Episode 1 - Season 1, Episode 1: Pilot

Adam (Oliver Hudson) and Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) are a 20-something couple who have gotten engaged and moving in together after just seven months of dating. Meanwhile, their neighbors Jeff (Patrick Warburton) and Audrey (Megyn Price) who have been married twelve years try to set a good example and shed some insight - and fear - about marriage. Offering yet another perspective is Adam's best friend Russell (David Spade) a life-long bachelor, who will never grow up and take life seriously. Mike Haukom and Tom Hertz wrote the episode directed by Andy Ackerman.

Audrey (Megyn Price) hosts a lavish party for Jeff's (Patrick Warburton) birthday against his will, but he goes along in order to get his "birthday deal," a secret gift Adam (Oliver Hudson) and Russell (David Spade) are eager to discover. They have their own ideas about what it could be, leading Adam and Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) to set up deals of their own, which Adam begins to regret after Jeff plants unsavory seeds in his mind about what Jennifer might request. Episode 3 - The Young and the Restless

After Adam (Oliver Hudson) has too many restless nights sleeping in Jennifer's (Bianca Kajlich) small bed, he brings home the bed he shared with his ex-girlfriend which causes a fight and leads them tossing out all memories of past relationships. Meanwhile, Audrey (Megyn Price) is surprisingly jealous after Jeff (Patrick Warburton) takes her up on a bet that can't get a woman's phone number even if takes off his wedding ring and coaching from Russell (David Spade). After Adam (Oliver Hudson) buys an expensive video-game console, Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) makes him promise to discuss major purchases first, but Russell (David Spade) interferes and makes Adam question the agreement. Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) tries to help Jeff's (Patrick Warburton) sore neck with a massage until the situation between them becomes uncomfortable and upsets Audrey (Megyn Price). Episode 21 - Season 2, Episode 14: Buyer's Remorse

Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) and Adam (Oliver Hudson) attempt to practice fiscal responsibility as they consider buying their apartment. Audrey (Megyn Price) and Jeff (Patrick Warburton) offer to write their letter of recommendation, but end up making matters worse when they have a run-in with the landlady. Meanwhile Russell (David Spade) is forced to find a new dive when a waitress at the diner turns out to be one of his scorned ex-lovers.

Episode 22 - Season 2, Episode 15: Pimp My Bride

Russell (David Spade) reluctantly agrees to host a photo shoot in his apartment for Audrey's (Megyn Price) magazine, with the hope of landing a date with a hot model. Adam (Oliver Hudson) steps in to play the groom in Audrey's wedding-themed shoot, prompting him to make a decision about his own engagement. Meanwhile, Jeff (Patrick Warburton) and Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) discover unexpected common interests with each other while searching for a birthday gift for Audrey.

Episode 23 - Season 3, Episode 1: Russell's Secret

When Jeff (Patrick Warburton) gives Audrey (Megyn Price) tickets to a musical, she could not be more enthused. However while enjoying her favorite pastime, she spots a familiar, Russell (David Spade), at the same venue. Meanwhile, Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) decides that Adam (Oliver Hudson) needs dance lessons for their pending nuptials, but it turns out that Jennifer is the one who has two left feet.

Episode 24 - Season 3, Episode 2: Voluntary Commitment

While Russell's (David Spade) new male assistant Timmy (guest star: Adhir Kalyan) makes Russell's job and love life a breeze, Adam (Oliver Hudson) becomes disgusted with Russell's new reign of boss terror. In the meantime, Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) decides to volunteer by reading to the elderly which provokes Audrey (Megyn Price) to jump on board the volunteer train yet again. Jeff (Patrick Warburton) quickly sees this as yet another one of Audrey's short lived commitments and challenges her to a bet based on how long she can stomach being around the elderly as well as stay committed to her new self- fulfilling volunteer adventure.

Episode 25 - Season 3, Episode 3: Jeff's New Friend

As Jeff (Patrick Warburton) expands his social network by becoming friends with a guys from his gym, Brad (guest star: Orlando Jones), he's quickly convinced by Audrey (Megyn Price) and Adam (Oliver Hudson) that Brad's gay! Meanwhile, Russell's (David Spade) hot young date maybe too close for comfort as he realizes events from his past may present themselves now and change his life forever.

Episode 26 - Season 3, Episode 4: Dad's Visit

Things get a bit burdensome for Jeff (Patrick Warburton) and Audry (Megyn Price) when a simple visit from Jeff's father (Guest Star: Brian Dennehy) turns into a nightmare after he sprains his ankle and decides to sue them for his injury. Meanwhile, Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) and Adam (Oliver Hudson) butt heads when she disagrees with how his boss, Russell (David Spade), treats him more like a servant than an employee. As usual, Russell's "hit it and quit it" ways are challenged when a one night stand decides to extend her stay.

