Episode 1 - Touch Me I'm Going to Scream, Pt. 1

In the sixth season premiere, the girl of Lucas' dreams shows up at the airport. Nathan's comeback is halted by news that could change his career, and Dan's life is in limbo. Plus, Mouth and Millicent wrestle with leaving Tree Hill, and Brooke and Victoria's battle over Clothes over Bros comes to a surprising head.

  

Episode 2 - One Million Billionth of a Millisecond On a Sunday Morning

As Lucas and his fiancée enjoy planning their dream wedding, Brooke and Peyton reconnect, and Brooke, reeling from a threat to her store, reaches out to an unexpected ally. Nathan works with Quentin (recurring guest star Robbie Jones) on his basketball skills, but Haley fears for Nathan's well-being. And Jamie catches Skills and Deb kissing.

  

Episode 3 - Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly

Lucas returns from Las Vegas to face a tragedy, as Nathan and Haley struggle to find a way to help Jamie understand the death of someone close to them.

  

Episode 4 - Bridge Over Troubled Water

Lucas struggles to inspire the Ravens, while Haley investigates the disappearance of Dan. Brooke confronts an old demon from her past, and Nathan comes to terms with Deb's relationship with Skills. Plus, Peyton is surprised when a famous musician visits her studio.

  

Episode 5 - You've Dug Your Own Grave, Now Lie In It

Lucas and Lindsey (recurring guest star Michaela McManus) face a tenuous future, and Nathan receives an offer from a pro basketball team. Haley unwittingly puts Jamie's life in peril, while Brooke struggles with giving up her company. Plus, Peyton discovers a dark secret about her new recording artist and Haley learns the truth about Dan, which leads to a final showdown with Nanny Carrie (recurring guest star Torrey DeVitto).

  

Episode 6 - Choosing My Own Way of Life

Lucas is joined by a familiar face as he begins his second book tour, and Peyton and Mick (recurring guest star JOHN DOE) have a confrontation over his identity.

  

Episode 7 - Messin' With the Kid

Nathan and Haley must parent Jamie about facing a school bully, and Lucas and Peyton adjust to life as a couple and living together. Plus, Brooke finds being a role model not as easy as she expected, and Mouth tries to get his old job back.

  

Episode 8 - Our Life Is Not a Movie or Maybe

Lucas' novel receives unexpected and surprising interest; Mouth receives interest as well, from his new intern. Jamie grows enamored of Sam (recurring guest star Ashley Rickards) and her rebellious facade, and a would-be suitor grows enamored of Brooke. Meanwhile, Haley counsels Nathan as his basketball comeback gains momentum.

  

Episode 9 - Sympathy for the Devil

Nathan finds himself face to face with an old rival; Brooke deals with someone who once hurt her; and Lucas's novel leads him into unchartered and threatening waters.

  

Episode 10 - Even Fairy Tale Characters Would Be Jealous

There's tension at Peyton's USO show as Lucas deals with Peyton and Julian's (guest star Austin Nichols - "John from Cincinnati") romantic past. Angels and Airwaves performs.

  

Episode 11 - We Three (My Echo, My Shadow & Me)

In a special episode, Chad Michael Murray pens a tribute to the classic films of the 1940s. Karen's Cafe is transformed into a glamorous nightclub with Lucas as its proprietor.

  

Episode 12 - You Have to be Joking

Lucas goes to Hollywood; Nathan gets a basketball tryout; Peyton struggles with Mia (Kate Vegele) about her album; and Julian (Austin Nichols) wants Brooke to design for his film.

  

Episode 13 - Things a Mama Don't Know

Peyton receives startling news that she must share with Lucas. Brooke's search for Sam (Ashley Rickards) forces her to confront her feelings about the night she was attacked.

As Peyton's news spreads, Mouth and Millicent struggle to remain a couple. Haley and Nathan spend a night out while Peyton and Lucas babysit Jamie.

Lucas tries to cast his movie while Peyton prepares for their wedding; Dan advises Jamie on a crush; Brooke meets the actress who will play her; and Nathan gets exciting news.

  

Episode 17 - You and Me and the Bottle Makes Three Tonight

Peyton and Lucas get startling news about the pregnancy, and Brooke and Julian's (Austin Nichols) relationship comes to a crossroads. Plus, Dan and Deb babysit Jamie.

  

Episode 18 - Searching for a Former Clarity

Lucas and Julian (Austin Nichols) hit a setback with the film. Peyton and Haley help Mia (Kate Voegele) with her new single. James Van Der Beek appears as Adam.

  

Episode 19 - Letting Go

Julian (Austin Nichols) makes Brooke a startling offer. Lucas takes Nathan and Jamie to a key place from his past. Sam (Ashley Rickards) and Jack (Evan Peters) take a stand.

     

Episode 20 - I Would for You

When Peyton's pregnancy is threatened, Lucas struggles to pick up the pieces. Victoria (recurring guest star Daphne Zuniga) returns to lure Brooke back to Clothes Over Bros. Haley and Nathan clash over the decision to pull Jamie from his school. And Mouth tries to mend his relationship with Millicent.

  

Episode 21 - A Kiss to Build a Dream On

Brooke discovers something that could change Sam's (recurring guest star Ashley Rickards) life. Nathan questions his dreams of playing in the NBA while Haley receives an unexpected offer from guest star Nick Lachey (appearing as himself). Jamie and Skills mend their broken hearts at Jamie's first school dance. Meanwhile, Lucas and Peyton have a road trip to remember.

  

Episode 22 - Show Me How to Live

Brooke and Haley throw Peyton a baby shower, while Sam (recurring guest star Ashley Rickards) grows closer to Victoria (recurring guest star Daphne Zuniga). Lucas and Jamie bond while working on Peyton's car, and Nathan learns that NBA scouts will be at his next game. Meanwhile, Skills and Lauren (guest star Allison Munn - "What I Like About You," "That '70s Show") go on a date that goes all wrong.

  

Episode 23 - Forever and Almost Always

Peyton and Lucas' wedding day has finally arrived and surprise guests are in attendance. Haley plays an unexpected role in the ceremony while Nathan hopes to be called up to the NBA. Skills keeps Jamie on a short leash, and Brooke does the same with recurring guest star Nick Lachey (appearing as himself).

  

Episode 24 - Remember Me As a Time of Day

In the season finale, Nathan is released from the Chiefs, and is forced to face Haley and Jamie. On the eve of Peyton's delivery, Lucas and Peyton receive a surprise visit from Karen (former series star Moira Kelly). Dan is on death's door, and Brooke and Victoria (recurring guest star Daphne Zuniga) prepare to re-launch Clothes over Bros.
