Next, they make the ultimate sacrifice in a bid to help shift the pounds - they give up their beloved motorcycles in favor of bikes.

Episode 3 - Episode 3Si and Dave come up with a fat-friendly pie for fellow dieter Ann, baking a pastry treat that comes in below the 700 calories of a standard pork pie. Moving on to Dave's home town of Barrow-in-Furness in Cumbria, they try to persuade the diners in Chinese and Indian restaurants that their favorite dishes can be even better with the fattening elements removed.
