent, following in the footsteps of his predecessor, Earl Haraldson. The time has come for an unlikely alliance to band together in pursuit of a common goal - a new raid on England. A storm pushes the Viking fleet to a new destination, and on the beaches of Wessex, Ragnar and his men may have met their match in the form of King Ecbert (Linus Roach).

  

Episode 12 - S2: Ep 3 - Treachery

The brutal Wessex Viking raid is in full swing and King Ecbert (Linus Roache) finds himself facing an entirely new kind of foe. While Ragnar (Travis Fimmel) races to dominate in the West, Jarl Borg (Thorbjorn Harr) has his own plans in store for the future of Kattegat. And back in Kattegat, the birth of a son hangs heavy with a sign of a prophecy come true.

  

Episode 13 - S2: Ep 4 - Eye for an Eye

A meeting between two great men may pave the way for future compromise as Ragnar (Travis Fimmel) and King Ecbert (Linus Roache) come face to face. Jarl Borg (Thorbjorn Harr) now rules Kattegat, but with an iron fist, and Rollo (Clive Standen) must now become the leader his people need in Ragnar's absence. Meanwhile, Lagertha (Katheryn Winnick) reevaluates her situation.

  

Episode 14 - S2: Ep 5 - Answers In Blood

Lagertha (Katheryn Winnick) and Ragnar (Travis Fimmel) unite once again and together fight to win Kattegat back from Jarl Borg (Thorbjorn Harr). Aslaug (Alyssa Sutherland) must face the truth of her prophecies. Meanwhile, Athelstan (George Blagden) struggles to define his faith, and Bjorn (Alexander Ludwig) must once again make a choice.

  

Episode 15 - S2: Ep 6 - Unforgiven

King Horik (Donal Logue) returns to Kattegat with a surprising proposition for Ragnar (Travis Fimmel). Lagertha (Katheryn Winnick) runs into a less-than-enthusiastic homecoming from her new husband. Athelstan (George Blagden), struggling with his own inner demons, becomes confidant to King Ecbert (Linus Roache).

  

Episode 16 - S2: Ep 7 - Blood Eagle

Ragnar (Travis Fimmel) and King Horik (Donal Logue) clash over how exactly to dispense justice to Jarl Borg (Thorbjorn Harr). In Wessex, King Aelle (Ivan Kaye) arrives and Ecbert (Linus Roache) has an eye on a new alliance, one with surprising implications. Meanwhile, Helga (Maude Hirst) has a surprising revelation for Floki (Gustaf Skarsgard), but they disagree on the next steps to be taken.

  

Episode 17 - S2: Ep 8 - Boneless

Princess Aslaug's (Alyssa Sutherland) latest prophecy comes to fruition as she readies to give birth once more. Ragnar (Travis Fimmel), King Horik (Donal Logue) and their new ally Lagertha (Katheryn Winnick) set sail for Wessex, but Ragnar and Horik have very different ideas about the true purpose of this trip. Meanwhile, Princess Kwenthrith (Amy Bailey) of Mercia arrives in Wessex and her dark reputation precedes her.

  

Episode 18 - S2: Ep 9 - The Choice

Ragnar's (Travis Fimmel) Viking warriors march on to King Ecbert's (Linus Roache) villa and are met with a surprisingly vicious welcome party along the way. After a bloody battle, it is clear that both sides must come to new terms. But whose terms shall they be? Meanwhile, Ragnar bestows a new moniker upon his eldest son who was unscathed by the attack.

  

Episode 19 - S2: Ep 10 - The Lord's Prayer

In the explosive second season finale, Ragnar (Travis Fimmel) and King Horik (Donal Logue) return to Kattegat and the final showdown between two Viking leaders is at hand. Ragnar has placed his trust in those who have stood by him and now the time has come for new alliances to be made. But all may not be as it seems in Kattegat as there are conspiracies everywhere.

