Episode 3 - Form FetishAbby and Dan try to undo some drastic budget cuts by taking on City Hall and a bureaucrat who lives to say “no.” Olivia and Gurgs stumble on a business opportunity and quickly realize why friendship and discontinued soda don’t mix.

Episode 4 - Just the Fax, DanWhen a cybercriminal hacks the courthouse server, the crew must figure out who’s behind it before all their secrets are revealed. Gurgs welcomes Wyatt, the new clerk, by immediately identifying him as their prime suspect.

Episode 7 - A Crime of FashionIt’s Fashion Week in New York as Abby gets caught in a whirlwind romance with a famous fashion designer. A high-profile defendant offers to make Dan’s dreams come true, but it comes at a cost to Olivia.

Episode 8 - Broadway Danny GurgsDan begrudgingly defends a washed-up Broadway producer he despises (guest star Richard Kind) and uncovers Gurgs’ secret talent: singing! Olivia has a real estate-related emotional breakdown after her fake doorman dies.

Episode 9 - Taught and BotheredWhen an HR rep (guest star Ryan Hansen, Party Down) orders a “Respect in the Workplace” training seminar for the Night Court crew, their team dynamic is thrown into disarray. Dan Fielding goes to sensitivity training... and is a star student. Abby’s coworkers see her in a precarious romantic moment... with the HR rep. Gurgs and Olivia have been living together and hash out their roommate problems. Wyatt just wants Dan to say “thank you” once in a while, and Dan decides to kill him with kindness.

Episode 12 - The Duke’s a HazardWhen Gurgs’ royal boyfriend pays a surprise visit, she questions their compatibility. Dan defends his family’s honor after he discovers a feud that dates back centuries. Rhys Darby and Dave Foley guest star.

Episode 13 - The Best DanRoz finds herself in court after her wedding venue falls through, prompting Abby to offer up the courthouse for the big day. Dan strikes up a connection with a wedding guest who has ties to his past, only to realize that his reputation precedes him. Abby and Jake set rules to keep their relationship casual. Gurgs suspects foul play and enlists Olivia, Wyatt and Flobert to investigate.