Episode 27 - Season 3, Episode 5: Lyin' King

Things quickly get complicated when Audrey (Megyn Price) and Jeff (Patrick Warburton) decide to ditch a dinner date with Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) and Adam (Oliver Hudson) in order to attend Brad (Guest Star: Orlando Jones) and Jackie's (Guest Star: Sam Harris) exclusive, celebrity packed party. When Jenifer and Adam end up at the same party, Jeff and Audrey's lies begin to snowball and it becomes obvious that the truth is catching up to them. Meanwhile, Russell's (David Spade) womanizing ways get him in trouble at the same venue when he hits on the girlfriend of a NFL great (Guest Star: Jerry Rice). In order to get out of this messy situation, Russell makes Timmy (Guest Star: Adhir Kaylan) more than just his personal assistant which proves to be a bit too close for comfort for Timmy.

Episode 28 - Season 3, Episode 6: Poaching Timmy

When Audrey's (Megyn Price) on-going problems with her assistant Tanya (Guest Star: Kate Micucci) becomes too much for her to stand, Russell's (David Spade) new assistant Timmy (Guest Star: Adhir Kalyan) looks like the perfect replacement. Meanwhile, Jeff's (Patrick Warburton) superstitions gets the best of him as he tries to recreate the day his favorite football team won.

Episode 29 - Season 3, Episode 7: Old Timer's Day

When Jeff (Patrick Warburton) throws out his back after sneezing during his league baseball game, everyone starts to make fun of him being old and bent out of shape especially his new friend Brad (Guest Star Orlando Jones). Meanwhile, Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) decides to get off "the pill" which leaves her in bad mode and Adam (Oliver Hudson) in the line of fire. Meanwhile, Russell (David Spade) convinces Jeff that he's not old and he should not let his team replace him with a younger player!

Episode 30 - Season 3, Episode 8: Twice

When Audrey (Megyn Pierce) becomes jealous of a pregnant co-worker, she inadvertently convinces her colleagues that she has a bundle of joy on the way too. Meanwhile, Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) and Adam (Oliver Hudson) get a surprise Amish visitor Toby (Guest Star: Jake Thomas) who is a little unaccustomed to his new urban surroundings. Russell (David Spade) quickly takes it upon himself to show Toby around town and exposes him his so called "fabulous bachelor lifestyle." The end result is unbelievable.

Episode 31 - Season 3, Episode 9: The Challenge

When Jeff, (Patrick Warburton) Russell, (David Spade) and Adam (Oliver Hudson) make a bet to see who would be able to score the soonest, the three put their thinking caps on and rise up to the challenge. In the meantime, Russell's new assistant Timmy (Guest Star Adhir Kalyan) is also put into place as a watch guard for Russell. But when a series of unfortunate events begin to unwind, Jeff, Russell, and Adam are left out to hang with minutes to spare leaving only one winner that takes everyone by surprise.

Episode 32 - Season 3, Episode 10: Family Style

When Audrey (Megyn Price) plans a dinner date with Jeff (Patrick Warburton), Jackie (Guest Star Sam Harris) and Brad (Guest Star Orlando Jones), Jeff feels extremely violated when Jackie begins eating off his plate! Meantime, when Russell (David Spade) finds out his new fling (a psychotherapist), Ellen (Guest Star: Perrey Reeves), won't see him as a patient, he quickly gets creative and decides to use Timmy (Guest Star: Adhir Kalyan) to find out why he is the way he is.

Episode 33 - Season 3, Episode 11: May Divorce Be with You

When Audrey (Megyn Price) invites her and Jeff's (Patrick Warburton) recently divorced out of luck friend Steve (Guest Star: Tony Hale) to stay with them for a few days, Audrey thinks she may have become Steve's newest rebound. Meanwhile, Russell's (David Spade) love em' and leave em' antics have finally caught up with him when his newest fling Tina's (Guest Star: Alexis Krause) overprotective brothers manage to track Russell down and make him follow through with his never ending empty promises.

Episode 34 - Season 3, Episode 12: House Money

When Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) and Russell (David Spade) decide to teach Adam (Oliver Hudson) a lesson in responsibility, the joke is on them when Adam has the last laugh. When Jeff (Patrick Warburton) runs into some extra cash, Audrey (Megyn Price) convinces him that they should live the good life for a night, living it up for a day has some pretty expensive price tags as penny-pinching Jeff learns the hard way.

Episode 35 - Season 3, Episode 13: Sex Toy Story

When Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) and Audrey (Megyn Price) throw a "girls only" sex party, Jeff (Patrick Warburton) quickly gets insecure when he finds a "product" Audrey may have purchased. Meanwhile, Russell (David Spade) decides to ditch the single life for a moment when he overhears from an attractive woman that she has a preference for married men.

