Episode 3 - Darling NikkiCarmen Electra guest-stars as Nikki, Skyler's old nemesis, who arrives at the bookstore seemingly apologetic for her former evil ways. But with revenge on her mind, Nikki attempts to get the best of Skyler at Stuart’s expense.

Episode 9 - You're Getting SleepyHarold’s daughter Zoey visits to introduce her new boyfriend, a hypnotherapist who makes a pass at Skyler and tricks Kat into thinking Stuart is Jude Law.

Episode 10 - The Third DateGavin goes out on a third date with Harold's daughter, Zoey, but runs into trouble getting romantic when he is haunted by Harold. Stuart tries to get Skyler to fire the new stock boy, who mocks Stuart relentlessly.

Episode 11 - The Day the Music DiedA music store opens next to the bookstore, and the loud music disrupts business as usual. Gavin, Stuart, Skyler, and Kat all try to reason with their new neighbor, but he won’t turn his music down.

Episode 12 - PokerGavin's son Owen needs a new suit and a haircut for an interview at a conservative, private school. Gavin can't take Owen because he is a finalist in an online poker tournament, so Skyler volunteers. When Charlotte returns to pick her son up, she is shocked by his new appearance.

Episode 13 - The HeadmasterSkyler tries to make things right with Gavin and Charlotte by going on a date with a boring headmaster. Harold realizes he's been missing out on six years of free coffee by not participating in the bookstore's card stamping system.
