Episode 1 - Blue Monday

Renton Thurston leads a boring life for a fourteen-year-old boy, but that changes when his compact drive starts to glow with the word “Eureka” and a strange, beautiful girl crashes a mecha into his home.

  

Episode 2 - Blue Sky Fish

While Renton tries to get the Amita Drive to Eureka and the Nirvash, he finds a new sense of determination. Once he finds Eureka emotions flair, the military attacks, and a strange power is unleashed.

  

Episode 3 - Motion Blue

As tensions mount between the military and Gekkostate at the airport, Eureka teaches Renton how to detect Trapar particle waves. If the Gekko is going to escape the military blockade, the two of them are going to have to pull of a daring maneuver.

  

Episode 4 - Watermelon

The Council of Sages discusses the Nirvash’s immense display of power and how it is connected to Adrock Thurston—Renten’s father. Meanwhile, Renton joins Gekkostate to get closer to Eureka, only to find himself at the bottom of the organization.

  

Episode 5 - Vivid Bit

When a shopping trip with fellow Gekkostate members Talho and Hilda turns ugly, it’s up to Renton to pilot an LFO solo for the first time in order to keep everyone form getting into too much trouble.

  

Episode 6 - Childhood

Eureka’s “kids” pull a series of pranks on Renton, dead-set on keeping anyone from getting too close to the woman they call “Mama.” Meanwhile, Renton goes out on a dangerous mission without authorization from the rest of Gekkostate.

     

Episode 7 - Absolute Defeat

Renton gets sent on an important Gekkostate mission to deliver a dangerous package—but there’s something strange about the errand.

  

Episode 8 - Glorious Brilliance

On a shopping trip, Eureka, Renton, and a few others run into a woman named Tiptory. But when Holland appears and interrupts their meeting, it’s revealed that there’s more to Tiptory than meets the eye.

  

Episode 9 - Paper Moon Shine

The Gekko lands in the ruins of Ciudades Del Cielo, where Renton tries to cut lose by lifting—much to Holland’s annoyance. When Renton disappears into the city, he discovers the secret behind Gekkostate’s formation.

  

Episode 10 - Higher than the Sun

A huge Trapar wave is unleashed and Holland decides he and the others need to have a little fun lifting. When they end up at military base, though, Holland and Talho recall painful memories.

  

Episode 11 - Into the Nature

Gekkostate investigates a strange sphere that appeared in the sky. Eureka helps out, despite her declining health, and encounters a new Nirvash shows up—typeTheEND.

  

Episode 12 - Acperience 1

The typeTheEND and typeZERO go head to head as the Gekko and the Izumo play a game of chicken. Inside the Coralian, Renton, Eureka, and Anemone share a common dream—that may turn out to be a nightmare.

  

Episode 13 - The Beginning

The Coralian has disappeared, but more questions about the connection between Anemone, Eureka, and Renton are raised when they meet face to face, leading to a medicine-collecting side mission in a nearby town.

  

Episode 14 - Memory Band

The Gekko has been seriously damaged from its battle with the military, and its crewmembers reflect on the recent events. Stoner offers up his own speculations as to what everything means—and why Eureka was so affected by the Coralian.

  

Episode 15 - Human Behavior

Renton visits the town he grew up in and shows Eureka some of his important memories. Their mission is to collect a special fruit, but when Renton runs cross people from his past, things take an unexpected turn.

  

Episode 16 - Opposite View

The Gekko lands in an abandoned mine in order to complete repairs. After a frustrating conversation with Eureka, Renton heads out to explore and stumbles upon a strange building in the mine tunnels.

  

Episode 17 - Sky Rock Gate

If the Gekko is going to be repaired, it’s going to need a whole lot of reflection tape. Luckily, there’s a craftsman nearby who can make it, but only if Renton and the others can gather enough skyfish for raw materials.

  

Episode 18 - Ill Communication

A miner still working in the abandoned tunnels where the Gekko is being repaired befriends members of the crew. But the old man’s intentions are called into question when he discovers the typeZero Nirvash.

  

Episode 19 - Acperience 2

Eureka’s health and spirits are fading—possibly because of the mines—which lead her to take brash action, endangering herself and others. Meanwhile, an enemy ship heads toward the Gekko, intent of taking the ship and its crew any way they can.

  

Episode 20 - Substance Abuse

Eureka has merged with a scub, sending many of the crew into a panic. At the same time, Holland responds to a distress call and goes on a dangerous mission to rescue a Vodarac high priest.

  

Episode 21 - Runaway

The Vodarac priest that Holland rescued manages to remove the scub from Eureka’s body, but the ordeal won’t be without scars. Meanwhile, Renton tries to come to terms with the death and destruction he’s caused since joining Gekkostate.

  

Episode 22 - Crackpot

The Gekko crew tries to figure out the best way to tell Eureka that Renton has gone. Renton comes across Charles and Ray Beams and their carrier ship, the Swan, and decides to join them.

  

Episode 23 - Differencia

On his first mission with the Beams, Renton is faced with a difficult decision concerning the fate of a Vodarac girl. On the Gekko, Holland tries to avoid talking to Eureka about Renton, but he won’t be able to avoid the subject forever.

  

Episode 24 - Paradise Lost

Holland considers his previous treatment of Renton as a lonely Eureka takes on the missing boy’s duties. Meanwhile, on the Swan, the Beams’ true mission comes to light, much to Renton’s shock.

  

Episode 25 - World's End Garden

Alone and wandering, Renton wears himself out searching for the Gekko. He’s taken in by a hermit and his sick wife, who have much to teach him about love and loyalty.