  

Episode 20 - S3: Ep 1 - Mercenary

Ragnar and Lagertha's fleets depart Kattegat once more for Wessex and this time they bring a group to colonize there. King Ecbert hosts the Norsemen and proposes a deal. Despite the misgivings of some of the other leaders, Ragnar leads his forces into battle once more, but this time as allies of Wessex.

  

Episode 21 - S3: Ep 2 - The Wanderer

Lagertha and Athelstan help to establish the Viking settlement in Wessex. Harbard, a mysterious wanderer, arrives in Kattegat, realizing the forewarned dreams of Aslaug, Siggy and Helga.

  

Episode 22 - S3: Ep 3 - Warrior's Fate

King Ecbert visits the developing Viking settlement as the first harvest is sown and rebuffs criticism from his leading nobles. The Wessex/Viking forces charge into battle with Mercia. In Kattegat, Harbard arrives in to the Great Hall and his mysterious aura fascinates Aslaug and Helga but Siggy remains suspicious. There are strange and tragic happenings in Kattegat and Siggy suspects Harbard is the cause.

  

Episode 23 - S3: Ep 4 - Scarred

The victorious Wessex/Viking forces return to Wessex but there is rancour in the Viking camp - Floki is angry over the alliance with Ecbert and is resentful the influence that he feels Athelstan has over Ragnar. Princess Kwenthrith makes some calculating political moves following the battle at the Hill of the Ash in Mercia. Visitors from the past arrive in Hederby, at Kalf's invitation.

  

Episode 24 - S3: Ep 5 - The Usurper

The fleet returns to Kattegat to find tragic circumstances await. Lagertha learns that her Earldom has been usurped and convinces Ragnar to travel to Hederby with her in an effort to reclaim her title. Ragnar causes great surprise when he announces the next raid. The Seer has interesting prophecies for Rollo.

  

Episode 25 - S3: Ep 6 - Born Again

Preparations for the Paris raid pick up pace, and Rollo ponders the Seer's prophecy about his destiny. Ragnar is informed of Aethelwulf's massacre at the settlement in Wessex, and Kalf arrives in Kattegat with some new allies and some familiar faces. Porunn and Judith both deliver children; but with new life there is also death.

  

Episode 26 - S3: Ep 7 - Paris

The appearance of the Viking fleet causes panic among the population of Paris. The defense of Paris is in the hands of its Commander, Count Odo, who is confident that the city is prepared for the attack. The Emperor Charles, urged by his daughter Gisla, announces in Court he will remain in the city. The Vikings establish camp downriver from the city and plan their attack.

  

Episode 27 - S3: Ep 8 - To the Gates!

The Viking army embarks and Paris goes into lockdown as the army prepares the defense, overseen by Count Odo. The Vikings are determined to make it through the gates of Paris and conquer the city; they will stop at nothing to succeed.

  

Episode 28 - S3: Ep 9 - Breaking Point

The Vikings go all out for a second assault on Paris. Recognizing the desperate state of affairs for his city, Emperor Charles must make a difficult decision. In Wessex, Judith is compelled to make a difficult decision of her own.

  

Episode 29 - S3: Ep 10 - The Dead

Rollo's destiny is recognized and Bjorn steps up as a leader. With one last chance to take Paris, Ragnar and his Vikings troops take a daring chance.

  

Episode 30 - S4: Ep 1 - A Good Treason

Entry to Valhalla eludes Ragnar but as he lies in his sick bed in Kattegat events unfold beyond his control. Bjorn orders the arrest of Floki for Athelstan's murder while in Paris, Rollo betrays the last of his Viking supporters to strengthen his position in the French Court. Meanwhile, in Hedeby, Kalf announces joint Earldom with Lagertha, but is power-sharing Kalf's true intention and is Lagertha actually willing to share what once was hers?

  

Episode 31 - S4: Ep 2 - Kill the Queen

As Ragnar and Floki remain at odds in Kattegat, Rollo makes great efforts in Paris to win over his new bride, Princess Gisla. Bjorn's survival skills are put to the test in the wilderness, while King Ecbert sets the task for his son Aethelwulf to rescue Queen Kwenthrith from opposing forces in Mercia.

