Episode 1 - A New Grade / DodgeballNed accidentally becomes the new class bully, while Moze deals with a not-so-friendly new English Teacher. Cookie tries to get to know the new no-braces, non-sniffling Lisa Zemo. / Ned must battle the dark side, Loomer and his 'secret weapon' in a dodgeball game, and he must do it without Moze! The best player in school.

Episode 2 - Reading / PrincipalsNed tries ways to avoid his reading assignments, Moze starts a girls-only book club that Cookie desperately wants to be in it. /Principal Pal is retiring. It's up to Ned, Moze and Cookie to find a new replace, or VP Crubbs will get the job.

Episode 3 - Popularity / StressNed and Cookie try everything to become more popular and Moze finds out she's one of Polk's Top Ten most popular kids./Ned is stressed because Suzie has a new boyfriend, Cookie is stressed because he's not the smartest kid in school and Moze is stressed about everything.

Episode 4 - Art Class / Lost and FoundNed accidentally draws a picture of a naked lady, Moze takes embarrassing photos and Cookie becomes a celebrated artist. /Ned and Moze battle over a pair of expensive sneakers they spot in the Lost & Found. Cookie loses a voice recorder with embarrassing stuff on it.

Episode 5 - Halloween / Vampires, Ghosts, Werewolves, and ZombiesNed, Moze and Cookie sorta, kinda, accidentally kill Principal Pal. / It's the spookiest Ned's ever. Ned is a vampire, Moze is a ghost and Cookie is a werewolf. 'Nuff said.

Episode 6 - Social Studies / EmbarrassmentNed picks Suzie as his Social Studies partner and Moze is jealous. Cookie is stuck teaming up with crazy Evelyn. / Ned is embarrassed after he farts in class, Moze is too embarrassed to talk to her new crush, Faymen, and Cookie is embarrassed because he keeps getting "pants'd".

Episode 7 - The Bus / Bad Hair DayNed has to get to school before Suzie finds an embarrassing love note. Moze tries to sit next to her new crush, Faymen, and Cookie misses the bus. / Ned tries to sneak out of school to get a hair cut, Moze tries new hair-do's to impress her new crush, Faymen, and Cookie grows a mustache.

Episode 8 - Dismissal / School PlaysSuzie moves into Ned's locker, Moze has to go to the bathroom and Cookie accidentally kisses Evelyn. / Ned tries to stop Suzie from kissing another boy, Moze tries to stop Ned from ruining the play and Cookie tries anything to get on stage.

Episode 9 - Revenge / School RecordsNed becomes "The Revenger!", Moze tries stop a new team mate from ruining the volleyball team and Cookie wants revenge on Evelyn. Ned finds out his bad "permanent record" will follow him to high school, Moze tries to break every Polk sports record and Cookie finds he's in danger of losing his perfect attendance record.

Episode 10 - Volunteering / The LibraryNed volunteers at an old age home. Moze and Loomer try to fix up the school and Cookie works at the school store with Evelyn. / Ned and Cookie try and bust Loomer and his book stealing ring. Moze can't finish a report because someone has the book she needs.

Episode 11 - Hallways / Friends MovingNed becomes Hall Monitor, Moze tries to spend time with Faymen and Cookie creates a Hallway Traffic Report. / Ned and Moze find out Faymen is moving away.

Episode 12 - Boys / GirlsNed's bummed Suzie moved away and stops writing the Guide and Cookie tries to cheer him up. Moze teaches nerdy girls about boys. / Ned tries to find a new girlfriend with Moze's help and Cookie goes undercover dressed as girl.

Episode 13 - Cell Phones / WoodshopNed messes up his relationship with Suzie after he calls her and Moze can't figure out her new phone. Meanwhile, Cookie tries to win a car on a radio contest. / Ned thinks he may like Moze. Moze works on a secret project and Cookie battles an evil power saw.

Episode 14 - Getting Organized / Extra CreditNed tries to get his brain organized and Moze and Cookie organize the students against Vice Principal Crubbs. / Ned tries to use the same extra credit project for four different classes. Moze builds the mother of all volcano projects while Cookie gets into trouble with his new credit card.

Episode 15 - Fundraising / CompetitionNed and Cookie try to raise the money for the school but keep getting more and more in debt and Moze can't sell her last candy bar. / Ned is in a major Social Studies class competition. Moze thinks she lost her competitive edge. Cookie wants to enter a dance contest with Lisa.

Episode 16 - Making New Friends / Positives & NegativeNed tries to be friends with Faymen. Moze wants a friend to go shopping with and Cookie befriends the Weasel. / Ned tries to cheer up the most negative kid in school. Moze finds out Faymen's kisses lack spark and Cookie tries to zap Loomer with static electricity.

Episode 17 - Money / PartiesNed, Moze and Cookie try to raise money to go to a rock concert. / Ned takes Missy to a party and tries to dump her when Suzie arrives. Moze tries to kiss Ned and Cookie sneaks into the party dressed as girl.

Episode 18 - Spring Fever / School NewspaperNed gets Spring Fever and tries to break out of school. Moze goes crazy with spring cleaning and Cookie has to spend the day with boogery Lisa Zemo. / Ned and Moze try to get a juicy news story as they investigate a school scandal and Cookie starts up a horoscope column.

Episode 19 - Health / JealousyNed gets an itch he can't scratch. Meanwhile, Moze steals the gross CPR doll so she can clean it up and Cookie thinks Moze threw Faymen out a window. / Ned and Moze pretend to date to get a jealous Missy out of Ned's hair and Cookie pretends he has a girlfriend to make Lisa jealous.

Episode 20 - Tests / When You Like Someone Who Is Going Out With Someone ElseNed becomes a geek in order to pass three big tests given on the same day. Moze tests Ned and Faymen to see who would make the better boyfriend and Cookie gives Evelyn a compatibility test. / Ned realizes he likes Moze, Moze finally decides between Ned and Faymen and Cookie gets rid of the boy competition and gets Lisa to himself.

Episode 21 - Field Trips / Permission Slips / Signs / WeaselsNed's Declassifed is busting out of school and going on a Field Trip. Ned just wants to hang with the girl of his dreams. The only problem is he doesn't know if the girl is Suzie or Moze. Moze just wants to check out the world famous "Wild Boy" painting. Hopefully she can do that before it's ripped off by a group of international art thieves. And Cookie just wants to be a real live superhero. So look out evildoers, The Steel Eagle is in the house. Will the gang live happily ever after?