  

Episode 26 - Morning Glory

Holland’s quest to find Renton hits a snag when the Gekko runs into a military fleet preparing to take on the ship. Unable to wait, Eureka leaves to search for him on her own—but Renton might be closer than she thinks.

  

Episode 27 - Helter Skelter

Eureka and Renton find themselves locked in the brig together, along with Eureka’s “kids.” Their reunion is cut short when Charles and Ray Beams begin their assault on the Gekko.

  

Episode 28 - Memento Mori

A death in the battle between the Swan and the Gekko has major psychological consequences for members of both crews. Meanwhile, Holland reveals to Renton that he has a past connection to the Beams.

  

Episode 29 - Keep on Movin'

Lieutenant Dominic visits Bellforest and ends up spending a lot of time with the Thurstons. On the Gekko, a shocking revelation about Eureka’s origins takes everyone by surprise.

  

Episode 30 - Change of Life

More information about the history of Euruka and the typeZERO—and Renton’s grandfather—is revealed as the Nirvash is taken for repairs at the research center where it was built.

  

Episode 31 - Animal Attack

Repairs on the Nirvash continue as Dr. Eagan, a renowned researcher, has an idea as to why the machine has been acting strangely. Elsewhere, one of the Sages and Colonel Dewey discuss the future of the Coralians.

  

Episode 32 - Start It Up

Renton’s grandfather is put in charge of upgrades for the Nirvash. Improvements can’t come soon enough, as an attack on the Coralians results in an all-out battle and the deployment of typeTheEND.

  

Episode 33 - Pacific State

The Gekko lands amid the city ruins left by the Coralian attack. As Renton tries desperately to figure out a way to cheer Eureka up, Holland and Talho have an important conversation that affects the entire future of Gekkostate.

  

Episode 34 - Inner Flight

Holland reveals the truth about who Norb is and how he is connected to Eureka, Talho makes a shocking announcement, and Colonel Dewey and Norb discuss the future of the planet in the capital.

  

Episode 35 - Astral Apache

Gekkostate attacks the capital in order to rescue Norb, but Eureka’s unwillingness to take any more lives hinders the operation. Colonel Dewey is quick to dismiss the assault, not knowing that Holland has succeeded in finding Eureka a partner.

  

Episode 36 - Fantasia

Newly rescued Norb insists on returning to the Vodarac homeland, Eureka worries about improving her physical appearance, and Holland tells Renton about his first love—someone Renton knows all too well.

  

Episode 37 - Raise Your Hand

Norb and Dr. Bear discuss the “Limit of Questions” theory, pitting science against religion. Meanwhile, Dewey makes a very public announcement about his plans for the future, which tie back to Renton’s father.

  

Episode 38 - Date of Birth

A misunderstanding between Renton and Eureka leads to awkwardness for the rest of the Gekko’s crew. Meanwhile, Dewey continues his crusade against the Sage Council, and Stoner tries to improve public perception of Gekkostate through Ray=Out.

  

Episode 39 - Join the Future

At Norb’s insistence, Gekkostate plays a game of soccer against a professional team. In the capital, Dewey blames two high-profile deaths on the Coralians and prepares to destroy them in return.

  

Episode 40 - Cosmic Trigger

The Gekko arrives at the Vodarac Shrine near the Great Wall, and Norb sends Renton and Eureka inside to meat with Sakuya. Elsewhere, Dewey prepares his attack squad, which includes Anemone and a new ship, the Ginga.

  

Episode 41 - Acperience 3

Eureka enters in a strange place within the Vodarac shrine, where she learns the history of Sakuya and Norb. Outside the shrine, Holland and the rest of Gekkostate fight a military attack.

  

Episode 42 - Star Dancer

Holland and Gekkostate continue to defend the shrine and provide cover while Renton and Eureka head for the Great Wall in the typeZERO—but to succeed, the Nirvash is going to have to avoid military ships, Coralians, and Anemone.

  

Episode 43 - The Sunshine Underground

Eureka, Renton, and the kids finally make it to Earth, but have no idea what to do once they’re there. Meanwhile Dewey takes Anemone to a celebration and tells her about his childhood and past with Holland.

  

Episode 44 - It's All in the Mind

In Warsaw, Dominic visits a facility where young girls are being experimented on with tragic consequences. On Earth, the group is not faring well, and something odd is happening to Eureka.

  

Episode 45 - Don't You Want Me?

Jurgens and Dominic board the Gekko and confront Dr. Bear. After learning the truth about the Scub Corals, they begin to question their allegiances. On Earth, stress builds between Renton and the kids regarding Eureka’s transformation.

  

Episode 46 - Planet Rock

When Dewey finally discovers the Scub Control Cluster, military forces launch across the world and Holland readies his crew for battle. Eureka and the kids on earth treat Renton’s fever, and the couple has a touching moment.

  

Episode 47 - Acperience 4

After entering the Scub Control Cluster, Renton is reunited with his sister and learns how the Coralian came to be. It seems as though the fate of everything depends on what actions he decides to take.

  

Episode 48 - Ballet Méchanique

Dewey is able to create a hole in the Scub Coral that Anemone can slip through. Will Dominic be able to stop her from carrying out her suicide mission?

  

Episode 49 - Shout to the Top!

Dewey manages to destroy the Scub Control Cluster, sending debris floating on Trapar waves flying across the globe. Eureka and Renton try control a badly damaged Nirvash, but they find unexpected resistance.

  

Episode 50 - Wish upon a Star

The fate of the world is at stake as Eureka begins to turn into the next Scub Control Cluster. As an army of Coralians surround her, Renton understands that to save Eureka and everybody else, he might have to forsake his humanity.
