Season 2 Episode Guide

Episode 1 - Year of the Monkey

While on the run from the Army of the 12 Monkeys, Cole and Ramse repair their broken friendship. Meanwhile in 2043, Railly and Jones navigate an uncertain future as Deacon and the Twelve control the Temporal Facility. Guest starring Brendan Coyle ("Downton Abbey") as Dr. Kalman.

  

Episode 2 - Primary

When an attempt to destroy the virus changes the future, Cole finds himself stranded in 2016 with an unstable Jennifer Goines, who may or may not be his key to getting home. Meanwhile, Jones and Railly must deal with both the consequences of the changed timeline and the temporal facility's newest prisoner -- Ramse. Guest starring Michael Hogan (“Battlestar Galactica”) as Dr. Eckland.

  

Episode 3 - One Hundred Years

Despite growing tension between them, Cole (Aaron Stanford) and Cassie (Amanda Schull) embark on their first time travel mission together, splintering to New York at the height of World War II. In this sepia-drenched, bygone era, the pair track a dangerous member of the Twelve -- a seductress who is on a mission of murder that could ultimately shatter time itself.

  

Episode 4 - Emergence

When Cole (Aaron Stanford) and Cassie (Amanda Schull) are stranded in 1944, Jones must turn to the person she trusts the least to bring them home - Ramse (Kirk Acevedo). For Ramse, this mission will give him a chance to atone for his sins -- but can he mend the broken relations between Cole and Cassie? Meanwhile, Jones (Barbara Sukowa) visits old Jennifer Goines (Emily Hampshire) to explore the true nature of Time - and the Twelve's method to destroy it.

  

Episode 5 - Bodies of Water

In the present day, Cassie (Amanda Schull) and Jennifer Goines (Emily Hampshire) are on the run from the 12 Monkeys in a desperate attempt to unravel the next part of the conspiracy. Meanwhile, in 2044, Cole (Aaron Stanford) and Ramse’s (Kirk Acevedo) conflict with Deacon (Todd Stashwick) comes to a head.

  

Episode 6 - Immortal

Cole’s (Aaron Stanford) partnership with Ramse (Kirk Acevedo) is put to the test when they travel to New York City of the 1970s to prevent the Twelve from murdering a disturbed Vietnam veteran with a connection to the Witness.

  

Episode 7 - Meltdown

Cole comes face to face with the Witness, the phantom behind the Army of the 12 Monkeys as Cassie’s (Amanda Schull) hallucinations undergo a chilling evolution. Making matters worse, the Temporal Facility becomes increasingly dangerous after the malfunctioning time machine begins to tear apart time and space, bringing back deadly visitors from the past.

     

Episode 8 - Lullaby

After the tragic events of the meltdown, Jones is left with the disheartening realization that humanity’s true enemy is time-travel itself. As its architect, she elects to do the unthinkable - send Railly back in time to 2020, to kill Jones while she was still at Spearhead in order to undo all of it. However, Cole and Railly discover a shocking anomaly in their quest to carry out Jones’s wishes

  

Episode 9 - Hyena

In 2016, Jennifer Goines has taken her power into her own hands and forms The Hyenas, a band of crazy compatriots, to take on the 12 Monkeys’ organization. With the help of Cole, they discover an elaborate 12 Monkeys plan to re-acquire the virus.

  

Episode 10 - Fatherland

Cole’s loyalty is tested when Ramse and Railly go rogue and embark on an unsanctioned mission into 1961 East Berlin in the hopes of finding an unscrupulous German doctor who knows the location of The Witness so they can kill him.

  

Episode 11 - Resurrection

With the temporal facility on the verge of destruction, Cole and Jones find themselves in the middle of a coup. After a violent encounter ends in an unexpected tragedy, Cole is sent back to 1957 in a last-ditch effort to save humanity while the rest embark on a caravan across the apocalypse to find Titan -- the stronghold of the Witness.

  

Episode 12 - Blood Washed Away

Cole and Railly attempt to stop the final paradox in the past while Ramse, Jennifer and Deacon struggle to survive the apocalypse in a last ditch effort to find the Witness.

  

Episode 13 - Memory of Tomorrow

Cole and Railly have finally found peace living in the past. When a mysterious woman with apocalyptic visions of the future tells Cole it's not over, he must do the unthinkable to save the world... and the woman he loves.
