The narrative follows Leonardo da Vinci, the polymath from Florence, Italy, who actively pursued painting, engineering, architecture, and a host of other disciplines. However, as he ponders on the meaning of life, he decides to leave Italy and go to France. He faces new discoveries and theories with the help of a French princess named Marguerite de Navarre.
