Your account
Sign in, update your details and manage your profile settings in one place.
I forgot my password Send yourself a fresh password and get back into your guide.
Go to our Forgot your password? page and enter the email address linked to your account. We’ll send you a temporary password so you can sign in again and update it from Profile Settings.
How do I change my email address or password? Update your sign-in details from your account settings.
First sign in to your account. Then open Profile Settings to update your email address and/or choose a new password. Save your changes before leaving the page.
How do I delete my account? Remove your account from within your profile settings.
To delete your account, sign in and go to Profile Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click the dark red “PLEASE DELETE MY ACCOUNT” button, then confirm when prompted.
Guide & channels
Set your local guide, manage your lineup and make sure your listings match the way you watch.
How do I edit, remove or add channels? Customise your channel lineup so your guide feels personal.
To customise your channel lineup, sign in and go to My Channels. From there you can hide channels you don’t watch, add channels available in your package, and re-order them so your guide matches the way you prefer to browse.
How do I change my city, postal code or TV provider? Update your listings if you move or switch services.
If your local setup changes, sign in and go to TV Provider. You can update your city or postal code and switch to the service that best matches the way you watch, whether that’s over-the-air, cable or satellite, so your listings stay relevant to your area.
Where can I browse Canadian TV listings by city? Jump straight to a local page you can bookmark and revisit.
Visit TV listings by city to explore local listings and jump directly to your area. It’s the fastest way to switch between guides and save the page you use most.
Can I print my schedule? Use your browser’s print tools for any page you are viewing.
Yes. While viewing the page you want to print, use your browser’s print option such as File → Print or Ctrl/Cmd + P. We don’t currently provide a separate printer-friendly layout, so your browser will print the page as it appears on screen.
Alerts & apps
Manage reminders and keep your guide close by on web and mobile.
How do I turn off email alerts? Stop reminders for individual shows from your account.
To stop reminders for a show, open Edit Reminders in your account. Next to each show you’ll see an “Alert me” pulldown — choose “No Alert” and email notifications for that show will be turned off.
Is there an On TV Tonight Canada app? Take your local guide, search and favourites with you.
Yes. Visit our Canada Apps page to get the app for iPhone, iPad or Android. You can use it to check what’s on now and tonight, search for shows, and keep your favourites and reminders close at hand.
Can I use the same account on the website and in the app? Keep your saved guide preferences connected across devices.
Absolutely. Sign in with the same On TV Tonight account on web and mobile to keep your saved shows, reminders and personalised guide settings in sync.

Schedules can change, and sometimes a local listing may need attention. Please use our Contact Us page and include the show title, channel, date, time and your city or postal code and provider details so our team can look into it as quickly as possible.
I don’t like a specific TV show or channel Programming feedback should go to the broadcaster directly.
On TV Tonight is a TV listings and streaming guide — we don’t control what any channel chooses to broadcast. If you’d like to comment on a specific program, series or channel, please contact the broadcaster or production company directly.
