Episode 1 - The Crawling Niceness / Smarten Up! / The Grim Show"The Crawling Niceness" Billy hatches a giant, talking spider from an egg in Grim's secret trunk. Despite the spider's overwhelming fondness for Billy, Billy hates all bugs and wants it dead. "Smarten Up!" To help Billy pass a test, Grim gives Billy a bookworm to eat to smarten up. Unfortunately, the cat gets to the bookworm first. "The Grim Show" While trying to stop his favorite show from being cancelled, Grim inadvertently becomes its new host...

Episode 2 - Son of Nergal / Sister Grim / Go-Kart 3000"Son of Nergal" Billy and Mandy go to Winter Camp, and must contend with snowy weather, a freezing cabin, and the mysterious Nergal Jr! "Sister Grim" Grim is mistaken for "Sister Big Mama," and gets adopted by a convent of loving, bell-ringing nuns. It's up to Billy and Mandy to set them straight. "Go Kart 3000!" Grim and the kids enter the annual Endsville GoCart Competition!

Episode 3 - Five-O-Clock Shadows / Terror of the Black Knight"Five O'Clock Shadows" Billy and Mandy spend twelve hours in the Shadow World getting to know themselves. "Terror of the Black Knight!" Billy tries to show off at the Rennaissance Festival in a suit of cursed knight's armor conjured by Grim!

Episode 4 - Grim for a Day / Chicken Ball Z / Halls of Time"Grim For a Day" Billy and Grim trade places for a day to see what it's like in the other one's shoes. "Chicken Ball Z" With the help of a mysterious chicken ball, Mandy enters the local karate championship and takes on all comers. Now, she's out of control, and it's up to Billy to stop her! "Halls of Time" Grim takes Billy and Mandy on a field trip to the Halls of Time, where the past, present, and future are monitored.

Episode 5 - Billy and Mandy's Jacked Up Halloween"Billy and Mandy's Jacked Up Halloween" (1/2 Hour Halloween Special) Jack, a headless prankster from Grim's past, uses Billy to steal Grim's scythe so he can destroy Grim, and then take over the world with demons from the Netherworld.

Episode 6 - Little Daddy / Tricycle of Terror"Spider's Little Daddy" Billy learns about the joys of fatherhood from his eight legged son, Jeff. "Tricycle of Terror" A kid in a supernatural Porta Pottie gives Billy a new tricycle that loves him too much.

Episode 7 - Dumb Luck / No Body Loves Grim"Dumb Luck" Billy does something stupid and ends up in a streak of bad luck thanks to an unwelcome guest. "No Body Loves Grim" Grim's body and head get separated. His body lives it up while his head ends up down and out.

Episode 8 - L'il Porkchop / Skarred for Life"L'il Porkchop" Billy's pet fish has big problems that bring out Grim's soft side. Meanwhile, Billy's Dad bonds with his absent son. "Skarred for Life" General Skarr gets way more than he bargained for when he moves into Billy and Mandy's neighborhood in search of a simple life.

Episode 9 - House of Pain / A Grim Prophecy / Mandy Bites Dog"House of Pain" Lord Pain comes from the Plane of Eternal Suffering to serve Grim, who turns out not to be worthy. "A Grim Prophecy" As a young reaper Grim learns his fate from his first customer. (30 second tag) "Mandy Bites Dog" Mindy mocks Mandy's lame dog so Mandy adopts Grim's scary hound and then Mindy's sorry she opened her big fat mouth.

Episode 10 - Nursery Crimes / My Peeps"Nursery Crimes" Billy can't sleep and demands fairy tales from Mandy and Grim. Grim's supernatural stories go awry when Billy befriends Pinocchio. "My Peeps" Sitting too close to the TV costs Billy his sight and his fear of the eye doctor sends him to Grim for a cure that has him seeing the future.

Episode 11 - Nigel Planter and the Chamber Pot of Secrets / Circus of Fear"Nigel Planter and the Chamber Pot of Secrets" Grim, Billy, and Mandy return to Toadblatt's School of Sorcery to rescue Nigel Planter from evil Lord Moldybutt. "Circus of Fear" Grim takes Billy and Mandy to the underworld's Circus of Fear where they become the main attraction.

Episode 12 - Bully Boogie / Here Thar Be Dwarves"Bully Boogie" Grim's old nemesis, the Boogie Man, attempts to take over Grim's job, reigniting an old rivalry that culminates in a showdown for supremacy. "Here Thar Be Dwarves" Billy goes on a picnic and ends up resolving an old dispute between the Dwarves and the Elves over control of the cookie and mushroom businesses.

Episode 13 - Which Came First? / Substitute Teacher"Which Came First?" A school field trip leads to the discovery of a failed Cold War government experiment with superchickens. Grim and Mandy must rescue Billy from becoming chicken feed. "Substitute Teacher" Nergal Jr. starts school with Billy and Mandy and falls prey to Sperg's bullying. When the teacher won't protect him, Nergal Jr. steps up and teaches Sperg a lesson in respect.
