Episode 1 - At the End of the Day, Reality Wins

In the season 4 opener, Marty is back with a vengeance - ready to grow Kaan and Associates and conquer the consulting world. Revelations of what has occurred since last season begin to explain the new normal' at K and A. Marty lays down the law to a pregnant Jeannie on her future with the company, and the Pod leaves one client in pursuit of a much bigger payday.

  

Episode 2 - I'm a Motherfucking Scorpion, That's Why

Marty cunningly proves his business savvy when he meets electric car mogul, Ellis Hightower. In desperate pursuit of a new client, Jeannie orchestrates a chance encounter that appears to go terribly awry. Marty accuses Jeannie of being a dishonest person, prompting her to reveal a difficult truth.

  

Episode 3 - Entropy Is Contagious

Marty and Jeannie pitch opposing strategies to a Seattle-based skin care company. Doug, fed up with Sarah's antics, passive-aggressively puts his foot down. Clyde begins discussing a business idea with an unlikely partner.

  

Episode 4 - We Can Always Just Overwhelm the Vagus Nerve with Another Sensation

When the Gage presentation falls apart, Marty comes up with a last-ditch plan that includes orchestrating a move that a volatile Ellis doesn't want. Jeannie has a less-than-encouraging meeting with a headhunter regarding her prospects in the job market. Doug petitions to join Clyde and Kelsey's new business venture.

  

Episode 5 - The Urge to Save Humanity is Almost Always a False Front for the Urge to Rule

When the partnership between Ellis and Maya reaches a boiling point, Marty devises a plan that Jeannie opposes. Clyde develops feelings for Kelsey as they seek investors for their start-up.

  

Episode 6 - Trust Me, I'm Getting Plenty of Erections

When the new partnership with Ellis reaches a boiling point, Marty and the Pod hatch a new plan with Gage Motors, intent on hitting an even bigger payday. Jeannie seriously considers an attractive job offer. Roscoe cuts school to party with his new friends.

  

Episode 7 - The Next Olive Branch Goes Straight Up Your Ass

Difficulties arise for Kaan and Associates when payment is not received from a consult. Plus, Clyde gets a visit from his estranged father, Marty learns of Roscoe's entrepreneurial endeavors, and Jeannie pushes back to stay.

Marty and Jeannie entice Denna with a retaliatory business move against Ellis. Things get complicated between Doug and Kelsey. Clyde spends time with his father and is disturbed to see how similar they may be.

  

Episode 9 - We're Going to Build a Mothership and Rule the Universe

Marty butts heads with a turnaround artist sent by Denna to grow K and A's business. Jeannie has mixed feelings about a dinner invite to the Kaan home. Clyde's father pushes him to the breaking point

  

Episode 10 - Praise Money! Hallowed Be Thy Name

Marty pitches the CEO of a fast food chain, bringing him into conflict with Denna. Roscoe's business is exposed, hurting his status and future at school. Doug and Clyde have different reactions to being involved with the same woman.

  

Episode 11 - Everything's So F**king Obvious, I'm Starting to Wonder Why We're Even Having This Co

Concerned about repercussions from Denna, Marty looks to secure his place at K and A. Jeannie receives an exciting proposition. Clyde reaches out to his father, and Roscoe is at the center of an ugly incident at school.

  

Episode 12 - You’re Safely Sucking at the Triple-Venti T*ts of the New Kaan & Associates

In the season 4 finale, Marty is on the verge of making K and A one of the biggest consultancies in the business, if he can persuade his new skeptical employees to remain on board. Jeannie gives birth. Clyde, Doug, and Kelsey await an offer, and Roscoe has to face the consequences.
