Episode 1 - Fratello (Siblings)Following a gruesome night of terror, a newly-orphaned young girl named Henrietta is taken under the wing of a secret Italian agency. The Social Welfare Agency is in the business of altering the minds and bodies of children like Henrietta to become assassins. It is up to Henrietta's 'fratello' -- or 'sibling' -- named Jose to show her the ropes... and keep her delicate mind from spinning out of control.

Episode 1 - The Light of Venice, the Darkness of the HeartJean goes to visit the grave of his fiancé and encounters her brother, Fernando and the two have a fight. Fernando decides to attack a Five Republics safe house, but is stopped by Jean and Giuseppe. Marco and Angelica then proceed to wipe it out. Jean and Rico travel to Venice to eliminate a local mafia boss supporting the Rome terrorists, enlisting the help of Alto Meyer, an agent with the Venice office. While shooting terrorists fleeing on a motor yacht, Rico is knocked off a perch and into the lagoon, where she starts to sink. Jean rescues her and as a reward, gives her the rest of the day off to go play on the beach.

Episode 2 - Orione (Orion)Worried that a mistake during her most recent assignment will alienate her even more, Henrietta tries hard to find her place at the agency. But Jose feels responsible for Henrietta's shortcomings, and it's up to him alone to find out what his 'fratello' needs to make her the best assassin the Italian government owns.

Episode 2 - FantasmaRico and Henrietta, escorted by Hillshire, are travelling by ferry to Sicily to meet Jean and Giuseppe, who are on vacation in the house Henrietta and Giuseppe stayed in Episodes 10 and 11 of Season One. Henrietta discovers the clothes of the Croce brothers' dead younger sister, Enrika, in the closet and Giuseppe has her wear one of her summer dresses. Jean gets drunk and dreams of Enrika, who scolds Jean for letting Giuseppe dress Henrietta in her clothes, saying it is not fair for Henrietta to replace Enrika in Giuseppe's heart. But Jean blames himself for how Giuseppe is and tells Enrika to be upset at him, instead. Down on the beach, Henrietta and Giuseppe walk along the shore. The following day, the girls are playing in the water as the handlers discuss matters before walking out to be with them.

Episode 3 - Ragazzo (Boy)For the first few years of her life, Rico was trapped in her own body, completely unable to move. But two years ago, the Social Welfare Agency stepped in and gave her a body she could move all she wanted -- as long as she followed the agency's orders. Happy with her place in the world, she meets a resilient boy named Emilio while scoping out a new mission. And it's his fresh attitude that begins to turn over Rico's ideas of who she is supposed to be.

Episode 4 - Bambola (Doll)The Hilshire-Triela fratello head to Naples in search of Mario Bossi, an infamous criminal long since retired. Their mission is to find and protect Mario, even against his wishes. Reason: many people want him dead -- He's a government witness in a case against organized crime. But the friction between Hilshire and Triela might be too much of a struggle for the fratello as they try to concentrate on their mission.

Episode 5 - Promessa (Promise)Captain Raballo is a former Military Policeman who, after suffering a leg injury, was forced to resign. When Jean approaches him to join the agency as a Handler in return for re-instatement in to the MP, he jumps at the opportunity. But when he's teamed up with Claes, he soon realizes that his selfish needs are not worth the pain he will put the young assassin through.

Episode 6 - Gelato (Frozen)Known terrorist Enrico Berdini is planning a major attack on Rome, and Jose and Henrietta are on the case with Rome Branch's Enzo. Together they are tracking Berdini, who is negotiating a deal to buy an explosive device from two of the best bomb makers in Italy for the attack. Once the deal is done, the Agency will move in to neutralize the threat.

Episode 7 - Protezione (Protection)While visiting an art gallery in Florence, Jean and Rico befriend and tail accountant Filippo Adani, who is in possession of a financial ledger that a major terrorist is trying to get his hands on. Little does Filippo know that his two new friends are his only protection from an eventual death.

Episode 8 - Il Principe del regno della pasta (The Prince of the Kingdom of Pasta)Angelina was a young girl out on an errand one day when a car hit her, leaving her for dead. The Social Welfare Agency took her in, and with the help of Marco, coaxed her back into health. She was reborn as Angelica with the cybernetic implants, but the first signs of negative side effects began to show on the young assassin.

Episode 9 - Lycorsi Radiata Herb (Be Struck Off Herb)Elsa, a new recruit, is as cold as they come. When Henrietta reaches out to her, a cold shoulder is all she gets in return. Elsa's handler, Lauro, bring Jose and Henrietta in on a hit and strained tensions place the mission in jeapardy. Can Jose hold things together and make it through one more day?

Episode 10 - Amare (To Love)After the discovery of a grizzly murder, Section One sends in an investigator to get to the bottom of the cyborg problem. Jean becomes embroiled in an inter-departmental cover-up while Jose and Henrietta are sent away for their own "safety." What is the Chief hiding from Jose? Does the danger lie? In the cover-up or the deadly truth?

Episode 11 - Febbre Alta (High Fever)Henrietta and Jose take to the hills of Sicily for a vacation and are followed the entire way by Section One agents. Once Pietro and Elenora begin to ask questions about Elsa and Lauro's deaths, their suspicions grow as Henrietta reveals that she may know more about this than anyone has thought.

Episode 12 - Simbiosi (Symbiosis)Claes goes out as a decoy to foil the Republican Faction's plot to kidnap a Senator's daughter. But, something goes awry and Section 2 loses track of her! The fratellos bet it all on an all-or-nothing siege to break her out of the terrorist's stronghold. Will they make it in time? Or will Claes be left twisting in the wind?

Episode 13 - Stellacadente (Falling Star)There is a meteor shower tonight, and the girls are excited to see it, but when Jose bows out of taking the girls, Triela must find someone else to escort them. However, everyone's thoughts are with Angelica, who is lying in a hospital bed. Her time is short, and Henrietta must convince Marco to be by her side in this time of need.
