Episode 1 - A Secret Which I Desired to Divine

As Anne's sixteenth birthday approaches, she finds herself longing to know more about her lineage, which strains her relationship with Matthew and Marilla. Meanwhile, the school kids prepare for the Queens entrance exams, leaving Diana isolated.

  

Episode 2 - There Is Something at Work In My Soul Which I Do Not Understand

Anne and Cole travel to the orphanage in an effort to learn more about her past, but she finds far more questions than answers. Meanwhile, Elijah drops in on the Blythe/Lacroix farm, giving Mary hope that he's changed his ways.

  

Episode 3 - What Can Stop the Determined Heart

Mary's continued sickness raises alarm in the Blythe/Lacroix home and throughout Avonlea, and the community must come together in new ways to respond. An Indian Affairs agent brings news that changes Ka'kwet's life.

  

Episode 4 - A Hope of Meeting You in Another World

Matthew permits Anne to continue her search, despite Marilla's misgivings. Ka'kwet says goodbye to her old life, but finds her new one is not what she imagined, and Diana pushes back against her parent's wishes resulting in an unforeseen adventure.

  

Episode 5 - I am Fearless and Therefore Powerful

The school kids practice for the upcoming barn dance, bringing romantic anxieties to a head. The girls are plagued with fears about marriage and motherhood. A field trip to the woods opens new horizons for Gilbert. Bash seeks help from an unexpected source.

  

Episode 6 - The Summit of My Desires

Avonlea hosts the Island County Fair, which brings romance, heartbreak, competition, and disaster. Matthew goes head to head with an old friend, while Jerry seizes a unique opportunity. Anne seeks the advice of a fortune teller, with mixed results. The barn dance brings a devastating incident to light and compels Anne to take bold action.

  

Episode 7 - A Strong Effort of the Spirit of Good

Anne’s opinion article isn’t received quite as she planned, and unforeseen consequences affect the entire town. Josie makes a brave decision. A secret comes to light, causing a rift between Anne and Diana. Miss Stacy and the kids raise the ire of the School’s Board of Directors, to disastrous results.

  

Episode 8 - Great and Sudden Change

Ka’kwet hatches a plan. Anne and the students take the Queen's entrance exams. Aunt Josephine visits and brings a devious scheme. Gilbert is given an opportunity he never could have dreamed of. A new arrival in Avonlea tests Bash’s patience. Anne makes a startling realization that may change the course of her life.

  

Episode 9 - A Dense and Frightful Darkness

After a shocking act of violence, Oqwatnuk and Aluk call upon the Cuthberts for help. Anne is forced to confront harsh truths. Gilbert makes a decision about his future. Bash and Hazel’s fighting unearths a long-buried secret.

  

Episode 10 - The Better Feelings of My Heart

As the students prepare to depart for Queen’s College, Gilbert takes a final chance. Marilla intervenes on Diana’s behalf. Anne embraces her future but finds that change also brings loss. Elijah returns to Avonlea. Anne has a fateful encounter in Charlottetown.