  

Episode 32 - S4: Ep 3 - Mercy

Ragnar tells Floki of a heavy price he has paid for his actions but as Floki remains a prisoner, a mysterious visitor to Ragnar counsels mercy. Intrigue prevails at the French Court as Rollo finds an unlikely ally in Count Odo, but can't escape the contempt of his new bride. Bjorn must fight a fierce opponent in the wilderness but will he survive the threat that Erlendur and Kalf are sending his way?

  

Episode 33 - S4: Ep 4 - Yol

The Yule Log burns in the Great Hall in Kattegat and, though Floki must remain out in the cold, other visitors are welcomed, among them a Norwegian King and Bjorn, with a new partner we've met before. King Aelle visits Wessex for Christmas and is not impressed with how family relations are developing. In Paris, Rollo's future hangs in the balance - can he win-over his new bride, Gisla, as a Papal Delegation arrives to arrange a divorce?

  

Episode 34 - S4: Ep 5 - Promised

There's an air of betrayal at Court in Paris and Wessex as those whom Odo trusts plot against him and Ecbert agrees to support Kwenthrith in Mercia, but is Ecbert a true ally? Ragnar confides in Yidu his darkest secret. Pregnancy brings happiness to Lagertha and Kalf and a marriage is arranged, but events on the wedding day take an unexpected turn.

  

Episode 35 - S4: Ep 6 - What Might Have Been

Ragnar announces another raid on Paris at the Thing in Kattegat and although the fleet is battered by a storm after it sets-out, the greatest challenge for the Vikings lies ahead in Paris, where Rollo awaits. Ecbert also has a journey in mind as he dispatches Aethelwulf and Alfred on a pilgrimage to Rome.

  

Episode 36 - S4: Ep 7 - The Profit and the Loss

In England, King Ecbert's ambitions are revealed as he schemes to gain the crown of Mercia while outside Paris, the Vikings attack with considerable force but can they breach Rollo's defenses? Meanwhile, Harbard, the mysterious wanderer, returns and causes a stir amongst the women of Kattegat.

  

Episode 37 - S4: Ep 8 - Portage

Defeat for the Vikings calls Ragnar's leadership into question as they evacuate their camp and move back down-river. Ragnar himself remains inscrutable until he orders the fleet to beach at a cliff face and unveils an ingenious plan. Rollo and Gisla have news that strengthens Rollo's position at the French Court whilst Count Odo fails to identify his true enemies, with fatal consequences.

  

Episode 38 - S4: Ep 9 - Death All 'Round

The labors of the Vikings eventually bear fruit as, within sight of Paris, they re-launch their boats but this time along with some interesting structures that Floki has made. Aethelwulf and Alfred eventually arrive in Rome and honors are conferred by Pope Leo but relations are not so cordial in Wessex between King Ecbert and the disgruntled King Aelle.

  

Episode 39 - S4: Ep 10 - The Last Ship

A ferocious battle between the Vikings and the French eventually comes down to Ragnar against Rollo and the outcome seals the fates of the two brothers.

  

Episode 40 - S4: Ep 11 - The Outsider

Ragnar has returned to Kattegat where he devises a plan to return to Wessex to right past wrongs.

  

Episode 41 - S4: Ep 12 - The Vision

The Kattegat locals chide Ragnar that the gods have deserted him as he struggles to crew his voyage to Wessex. Bjorn prepares to fulfill his dream of exploring the Mediterranean.

  

Episode 42 - S4: Ep 13 - Two Journeys

Ragnar and Ivar face a difficult decision in regard to their crew. Bjorn has an unexpected reunion.

  

Episode 43 - S4: Ep 14 - In the Uncertain Hour Before the Morning

Lagertha attempts to fulfill a long-held ambition. Ragnar negotiates an unexpected concession from King Ecbert.

