After his coworkers encourage him to get back in the game, Robert reconnects with Janice, who tries to help him live out a fantasy. A successful sale inspires Jackie to propose that she and Robert team up on a house-flipping business, but he has qualms about the idea.

Frances faces the fallout of a successful opening at her gallery, and enlists Robert's help with a home-repair project. A returned favor from Frances sets Diane on a bender, which comes back to haunt her at another eventful party.
