Episode 3 - They Who Hide Behind MasksGordon takes matters into his own hands when he travels to Miami to persuade Carmine Falcone for his help in the fight against Penguin. He meets Carmine’s daughter Sofia, who unexpectedly follows Gordon back to Gotham.

Episode 6 - Hog Day AfternoonGordon and Bullock track a serial killer who has been assassinating cops, with a signature of putting the severed heads of pigs onto the bodies. Sofia tries to win over Penguin, and Thompkins, Nygma and Grundy find an unlikely home at Cherry’s place.

Episode 7 - A Day in the NarrowsWith Professor Pyg striking fear throughout Gotham, Gordon and Bullock visit the Narrows to look for clues. Bruce Wayne meets an old friend who convinces him to join her on a night out. Sofia’s relationships with Penguin and Gordon continue to evolve.

Episode 8 - Stop Hitting YourselfGrundy and Nygma are the main attractions at Cherry’s Place in The Narrows. Penguin wants revenge when he hears Nygma mocking him on stage and asks The Sirens for help. Gordon is offered the position of GCPD Captain, putting him at odds with Bullock.

Episode 9 - Let Them Eat PieProfessor Pyg continues to torment Gotham City, involving Jim Gordon whenever possible. Sofia and Penguin prepare for a fundraiser, but things hit a snag when Professor Pyg shows up as the chef. Bruce’s partying affects his relationship with Alfred.

Episode 10 - Things That Go BoomWhile Gordon tries to broker a deal with Penguin that involves Sophia, Lee Thompkins gains more control over the Narrows. Alfred tries to reach Bruce.

Episode 12 - Pieces of a Broken MirrorGordon is called to the scene after The Toy Maker is hired to kill one of Gotham’s doctors. Lee Thompkins tries to rebuild the Narrows with Nygma as her partner. Alfred’s new life in the Narrows gets complicated, and Ivy reveals her new persona to Selina.

Episode 13 - Beautiful DarknessIvy tracks a secret project that Wayne Enterprises is working on, targeting anyone who can give her information. Jerome becomes obsessed with Penguin in Arkham. Gordon second-guesses his deal with Sofia, and an unsettling dream sequence shakes up Bruce.

Episode 14 - ReunionWhile Ivy picks her next target, Selina tries to take matters into her own hands. Wanting full control of Gotham, Sofia wants complete control of Gotham and turns to Lee about the Narrows. Nygma visits Arkham.

Episode 15 - The Sinking Ship the Grand ApplauseBullock and Gordon try to track down someone key in Sofia’s control over Gotham. Meanwhile, Penguin, Lee and Nygma enlist an unlikely ally as they seek revenge, and Selina asks Bruce for a favor to help rid her of her guilt over Ivy.

Episode 16 - One of My Three SoupsArkham's "finest" give Gordon and Bullock a run for their money as they hatch a plan to escape the asylum. Meanwhile, Bruce devises his own strategy to thwart their plans. Also, Barbara gets an offer she can't refuse.

Episode 17 - Mandatory Brunch MeetingGordon and Bullock try to stay one step ahead as Jerome zeros in on his next target. Meanwhile, Nygma hosts a riddle game show in the Narrows and faces his toughest challenger in Lee Thompkins. Penguin goes to see Butch with a proposal.

Episode 18 - That's EntertainmentThe Arkham inmates are still running freely in Gotham, and they’re only getting more difficult to catch. Gordon develops a plan but reluctantly has to turn to Bruce for help. Meanwhile, Barbara finds out just how far her new friends are willing to go.

Episode 19 - To Our Deaths and BeyondGordon and Bullock try to figure out who the clever thief is behind the robberies of various bank branches in Gotham. Meanwhile, Barbara is put in danger, forcing Tabitha to recruit help.

Episode 20 - That Old CorpseChaos erupts at the GCPD, sending Gordon on a wild goose chase for the culprit behind the mass takeover. Meanwhile, a friend of Bruce’s becomes paranoid, resulting in rash and destructive behavior.

Episode 21 - One Bad DayAs Gotham falls into complete anarchy, a team of unlikely heroes steps up to save it. While Bullock takes the lead at the GCPD, Bruce’s psychological limits are tested as those close to him are in danger.

Episode 22 - No Man's LandJeremiah warns Gordon of more destruction to come, and Gordon is forced to make a potentially devastating decision. Barbara puts together a team, and Bruce comes to terms with the future.