  

Episode 44 - S4: Ep 15 - All His Angels

Episode 50 - S5: Ep 1 - The Fisher King

Tensions mount between the sons of Ragnar Lothbrok as the Vikings continue to threaten the very heart of England. As the Great Army moves to take York, with King Aethelwulf and his family still in hiding, Heahmund, the warrior bishop, must rally the Saxons to defend the Realm.

  

Episode 51 - S5: Ep 2 - The Departed

As the Vikings establish their stronghold in York, Ivar is determined to lead the Great Army. In Kattegat, Lagertha misjudges King Harald and pays a heavy price. Floki arrives at a mysterious land.

  

Episode 52 - S5: Ep 3 - Homeland

Celebrations are cut short in the aftermath of the battle at York, as tensions between the Lothbrok brothers come to a head and the brothers are forced to choose sides.

  

Episode 53 - S5: Ep 4 - The Plan

Guided by Bishop Heahmund’s visions, the Saxons hatch a plan, Ivar must have a plan too as the Vikings come under increasing pressure. Bjorn Ironside lands on Sicily and must convince the local commander that he is a trader and not a raider.

  

Episode 54 - S5: Ep 5 - The Prisoner

Ivar the Boneless meets his match in Bishop Heahmund. Floki returns to Kattegat. Bjorn receives a lavish welcome in North Africa.

  

Episode 55 - S5: Ep 6 - The Message

Lagertha faces betrayal both at home and outside of Kattegat and Bjorn Ironside must find a way to support the beleaguered queen. Floki and his settlers arrive at in the new land, but it is far from what they expected.

  

Episode 56 - S5: Ep 7 - Full Moon

Bjorn returns to Kattegat to hear that an attack is being planned at the next full moon. Ivar must decide if he can place his trust in a former enemy on the battlefield.

  

Episode 57 - S5: Ep 8 - The Joke

The day of the battle for Kattegat has come and as the two armies line up to fight, the Lothbrok brothers must decide between a final plea for peace or all-out war. Floki faces discord amongst the settlers.

  

Episode 58 - S5: Ep 9 - A Simple Story

The army leaders consider their options in the aftermath of battle. In Floki’s camp, all hopes of binding the community together are dashed as tragedy unfolds.

  

Episode 59 - S5: Ep 10 - Moments of Vision

There is a sense of doom in Kattegat and in the ensuing bloodshed, brother will kill brother, just as predicted. As the defeated army flee in the face of the victors, a legendary warrior is making his way home.

  

Episode 60 - S5: Ep 11 - The Revelation

Rollo (Clive Standen) is welcomed home to Kattegat after Ivar (Alex Høgh Andersen) is crowned the new king. Bjorn (Nathan O'Toole), Lagertha (Katheryn Winnick) and Ubbe (Jordan Patrick Smith) must flee Ivar’s murderous forces and rely on unsteady alliances to survive.

  

Episode 61 - S5: Ep 12 - Murder Most Foul

Heahmund’s (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) loyalty is tested creating an uncertain fate for those in his company. In Iceland, Floki (Gustaf Skarsgård) fights to understand the will of the gods and the new ruler of Kattegat may have met his match. Kathryn Winnick, Alexander Ludwig, John Kavanaugh, Peter Franzén and Alex Høgh also star.

  

Episode 62 - S5: Ep 13 - A New God

Heahmund (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) fights to convince King Alfred (Ferdia Walsh-Peelo) of his religious intents in defense of the Crown. Ubbe (Jordan Patrick Smith) and Torvi (Georgia Hirst) strengthen the position of the Vikings but not everyone supports their strategy. Another settler disappears in Iceland.

  

Episode 63 - S5: Ep 14 - The Lost Moment

Contrary to the celebrations in Kattegat, grief hits Iceland and Floki (Gustaf Skarsgård) must now make a fated decision. Harald’s (Peter Franzén) army approaches Wessex and a conspiracy grows against King Alfred (Ferdia Walsh-Peelo) in Court. Kathryn Winnick, Alexander Ludwig, John Kavanaugh, and Alex Høgh also star.

