Episode 1 - Rosie the TerrierWhen dog warden Elizabeth picked up teddy bear terrier Rosie as a stray, she was delighted to give the little dog a loving home. But Rosie's increasing aggression towards fellow dog Pepper has forced Elizabeth to find a new home. A divorcee who loves to sing, a nightclub croupier and a newly retired couple are all keen to take on Rosie; but which of them will be able to cope?

Episode 2 - Skye the HorseKim always dreamed of competing with her lively five-year-old thoroughbred Skye. But a back injury put paid to her dreams and now she needs to hand Skye's reins over to a new owner who can give Skye the time, to help her achieve equine stardom. Three keen horsewomen all need to meet Skye to get to know her, but the sometimes-temperamental mare isn't going to give them all an easy ride.

Episode 3 - Summer, Oliver, Maggie and Poppy Guinea PigsDog groomer Dawn has decided that her only option is to find the piggies a new home where they will get the attention they need. So she's hitting the road with Summer, Maggie, Poppy and Oliver to visit a prize-winning guinea pig fancier, a primary school where animal care helps the children's behaviour and a graphic designer who wants to design the guineas' deluxe home.

Episode 4 - Missy the DogAfter being abandoned in the past, Labrador Staffie cross Missy suffers from separation anxiety. Her owner freelance musician Naomi is facing an increasing workload and erratic schedule, and Missy just can't cope with time alone. Although heartbroken at parting with Missy, Naomi visits three families in search of a more settled life for her beloved pet.

Episode 7 - Toby the ParrotHuman reared African grey parrots will bond with their carer for life, so when Nathan finds himself seeking a new home for his pet parrot Toby, male companionship is at the top of his checklist. Nathan and Toby check out a modern-day Dr. Doolittle, a busy family with lots of pets and children and a bird mad couple with their own bird sanctuary.

Episode 8 - Baloo the DogTim's relationship has resulted in his beloved Staffie Baloo being left home alone for long periods; Tim has made the heartbreaking decision to find a new owner who can give Baloo the company he needs. But he faces a tough decision when a legal secretary who is keen to take a dog to work, a would-be first-time dog owner and a retired couple all turn out to be staunch Staffie fans.

No longer fit enough to train him herself, she's keen to find a rider with the time, facilities and ambition to develop him into a prize-winning horse. Three experienced horsewomen all need to meet and ride Rocky to get to know him - if Rocky can be persuaded not to horse around.

But now her busy job and social life mean her bunnies are being neglected and they need a better owner. Charlotte must decide between a nursery with young children, a single man with an immaculate home, and a bunny fanatic who already has 11 rabbits.