Episode 36 - Season 4, Episode 1: Flirting

When Jeff's (Patrick Warburton) young and attractive colleague flirts with him at work, Russell (David Spade) wrongfully advises him to playfully engage her. The plan backfires and Jeff finds himself in over his head and in trouble at home with Audrey (Megyn Price). Meanwhile, Russell leaves his cell phone at the home of his one-night-stand and sends his assistant Timmy (Adhir Kalyan) to retrieve it

Episode 37 - Season 4, Episode 2: Snoozin' for a Bruisin'

Russell (David Spade) takes the title of worst boss ever after Timmy (Adhir Kalyan) exchanges horror stories with other assistants while on an overnight errand for his boss. Meanwhile, Audrey (Megyn Price) and Jeff (Patrick Warburton) take advice from Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) and Adam (Oliver Hudson) on how to switch things up in the bedroom.

Episode 38 - Season 4, Episode 3: Atlantic City

Jeff (Patrick Warburton) plans a trip to Atlantic City for his friend?s bachelor party on the same weekend Audrey (Megyn Price) has family coming to visit. When Jeff learns the wedding has been called off, he and Russell (David Spade) still decide to go to Atlantic City for a ?guys? weekend, inviting Timmy (Adhir Kalyan) and Adam (Oliver Hudson) to join. In the meantime, Audrey?s family cancels their visit and she secretly plans a spa weekend in Atlantic City with Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) unbeknownst to Jeff. Things get sticky when Audrey discovers the bachelor party has been cancelled and she starts a game of revenge to ruin Jeff?s weekend with the guys.

Episode 39 - Season 4, Episode 4: Ghost Story

Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) and Adam (Oliver Hudson) return home to find that someone has been in their apartment, yet nothing was taken. Tension arises among the group when no one believes that Audrey (Megyn Price) saw her grandmother's ghost. Meanwhile, Timmy (Adhir Kalyan) goes to the airport to meet his soon-to-be wife Suneetha (guest star Nazneen Contractor), as Russell (David Spade) contemplates a plan to stop him from making a mistake.

Episode 40 - Season 4, Episode 5: The Four Pillars

Audrey (Megyn Price) and Jeff (Patrick Warburton) decide to try couples therapy. At the request of Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich), Adam (Oliver Hudson) goes to great lengths to take a decent engagement photo. Meanwhile, Russell (David Spade) struggles with his feelings for Timmy's (Adhir Kalyan) fiancée, Suneetha (guest star Nazneen Contractor).

Episode 41 - Season 4, Episode 6: 3rd Wheel

In efforts to be more charitable, Russell (David Spade) joins Timmy (Adhir Kalyan) in his city revitalization volunteer project. Audrey (Megyn Price) puts Jeff (Patrick Warburton) in a compromising situation in efforts to cheer up her friend Liz (guest star Wendi McClendon-Covey). Episode 42 - Season 4, Episode 7: Indian Giver

Meanwhile, Russell (David Spade) convinces Timmy (Adhir Kalyan) to break off his engagement to Suneetha (guest star Nazneen Contractor). After Russell admits his feelings for her, Timmy thinks that his boss has sunk to all-new low, until he learns the truth from Adam (Oliver Hudson).

Episode 43 - Season 4, Episode 8: Free Free Time

Timmy (Adhir Kalyan) finally admits to Russell (David Spade) that he is fed up with his abuse and humiliation. After Audrey (Megyn Price) no longer has her weekly girls’ night, Jeff (Patrick Warburton) is upset that he doesn’t get his free time and asks Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) to invite Audrey to her girls’ night out. To Jeff’s dismay, Audrey brings the girls back to their apartment and ruins Jeff’s plans of spending time alone. Russell brings Timmy along to a former assistants launch party. Episode 44 - Season 4, Episode 9: The Score

Jeff (Patrick Warburton) accidentally injects himself with Audrey's (Megyn Price) hormones for her fertility treatments on the day that they are attending her new boss? party. Episode 45 - Season 4, Episode 10: The Surrogate

Timmy (Adhir Kalyan) creates a wedding website for Adam (Oliver Hudson) and Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) that Russell (David Spade) tries to sabotage. Jeff (Patrick Warburton) and Audrey (Megyn Price) are not having luck getting pregnant, so they decide to investigate fertility options and meet with potential surrogates. They decide to go with Pam (guest star Jamie Pressly).

Episode 46 - Season 4, Episode 11: The Reunion

Audrey (Megyn Price) attends her high school reunion in Nebraska with Jeff (Patrick Warburton) in hopes to show her classmates she is no longer a loser and has made it in the big city. Not one to spend time alone, Russell (David Spade) crashes Timmy's (Adhir Kalyan) dinner party, bumping into invited guests Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) and Adam (Oliver Hudson).