  

Episode 64 - S5: Ep 15 - Hell

Bishop Heahmund (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) is wracked with guilt as he fights to renounce his passions. Vikings will clash with Saxons on the battlefield leaving a key figure lost in the calamity. Kathryn Winnick, Alexander Ludwig, John Kavanaugh, Peter Franzén and Alex Høgh also star.

  

Episode 65 - S5: Ep 16 - The Buddha

Bjorn (Alexander Ludwig) achieves one of Ragnar’s dreams and King Alfred (Ferdia Walsh-Peelo) faces his greatest threat yet. A new plan is conceived while Ivar (Alex Høgh Andersen) prepares for a divine arrival and a settler returns to Iceland in terrible condition.

  

Episode 66 - S5: Ep 17 - The Most Terrible Thing

In York, Bjorn (Alexander Ludwig) makes a strategic deal. Wessex is once again threatened by a Viking force with concern of who will lead the Saxon army to defend the Realm. An unexpected turn amongst the settlers leaves Floki (Gustaf Skarsgård) powerless.

  

Episode 67 - S5: Ep 18 - Baldur

Ivar (Alex Høgh Andersen) is treated to a surprise, Hvitserk (Marco Ilsø) is severely tested and Floki (Gustaf Skarsgård) makes an amazing discovery. Three Danish Kings massed their armies in Reading and Ubbe’s (Jordan Patrick Smith) negotiations may have a perilous outcome.

  

Episode 68 - S5: Ep 19 - What Happens in the Cave

Ubbe (Jordan Patrick Smith) is forced into hand-to-hand combat. Floki (Gustaf Skarsgård) reaches new depths and is met by a shocking sight. Bjorn (Alexander Ludwig) sets off for Scandinavia with an old rival. Kathryn Winnick, John Kavanaugh, Peter Franzén and Alex Høgh also star.

  

Episode 69 - S5: Ep 20 - Ragnarok

Episode 70 - S6: Ep 1 - New Beginnings

It’s six months after the battle of Kattegat and Bjorn is now King. But as he struggles with the responsibilities of kingship, he finds he can’t rely on his mother, Lagertha – she has other plans. But can Lagertha lead a quieter life and leave her days as a shield-maiden behind? Ivar falls into the hands of the Kievan Rus and, in their ruthless and unpredictable ruler, Prince Oleg, he may finally have met his match. Intrigued by Ivar’s claims to be a god, Oleg decides to put him to the test.

  

Episode 71 - S6: Ep 2 - The Prophet

Messengers arrive in Kattegat with news that presents Bjorn with a dilemma. As Bjorn attempts to do the right thing as ruler of Kattegat, Prince Oleg of Kiev seems untroubled by his conscience. Even Ivar is shocked by Oleg’s vicious character as he wrestles for control over the young heir to the throne of the Rus Empire. Lagertha has settled into her new, peaceful life, but danger lurks nearby.

  

Episode 72 - S6: Ep 3 - Ghosts, Gods and Running Dogs

Lagertha is visited by women from the nearby villages and they feast together happily. But the community is shattered by shocking events that follow, and Lagertha is forced to take action. In Kiev, although Oleg continues to be friendly, Ivar is aware of the threat which Oleg poses, not only to himself, but to the vulnerable young heir to the throne. Bjorn has answered the call and come to the aid of an old enemy, but all is not as it seems and disaster looms for Bjorn’s forces.

  

Episode 73 - S6: Ep 4 - All the Prisoners

Lagertha leads her village’s response to the recent attacks but despite her best efforts, when the inevitable attack comes, the consequences are tragic. Olaf has a bold new plan for the future of Norway. In Kiev, although Ivar discusses Oleg’s ambitions for Scandinavia, he’s actually more interested in the plight of Igor, the young heir who Oleg controls.

