Anne and Tyler play a game of "Family Food" with the recruits to test their gastronomical knowledge. Later, the contestants sharpen their knife skills before attempting to cook paella.

  

Episode 3 - Spice Up Your Life

The recruits experiment with flavor combinations while making crepes and internationally inspired tacos.

  

Episode 4 - Scared Straight Into the Kitchen

The recruits prepare deep-fried fan favorites on game day, then attempt to break down a raw squid for pasta with calamari.

  

Episode 5 - Feeding Frenzy

The recruits make breakfast for meteorologist Ginger Zee and cater a dinner party for past contestants.

  

Episode 6 - Blast from the Past

The final four recreate their signature dishes from the season opener. Later, the contestants cook for their families to determine which two recruits will compete in the season finale.

  

Episode 7 - Final Food Fight
