Episode 1 - Episode 1Deputy head of chemistry Mr Church is about to resign from Greybridge School but the arrival of Miss Postern, the new French teacher, changes everything. PE teacher Mr Gunn also has designs on the new member of staff so Mr Church takes advice from a pupil on how to succeed with women. Mr Church's phone doesn't send picture messages, so he can't follow Manyou's first suggestion. That just leaves offering her a lift home. The course of true love never did run smooth, particularly in an Austin Maxi.

Episode 2 - Episode 2It's talent show time at Greybridge School, but the teachers are doing the acts and the pupils are the judges. Mr Church is reluctant to enter until Miss Postern suggests he duet with her, but will artistic differences ruin their chances? Mr Gunn's Keith Lemon impression is set to steal the show, but will it?

Episode 3 - Episode 3Miss Postern is landed with running the Draughts club, and suggests merging with Mr Church's chess club. Mr Church wonders if perhaps Miss Postern would like to come over to his place and watch Strictly and discuss a merger?

Episode 4 - Episode 4Miss Postern warns the other teachers to be sensitive with troubled pupil Josh; his mum has gone off with a Maasai tribesman. Perhaps giving Josh a part in the bold re-imagining of Romeo and Juliet put on by the drama department will take his mind off things? Mr Church has lost his job as theatre reviewer for the school magazine, so Miss Postern steps in to watch the show, with Josh's dad for company. Could Mr Church be just a little bit jealous?

Episode 5 - Episode 5Miss Postern has put herself down for an Ironman competition, but realises too late what is involved. Mr Gunn offers to help with her training, so Mr Church takes an unexpected interest in PE to keep an eye on things. Drama teacher Mrs Klebb sets up a new action group to stop violence at school - if only the teachers would listen.

Episode 6 - Episode 6Naturally Mr Church is keen to be involved with Miss Postern's school trip to France, but with no places left he needs to find a way to get on the coach. Anything is possible (with a hefty bribe) but things don't go according to plan in Dieppe. Love is in the air, but Mr Church had Moules Mariniere for supper.