  

Episode 74 - S6: Ep 5 - The Key

As Norway’s Kings and Jarls arrive at Harald’s territory for the election of the King of all Norway, King Olaf is confident of the result, but the election may not run as smoothly as he believes. Lagertha’s village is a hive of activity in anticipation of a second attack by the bandits, and Lagertha is relieved when Gunnhild arrives with re-enforcements. In Kiev, Ivar and Igor engage in risky subterfuge and Ivar is stunned when he encounters a ghost from his past.

  

Episode 75 - S6: Ep 6 - Death and the Serpent

Bjorn is forced to act quickly in the aftermath of the election for the King of all Norway. The bandits attack Lagertha’s village again, confident of victory. But when the defense boils down to single combat with Lagertha, victory for the bandits looks less certain. Back in Kattegat, haunted and paranoid, Hvitserk continues to unravel.

  

Episode 76 - S6: Ep 7 - The Ice Maiden

Bjorn (Alexander Ludwig) has seen a vision and knows he must return to Kattegat urgently. The Seer’s terrible prophecy has come true after all! Elsewhere, King Harald (Peter Franzén) decides to punish King Olaf (Steven Berkoff) when he refuses to offer his allegiance. In Kiev, some Christmas wishes and fantasies come true, and in secret Ivar (Alex Høgh Andersen) and Igor receive some interesting and positive news about Prince Dir (Lenn Kudrjawizki).

  

Episode 77 - S6: Ep 8 - Valhalla Can Wait

Bjorn (Alexander Ludwig) faces a difficult decision. Ubbe (Jordan Patrick Smith) and Torvi (Georgia Hirst ) leave Kattegat, in search of new lands and perhaps old friends. Oleg’s (Danila Kozlovsky) plans for the invasion of Scandinavia are taking shape, and King Harald (Peter Franzén) is baffled by the origin of a mysterious raiding party.

  

Episode 78 - S6: Ep 9 - Resurrection

In Iceland, Ubbe and Torvi finally meet a mysterious wanderer. Bjorn is forced to re-think who his enemies are when Erik returns from a scouting mission with worrying information. Bjorn will need allies, but can he convince his old foe, King Harald, to join forces in the face of the new threat? Ivar is reunited with someone close to him.

  

Episode 79 - S6: Ep 10 - The Best Laid Plans

Ivar (Alex Høgh Andersen) and Igor may be plotting against Oleg (Danila Kozlovsky), but they’re still part of the force that departs Kiev to invade Scandinavia. King Harald (Peter Franzén) and King Bjorn (Alexander Ludwig) begin furious preparations for the invasion. But can enough be done to resist the Rus force?

  

Episode 80 - S6: Ep 11 - King of Kings

In Iceland, Ubbe (Jordan Patrick Smith) learns the truth about Kjetill and has a difficult decision to make. Meanwhile, back in Norway, the battle against the Rus has had grave consequences. But reinforcements have arrived, and Bjorn (Alexander Ludwig) has an idea that may yet save the day.

  

Episode 81 - S6: Ep 12 - All Change

The mood has changed when the Rus army returns to Kiev and Oleg (Danila Kozlovsky) isolates Ivar (Alex Høgh Andersen). But Dir (Lenn Kudrjawizki) confirms that he’s mustering a force to overthrow Oleg and Ivar is part of the plan. Meanwhile, Ubbe (Jordan Patrick Smith) and a group of settlers decide to depart Iceland, in search of the Golden Land.

  

Episode 82 - S6: Ep 13 - The Signal

It’s Election Day in Kattegat and all eyes are on the voting. But strangers arriving at the harbormay force a very unexpected outcome. Meanwhile, Ivar (Alex Høgh Andersen) receives the signal from Prince Dir (Lenn Kudrjawizki) that his forces are ready to challenge Oleg (Danila Kozlovsky). But now Ivar and Hvitserk (Marco Ilsø) must find a way to smuggle Igor (Oran Glynn O'Donovan) out of Kiev from under the watchful eyes of Oleg.

