Across town, President James Heller prepares to address Parliament in an attempt to heal recent wounds with the British, and to preserve his legacy. Meanwhile, Margot – a homegrown British terrorist seeking to avenge her husband’s death – proves she is willing to make any sacrifice for her mission.