Episode 47 - Season 4, Episode 12: Harassment

Audrey (Megyn Price) is accused of sexual harassment at work by a new young, attractive mailroom employee. Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) and Adam (Oliver Hudson) disagree as she refuses to believe a woman can?t get a simple backrub from the man she loves. Russell (David Spade) is stuck in the middle of a competition, after Timmy (Adhir Kalyan) challenges Jeff (Patrick Warburton) to a game of cricket.

Episode 48 - Season 4, Episode 13: They Do?

Spontaneously, Adam (Oliver Hudson) and Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) decide to go to City Hall to get married, and invite Jeff (Patrick Warburton) and Audrey (Megyn Price) as their witnesses. In efforts to keep the wedding a secret from Timmy (Adhir Kalyan) and Russell (David Spade), Adam lies and confusion arises.

Episode 49 - Season 5, Episode 1: Surro-Gate

Jeff (Patrick Warburton) becomes concerned when he sees Russell (David Spade) and Pam (guest star Jaime Pressly), the potential new surrogate, leave the apartment building together. In an attempt to stop anything from happening, Jeff enlists the help of Timmy (Adhir Kalyan) and Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich). By the time Jennifer arrives at Russell’s apartment, it is too late. An infuriated Jeff forces Russell to confess that he has “ruined” the surrogate to Audrey (Megyn Price). Deciding that they no longer can hire Pam, Jeff and Audrey are left once again without a surrogate. Meanwhile, Adam (Oliver Hudson) spends time improving his physique.

Episode 50 - Season 5, Episode 2: The Bank

Russell (David Spade) tries to help Timmy (Adhir Kalyan) with his new crush, co-worker Allison (guest star Taryn Southern) by sending a suggestive email to her from Timmy’s computer. Allison, offended by the email, avoids Timmy until they both discover Russell's ploy. Impressed with Jeff's (Patrick Warburton) ability to manipulate an argument with Audrey (Megyn Price), Adam (Oliver Hudson) is told about Jeff's file of all of Audrey's mistakes that he stores to use in future arguments. Adam unsuccessfully tries to use Jeff’s method on Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich). At first angry by the list, Audrey soon realizes that it is a record of their life together.

Episode 51 - Season 5, Episode 3: Rug-Of-War

Jeff (Patrick Warburton) and Audrey (Megyn Price) attend an adoption fair. Confusion quickly ensues and they are kicked out as a result, another hurdle in their attempt to have a baby. Jeff and Audrey decide to give their old rug to Adam (Oliver Hudson) and Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich). Disaster strikes while Russell (David Spade) is left alone in the office as Timmy (Adhir Kalyan) is out helping Jeff and Audrey find a new rug.

Episode 52 - Season 5, Episode 4: Handy Man

Timmy (Adhir Kalyan) is pleased when Russell (David Spade) invites him to travel on a business trip only to discover Russell’s fear of flying. Audrey (Megyn Price) complains to Jeff (Patrick Warburton) that their marriage has lost its romance. Jeff’s attempts to rekindle the flame backfires.

Episode 53 - Season 5, Episode 5: Play Ball

When she realizes it’s making her miserable, Audrey (Megyn Price) contemplates quitting her job, with Jeff’s (Patrick Warburton) encouragement. Meanwhile, Timmy (Adhir Kalyan) takes his frustrations out on Russell (David Spade) after Allison (Taryn Southern)tells Timmy she wants to slow things down, in an effort to get to know each other better. Episode 54 - Season 5, Episode 6: Baked

An unemployed Audrey (Megyn Price) drives Jeff (Patrick Warburton) crazy in her attempt to find her “purpose.” Russell (David Spade) once again attempts to give Timmy (Adhir Kalyan) relationship advise and tries to make him “one of the guys.” Meanwhile, Adam (Oliver Hudson) and Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) stumble upon memorabilia while cleaning out their storage unit.

Episode 55 - Season 5, Episode 7: Cheating

Russell (David Spade) starts spending time out, away from Timmy (Adhir Kalyan), with their new intern, Topher. After Audrey (Megyn Price) puts Jeff (Patrick Warburton) on a diet, he sneaks out to cheat and eat bad food with Brenda (Sara Rue). Adam (Oliver Hudson) tries to find a way to get out of the bedtime that Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) has set for them.

Episode 56 - Season 5, Episode 8: Mannequin Head Ball

When Jeff (Patrick Warburton) can’t get out of the lease for a retail space he rented for Audrey’s (Megyn Price) fleeting cookie business, he and Adam (Oliver Hudson) invent a new game involving the heads of mannequins. Audrey and Jen (Bianca Kajlich) watch the game on a security camera online and liken the men's behavior to Diane Fossey observing the gorillas. Meanwhile, Russell (David Spade) enlists Timmy's (Adhir Kalyan) help to impress a woman and they end up on a double date with Allison (guest star Taryn Southern) and the new woman.