  

Episode 83 - S6: Ep 14 - Lost Souls

Prince Igor (Oran Glynn O'Donovan) receives a hero’s welcome in Novgorod but back in Kiev the mood is darker: Prince Oleg will not be giving up the fight. Ubbe’s (Jordan Patrick Smith) settlers are overjoyed to find land, but it’s not the Golden Land they expected and, with food supplies scarce, conflict looms. Back in Kattegat, Gunnhild (Ragga Ragnars) and Ingrid (Lucy Martin) face an uncertain future

  

Episode 84 - S6: Ep 15 - All At Sea

Fighting erupts in Greenland and Ubbe (Jordan Patrick Smith), Torvi (Georgia Hirst) and Othere (Ray Stevenson) barely escape with their lives...in a leaking boat with no supplies. As Ivar (Alex Høgh Andersen), Hvitserk (Marco Ilsø) and Prince Dir’s (Lenn Kudrjawizki) army approach the gates of Kiev, they have no idea what kind of resistance Prince Oleg (Danila Kozlovsky) will mount. And in Kattegat, Gunnhild (Ragga Ragnars) makes a bold move that leaves the onlookers awe-struck.

  

Episode 85 - S6: Ep 16 - The Final Straw

Out in the open sea, Ubbe and the settlers are at the mercy of the elements. Tension mounts between Ubbe and Othere and when baby Ragnar begins to weaken, it’s the final straw for Ubbe. Ivar and Hvitserk return to Kattegat but still Ivar struggles to identify his purpose. But a prompt from the Seer brings back memories of Ragnar’s words and the truth dawns. Ivar has a plan, he knows what needs to be done, but he’ll need to convince Harald and the people of Kattegat.

  

Episode 86 - S6: Ep 17 - The Raft of Medusa

When King Alfred of Wessex (Ferdia Walsh-Peelo) hears about the arrival of the sons of Ragnar, with an army, he knows he must take drastic action. So as the Viking army makes camp and lies in wait, Alfred and his army abandon the Royal Villa and march to meet them. After weeks at sea, Ubbe (Jordan Patrick Smith) and the settlers are barely alive. But Ubbe spots a smudge on the horizon which might just be their salvation.

  

Episode 87 - S6: Ep 18 - It's Only Magic

Ubbe (Jordan Patrick Smith) and the settlers find land, but soon realize they’re not alone. In Wessex, King Alfred (Ferdia Walsh-Peelo) has mustered a large force to meet the Vikings, but just at the wrong time, old problems re-emerge. At the Viking Camp, Ivar (Alex Høgh Andersen) has come-up with a clever strategy to use against the Saxons. Meanwhile, in Kattegat, Erik (Eric Johnson) realizes that Ingrid (Lucy Martin) has been using her powers against him, so he decides on a counter-move.

  

Episode 88 - S6: Ep 19 - The Lord Giveth...

In the new land, Ubbe (Jordan Patrick Smith) and the settlers engage in careful diplomacy when they find themselves surrounded by the locals, but they discover they are not the only strangers in this land. In Wessex, the Viking battle plan commences when they ambush the Saxon army. Even though there’s carnage on the battlefield, Alfred (Ferdia Walsh-Peelo) is convinced the Lord is with his army and he refuses to retreat. Meanwhile, in Kattegat, Ingrid (Lucy Martin) consolidates her power.

  

Episode 89 - S6: Ep 20 - The Last Act

And so, we find ourselves at the end of our epic saga, an adventure which began a long time ago with the first Viking hero to emerge from the mists of myth and legend: Ragnar Lothbrok, a simple Norwegian farmer and a pagan. After Ragnar's death, his famous sons took on his mantle and voyaged far and wide, from the steppes of Russia to the shores of the Mediterranean. And now, in a spectacular and shocking series finale, tragedy strikes, not only in the new land...but also in England.
