Episode 1 - King & Prince:Season2,Episode1

After their debut in January 2018, King & Prince has followed the path of a mainstream idol group. However, they show a more mature and sexy side with a hard dance number to go along with their first album's lead single. What feelings do they have as they work every day entering their second year. As they take on heavier responsibilities, how will their feelings towards entertainment change?

  

Episode 2 - King & Prince:Season2,Episode2

Production for their second year concert tour begins with the members at the helm. Their themes mixed sex appeal with classic idols. Yuta Jinguji participates in the stage production, discussing ways to excite fans with the staff while leading the group. Sho Hirano practiced hard despite his injured knee, showing his dedication to show business. Their second anniversary concert tour begins.

  

Episode 3 - King & Prince:Season2,Episode3

Yuta Kishi and Yuta Jinguji would take over the production of the legendary Johnny's play DREAM BOYS. This stage would demand their best. Koichi Domoto teaches them acting, and they learn the importance of choice and expression. Kishi practiced the guitar during the tour to prepare for a scene where he will be required to play the instrument. Meanwhile, Nagase and Takahashi take on movie roles.

  

Episode 4 - Tomoyuki Yara:Episode1

Tomoyuki Yara is the best dancer in Johnny's. He took lessons since he was young, studying videos to try out new skills. He would star, produce, and choreograph his show “THE YOUNG LOVE DISCOTHEQUE 2019.”His focus was not the choreography or form, but to have fun. We watch as he tries to shape his thoughts and experience over his 20 year career into a new genre of stage entertainment.

  

Episode 5 - Tomoyuki Yara:Episode2

The performance was intense. The original song by m.c.A・T took the audience back to the 1970s, and journeyed across the decades through music and costumes before everyone including the audience end up dancing their hearts out. This was the show Yara had imagined, his love letter to dance. He would even challenge a world-champion dancer to a dance battle.

  

Episode 6 - Travis Japan×Tomoyuki Yara

We shadow Travis Japan as they take on their first solo play and their choreographer Tomoyuki Yara. Travis Japan is a Johnny's Jr. group of seven phenomenal dancers who are incredibly popular. They were handpicked by internationally renowned choreographer Travis Payne and Johnny Kitagawa. What kind of performance will they show for their first solo play? We watch Johnny's best dancers in action.

  

Episode 7 - Bi shonen:Episode1

Bi Shonen is a six member Johnny's Jr. unit striving to become mainstream idols. They are all teenagers, five of which are in high school. The center Taisho Iwasaki is a gifted singer who sings at concerts by himself. He puts his soul into singing and struggles with its expression. What are his unique contributions? What are Bi Shonen's unique attributes? We watch as they search for answers.

  

Episode 8 - Bi shonen:Episode2

They travel to Los Angeles in August 2019, the hometown of the late Johnny Kitagawa. They were set to perform in the Nisei Week festival that has been held annually since the 1930s. Iwasaki wants to do well in Mr. Johnny's memory as he dives into rehearsal. We watch these young men grow over a summer as they reflect inward to consider what is important on their road to stardom.

  

Episode 9 - SixTONES:Episode1

SixTONES is Johnny's most individualistic group. The main vocalist Taiga Kyomoto was active outside of the group. He went out to audition for the often sold out musical Elisabeth and got the role of her son Rudolf. Kyomoto was originally uncomfortable to be in front of crowds, but he found his place honing his singing and expressing with the top musical stars. We watch the young men make history.

  

Episode 10 - SixTONES:Episode2

On August 8, 2019, the Johnny's Jr. 8.8 Festival was held, the first concert in 19 years that featured over 300 members of Johnny's Jr. It was there that SixTONES announced they would debut January 22, 2020. The venue was filled with the excitement of their fans who had been waiting for their debut. However, the group was not smiling. What emotions were they feeling behind the scenes?

  

Episode 11 - SixTONES:Episode3

After announcing their debut, their lives became more hectic. A national tour began in October, their last as Johnny's Jr. members. During their downtime, they were working on recording their debut song Imitation Rain produced by X JAPAN's Yoshiki and shooting a music video. During all of this, the crew sent the members to personally meaningful places to help reveal their true faces.

