Episode 2 - Episode 2

Si and Dave prepare a complete cooked breakfast that is entirely satisfying without adding to the waistline, then make a calorie-conscious roast chicken dinner. They also rework a French classic - cassoulet - and set it before a couple of famished rugby teams. Next, they make the ultimate sacrifice in a bid to help shift the pounds - they give up their beloved motorcycles in favor of bikes.

Episode 3 - Episode 3

Si and Dave come up with a fat-friendly pie for fellow dieter Ann, baking a pastry treat that comes in below the 700 calories of a standard pork pie. Moving on to Dave's home town of Barrow-in-Furness in Cumbria, they try to persuade the diners in Chinese and Indian restaurants that their favorite dishes can be even better with the fattening elements removed.

Episode 4 - Episode 4

Si and Dave create low-calorie versions of their favorite party treats, including fairy cakes, quiches and chili tacos. Then they reflect on how trying to lose weight has improved their lives, and learn whether they've also managed to change their eating habits.
