Episode 3 - Episode 3'The week's excuse is "I Don't Know How To Eat Right." The theme is "Face-off," the players are paired with someone on the other team; whoever loses more weight wins a point for their team. The team with the most points wins. |
Episode 4 - Episode 4The excuse of the week is "I Can't Afford A Gym Membership." Buddy leaves temporarily because his wife is giving birth, but he has to return for the weigh-in and his weight will count. The teams compete in a challenge to determine who will have access to the gym for the week. The challenge is an obstacle course with several series of doors labeled A and B. |
Episode 6 - Episode 6'This week's excuse is "I Can't lose weight on my own" and one team is about to learn the hard way whether or not that is true. The losing team at this week's challenge will have zero access to their trainer all week. So, what do they have to do to ensure their trainer is safe? |
Episode 7 - Episode 7'The excuse of the week is "I'll Start After The Holidays." Alison informs the contestants that one person from each team will go home for the week and only their weight will count towards the team's total percentage of weight lost. |
Episode 8 - Episode 8'This week's theme is "I Lack Self Control." The week begins with Buddy's birthday and a temptation. Whoever eats the most total calories gets the powers to rearrange the teams. Daphne eats the most calories and only switches two people: Jeremy from the Black Team to the Red Team; Conda from the Red Team to theBlack Team. |
Episode 11 - Episode 11The excuse of the week is "I'm Stuck In My Comfort Zone." Alison tells the contestants that they will switch trainers for the week to get them out of their comfort zone. For the challenge, Alison takes the contestants to a mud pit. Each team has 40 weights to get out of the mud. |
Episode 12 - Episode 12This week's excuse is "I Don't Believe In Myself." From this week on, each person competes as an individual. The challenge is a tug of war. Jeremy wins first place and receives a shopping spree with a celebrity. |
Episode 14 - Episode 14'This week is part one of Makeover Week. The remaining contestants are competing for a 1-pound advantage. In order to get the advantage and avoid getting a 1-pound disadvantage, the contestants have to slingshot baseballs into glass windows |
Episode 15 - Episode 15In the second part of makeover week, the contestants travel to the White House, where Mrs Obama discusses childhood obesity and the Presidential Active Lifestyle fitness challenge. Bob encourages the contestants to get people to sign up for PALA. Then, Bob and Dolvett take the contestants, their families, and the First Lady through a workout |
Episode 16 - Episode 16'The week begins with a shocking turn of events. The remaining five contestants threaten to leave the ranch after finding out that one of the eliminated contestants will come back to the ranch to compete to become a finalist. |
Episode 17 - Episode 17'The fourteen eliminated contestants return to compete in a four part challenge for a spot in The Biggest Loser finale. Round 1 of the finalist challenge is a weigh-in. Ben, Gail, Nancy, Adrian, Roy, Daphne and Chism are eliminated. Round 2 of the finalist challenge is a 100-yard dash. |