  

Episode 12 - SixTONES:Episode4

Shintaro Morimoto and Jesse were sent to personally meaningful places during some downtime. 2020 arrives, and it's time for their national debut tour. They would play their debut song Imitation Rain for the first time in front of an audience at the Yokohama Arena. They sang through tears. People are drawn to their talents and the bond they forged. What does the future hold for these uncut gems?

  

Episode 13 - King & Prince:Season2,Episode4

A short special on King & Prince's second year. We follow Sho Hirano, Ren Nagase, and Kaito Takahashi as they star in the play JOHNNYS' IsLAND. This stage was originally established by Johnny Kitagawa as an entertainment extravaganza, and this would be the tenth in the series. The theme included Kitagawa's maxim “the show must go on.” We interview the members to ask what these words mean to them.

  

Episode 14 - HiHi Jets:Episode1

HiHi Jets are a five-man Johnny's Jr. rollerskating unit. Four of the five members are teenagers, and the group's dream is to become legends. For their summer concert, they would include a 1.7 meter ramp for skating. While four of the members are able to slide down, Yuto Takahashi struggles. The other members give him words of encouragement. We stand watch as these youths struggle and grow.

  

Episode 15 - HiHi Jets:Episode2

In September, HiHi Jets performed the legendary Johnny's stage play DREAM BOYS alongside King & Prince's Yuta Kishi and Yuta Jinguji. A rollerskating stunt was included in the play to showcase HiHi Jets' talents. The difficult stunt required all five members to be perfectly synchronized. Things were not going smoothly during rehearsal. Will they be able to succeed on opening day?

  

Episode 16 - Kis-My-Ft2:Episode1

Taisuke Fujigaya would be doing his first musical. The story follows a playboy who learns true love, and he would play the starring role. He has to learn how to project his voice and learn how to flamenco. It is all overwhelming. What's more, Johnny Kitagawa passes before opening day, but the show must go on.We also follow other members in their endeavors and get a glimpse into their lives.

  

Episode 17 - Kis-My-Ft2:Episode2

Yokoo, Miyata, Nikaido, and Senga garnered attention as their unit Busaiku that worked against the idol stereotype. They would split up into two pairs to play their first starring play. Miyata struggles to accurately portray a blind man. Normally the fun one of the group, the smile vanishes from Miyata. Each of them desperately consider how to better draw in an audience with their performance.

  

Episode 18 - Kis-My-Ft2:Episode3

The group holds a charity drive over Christmas 2019. It was a live 24 hour radio show that would benefit people with vision disabilities. This would be Kis-My-Ft2's second year in a row with this charity show. On the 23rd hour of the show, visually impaired children would sing a song accompanied by Senga on the piano. They both had practiced hard as the fateful moment arrives.

  

Episode 19 - Kis-My-Ft2:Episode4

The group has performed around the country, but never overseas. Last November, they would get a chance to do so at the ASIA FASHION AWARD 2019 in TAIPEI. The event gathered many artists across genres and Asia. Kis-My-Ft2 would incorporate their rollerskating skills into their performance as it was their defining feature. Will they be able to excite the crowd in Taiwan?

  

Episode 20 - Koichi Domoto:Episode1

We follow Koichi Domoto as he starred in the Endless SHOCK play for 20 years. We see the strong conviction possessed by a man who's starred in the same play for half his life. Initially, Johnny Kitagawa wrote and produced the show that incorporated action and illusions. In 2005, Domoto would become involved with the production side as well. This year, KAT-TUN's Ueda was selected to play his rival.

  

Episode 21 - Koichi Domoto:Episode2

Domoto was uncharacteristically being hard on his castmates during rehearsal. They were working on a difficult number choreographed by world-renowned choreographer Travis Payne. They danced until exhaustion. Domoto was driven to make the best show possible.What goes through his mind having been involved with the show both on and behind the stage?
