Season 11 Episode Guide

Episode 1 - Episode 01

The new season of players all meet up in the gym and Ali welcomes them. She warns the players that in order to stay on the ranch, they have to spend as much time as possible in the place they are standing.
Episode 2 - Episode 02

Irene is taking the elimination of her mother really hard. She is tearful at the thought that everybody else on the ranch has a teammate except her. This is the time she really needs the support from someone like her mom.
Episode 3 - Episode 03

The mystery trainers are finally revealed! Cameras show what life has been like at the Unknowns' fitness location. Cara, the female trainer, is ready to bring the fighter out in her contestants. The male mystery trainer, Brett, is a former overweight kid, determined to help save the lives of the players.
Episode 5 - Episode 05

Brett is psyched that the Unknowns are heading to the ranch this week to train with the other players. This also the first week Brett and Cara's team is up for elimination if anybody falls below the yellow line.
Episode 6 - Episode 06

Ali tells Brett and Cara's players that just because Larialmy went home this week, it doesn't mean Q is on his own. She says they will be all be wearing a red shirt. Ali also tells Bob and Jillian's players that they will be wearing black shirts.
Episode 7 - Episode 07

Arthur has a one-on-one conversation with his dad about last week's actions. Arthur tells Jesse he's willing to do whatever it takes to stay on the ranch, but Jay and Jennifer are still a threat. Arthur knows he needs to keep his mouth shut this week and just pull big numbers.
Episode 8 - Episode 08

The Black Team joins the Red Team in the Elimination Room after the weigh-in. Ali tells both teams that there will be two players eliminated from the ranch this week. Not only will the team with the lowest weight loss percentage have to eliminate a player, but there will also be a red line for the player with the lowest percentage of weight loss.
Episode 9 - Episode 09

After the elimination, Ali points out that it's obvious that family is more important than anything. Ali asks the Red Team to join the Black Team to tell everyone they're going home for two whole weeks! The players are moved to tears at the idea of seeing their loved ones.
Episode 10 - Episode 10

After last week's heartbreaking elimination of Arthur, Ali tells the teams that they must each pick a captain. The Red Team makes the obvious choice -Justin; the Black Team chooses Marci. Ali pulls the captains aside to give them their first bound-to-be controversial assignment -make two decisions without consulting their team.
Episode 11 - Episode 11

After the Black Team's devastating loss of Sarah, Ali acknowledges it's been a tough week -but the good news is this week, they'll have a little help. She brings in the Red Team to explain -this week there will only be one team: the Blue Team!
Episode 13 - Episode 13

After the weigh-in, Kaylee decides she needs to make a statement to the entire house, so they can get past what happened and move on. She's decided to trust there's a reason why she's still on the ranch. Hannah reminds Kaylee that everyone wants to get to where she's at -feeling strong and ready to go home.
Episode 14 - Episode 14

Since Jenn was automatically eliminated last week, Brett's focus is 100% on Courtney. He has to make sure she stays on the ranch, so that he stays on the ranch as well. Feeling the pressure, Courtney reaches out to Olivia, Irene and Hanna -it's hard to ask, but she may need them this week.
Episode 17 - Episode 17

After the amazing trip to New Zealand, everyone's glad to get back to the ranch... except for Austin, who's really missing his dad Ken after last week's elimination. Austin's really feeling the pressure now -if he's eliminated this week, he'll feel as if he really failed his dad.
Episode 19 - Episode 19

The players can't believe they've made it to Week 19 -the week they'll learn who makes it to the Final Four. Hannah's amazed to find a huge shirt she wore during Week 1 -now both she and Olivia can fit in it together!
Episode 20 - Episode 20

Directly after last week's elimination, Alison congratulates the Final Four -Hannah, Irene, Jay and Olivia! There's just one more week to go... As half of the Final Four, Olivia and Hannah have decided that their Purple Team stands for people that don't fit into a perfect box.
Episode 21 - Episode 21

Five months ago, Irene, Jay, Olivia and Hannah were overweight and desperate to change their lives. Since then, they endured the longest season in Biggest Loser history to get to the live finale! Tonight, the eliminated players will weigh in for a chance to win the $100,000 at-home prize.
