Episode 4 - The LotteryThat corresponding contestant home for the week with their trainer. That contestant will be representing their team on the scale at the end of the week

Episode 5 - SidelinedThis week's challenge has all three teams racing to pull themselves across a large Canyon by wire and pulley.

Episode 6 - The TailgateIt's Temptation as contestants consume as many calories as they can. The one who eats the most wins Immunity
|
Episode 7 - The DropThis week, Jessie takes Lori to a softball field to get back her inner Olympian. The challenge causes quite a splash as trainers face getting dropped from BL style diving boards into an Olympic-sized pool.

Episode 8 - Penalty BoxAt the challenge, one contestant from each team has their own lane on a giant treadmill hovering over a pool of water. When a contestant can't keep up they fall off into the pool.

Episode 9 - 'Yes Coach'Three NFL Legends, Willie McGinest, Donald Driver, and Michael Irvin, join the BL Ranch for the week. It begins with a football themed challenge where the prize is video chats from home.

Episode 10 - Free AgentsWeek 10 starts with a surprise when a game of chance reshuffles the teams. Sonya struggles when she is forced to leave Team Jen and workout with a new trainer.

Episode 11 - No 'I' In TeamIts All For One week! Red, White and Blue become one team and collectively they must lose 50 pounds to avoid sending someone home at the end of the week.

Episode 12 - The PlayoffsIt's Playoffs week! For the rest of the season all contestants will compete as Singles. After Alison hands out their new colored jerseys, they head to the gym for their first workout as individuals.

Episode 14 - Kauai Part 2It's New Years Day, and what better way to celebrate than with extreme Kauai adventures? The week kicks off with another grueling workout in paradise.

Episode 15 - Makeover WeekIt's Makeover Week! Fashion icon, Tim Gunn and celebrity stylist, Ken Paves return to The Biggest Loser to give the remaining contestants a complete makeover.

Episode 16 - The ComebackBob returns to the Ranch with his Comeback Canyon contestant to compete for a spot in the Final 4

Episode 17 - End ZoneIt's the last week on the Ranch and whoever survives the next weigh in will become a finalist with a chance to win The Biggest Loser title at the Live Finale.

Episode 18 - Live FinaleAll 20 contestants return for The Biggest Loser Live Finale! One of the eliminated contestants will win the $100,000 At-Home prize, and one finalist will win $250,000 and the title as The Biggest Loser.
