Episode 1 - The ExodusSamuel, his wife Emma and their daughter Ana are a quiet family living in a quiet house in the middle of the forest. On the night of Samuel's birthday celebration, a stranger knocks on the door. Álex says he has come from the future and needs help. They don't trust him at first, but they soon find out that he is not the only one: the whole world is facing a mass arrival of time refugees who have travelled to our time in order to save themselves from an uninhabitable future. The Cruz family agree to take Álex in, but they soon start suspecting the newcomer is not telling them the whole truth. Who is this man and why has he chosen the Cruz family?

Episode 2 - The SiegeÁlex tells the Cruz family the whole truth about him being there. He joined the exodus, not as a way to save himself from the end of the world, but with a special mission – to stop Samuel and Emma from being murdered that very night. Álex helps the Cruz family protect themselves against the attack that will end their lives. The refugee tries to find traces of those who might want to hurt the family, in order to stop Samuel and Emma from being murdered, but, as it turns out, they keep more secrets than it seemed. Meanwhile, Emma turns to an information dealer who can provide details about the refugees.

Episode 3 - The WaitÁlex has saved the Cruz family, and yet his wife and daughter won't show up. He wonders what he might have done wrong. Has he not accomplished his mission? Has future Ana not kept her part of the deal? Or is it maybe that the family is still in danger? Samuel is also tormented by doubts about the attack. He wants to know why those strangers seemed to know Emma, but she is not prepared – at least not yet – to tell the truth.

Episode 4 - The SacrificeThe police find Emma's ex-husband's car. The GPS device leads them to the house of the Cruz family, but, once there, they tell them they have not received any refugees. However, Luis is convinced that they are not telling the whole truth, and he intends to get to the bottom of the matter. Samuel knows that stranger was Emma's husband and now he is dead. Samuel feels guilty about what they have done, and he considers telling the truth. Meanwhile, in the village, the mysterious drawing of a refugee girl spreads the rumour that the newcomers are carrying a deadly virus.

Episode 5 - AloneHugo digs up the body of Emma's ex-husband. He doesn't know the dead man's identity, but he intends to keep digging. He is convinced that Samuel would never be able to kill a man, and that he has gone to jail to cover up for the real murderer. But Samuel gives nothing away, as he knows that anything he might say would lead them directly to Álex, who needs to stay at the house at least for one week until his family shows up. Meanwhile, with Samuel in jail, Emma and Álex are getting closer and closer.

Episode 6 - The TruthEmma and Álex find out that Ani ran away after seeing them kissing. The whole village is mobilized to search for the girl while Samuel stays in jail, unable to do anything. He thinks something must have happened at home to make the girl run away, while he can't avoid his wife's silence and Óscar and Luis' malicious remarks getting to him. In the village, hate against the newcomers gets stronger and stronger, especially now that Óscar has managed to convince everyone that they are responsible for Ani's disappearance.

Episode 7 - SaraÁlex ends up in prison after Samuel confesses he has been hiding him at home the whole time. Emma cannot believe he has betrayed the person who saved their lives, but Samuel feels so deceived by her – he kicks Emma out of the house and stays with Ani. In the meantime, Álex finds out that his wife is dead and he tries everything until he manages to get out of jail and go find his daughter.

Episode 8 - A New BeginningSamuel finds out that Ani has run away again, this time to warn Álex. He bursts out of the house, furious, ready to stop his girl, but, before he can take her back to the house, she manages to contact Álex and she makes him see that she and Emma are in danger because of Samuel. The refugee shows up at the house, prepared to take Emma and Ani with him, but Samuel will not allow it. Álex has broken his home, his family, but Samuel won't let them take them away.
