First up is to plan and enjoy her engagement party! Meanwhile, Natalie stumbles upon a secret manuscript of her father’s that could have major repercussions for the entire Carver family.

Meanwhile, Dominic struggles with what to do as the deadline nears of losing the woman he loves forever.

Episode 7 - As Long as We Both Shall LiveThe honeymoon may be over for April and Leo as they try to settle into a normal married life. April’s “cleaning system” versus Leo’s mess is not the only issues they have to work on. Leo is in full swing at his new job and is making lots of plans for the future – not just in his job but for his life with his new wife. April is trying to live life to the fullest in the moment, as Leo taught her, so Leo’s “new” future planning is throwing her off. Meanwhile, Brenna doesn’t feel as welcome or supported at her new school’s LGBQT club.

Episode 9 - Wild ThingApril continues the grieving process, but nothing she does seems to ease the pain of losing Leo. When she gets news of her inheritance, she looks to the newly acquired money and the joy of spending it to take away her pain. Beth wants new shoes? She’s got it! An expensive night on the town with friends – done! A little dabbling into the drug culture – sure, why not? But her friends are not sure what to do with this new wild and crazy April. Is April heading down a dark and dangerous path? Meanwhile, Brenna premieres her short film, and Sara looks for ways to help others.

Episode 10 - A Bottle of SecretsWhen a winter storm gathers the Carver family together, April decides to use this as an opportunity to learn about a truth George may be hiding, creating a storm of her own. What starts as an evening of family games and bonding quickly turns into a night of unsettling revelations. Will the secret, once exposed, create a stronger bond between the family, or will it push some apart? Meanwhile, George and Mae attempt to work through their broken relationship.
