Episode 1 - I Want to Be Here

Rebecca (Rachel Bloom) confronts the consequences of her guilty plea while an angry Nathaniel (Scott Michael Foster) seeks solace in a retreat and Josh (Vincent Rodriguez III) searches for answers. Donna Lynne Champlin, Vella Lovell, Gabrielle Ruiz and Pete Gardner also star.

  

Episode 2 - I Am Ashamed

Rebecca (Rachel Bloom) convinces Paula (Donna Lynne Champlin), Heather (Vella Lovell) and Valencia (Gabrielle Ruiz) to participate in a séance after making a spooky discovery.  Darryl (Pete Gardner) takes his parenting duties to an extreme, while Nathaniel (Scott Michael Foster) is determined to prove to his father that he is the best person to run the law firm.  Vincent Rodriguez III also stars.

  

Episode 3 - I'm On My Own Path

As Rebecca (Rachel Bloom) contemplates her feelings about her career, Paula (Donna Lynne Champlin) is forced to deal with a big client (guest star Nina Vardalos). Josh (Vincent Rodriguez III) tries to get back in the dating game, while Heather (Vella Lovell) and Hector (guest star Erick Lopez) deal with insurance.

  

Episode 4 - I'm Making Up for Lost Time

Rebecca re-unites under unusual circumstances with half-brother Tucker (guest star Luca Padovan) and discovers they have many things in common. In an effort to connect with her kids, Paula plans an activity that requires they all to work together. Meanwhile, Nathaniel brainstorms a way to win Rebecca back.

Heather (Vella Lovell) and Valencia (Gabrielle Ruiz) both have changes in their lives which leaves Rebecca (Rachel Bloom) reeling. Meanwhile, Paula (Donna Lynne Champlin) has to adjust to some good news/bad news from her eldest son.

After an incident where Officer Witten's (Lauren Patten) backup physically could not keep up with a chase, Frank must decide whether to implement a more rigorous fitness test for the NYPD. Also, Danny is hesitant to pursue a cold case after learning who the original detective was; Anthony begs Erin to stall a murder trial so he can gather more evidence; and Eddie is vexed by Jamie's disapproval of her joining a fraternal organization.
