Episode 1 - HomecomingBack when Aksel was a teenager, he was acquitted of the murder of his high school sweetheart, Karine. Despite being acquitted, everyone still thinks he is guilty, and he is forced to leave his hometown.

Episode 2 - FightAksel is persistent and is not backing down without a fight. Eva is doing her best to keep PWG out of reach for Solar Tech stocks.

Episode 3 - SplitAksel is forced to stay in Lifjord and looks for a new CEO for Solar Tech, when Eva decides to leave the company. Conflict arises in the Hansteen family, and Lars’ loyalty to his mother is put to the test when the position as CEO is offered to him.

Episode 4 - DisclosureAksel has to juggle his relationship with Tonje when Angeline and his son Tim arrive in Lifjord. He is forced to tell his wife about Karine, but he is not telling her the whole truth.

Episode 5 - DoubtAngeline no longer believes in Aksel’s innocence, and for him to prove he is not guilty he needs Tonje’s help. William wish to take on a new project and looks at the possibilities to invest in the hotel.

Episode 6 - ReconstructionAngeline wants them to leave Lifjord, but after receiving revealing photos of Karine, Aksel feels he should stay. Degang has started making cuts in Solar Tech, which means Lars has to start fiering his friends.

Episode 7 - ShowdownAksel is still looking for the one who took the nude photos of Karine. His suspicions towards Per Olav increases as he finds out he is beating his girlfriend Åse.

Episode 8 - EscapeAksel finds out more people have been lying to him about the night of the murder. He is deeply conflicted and determined to leave Lifjord, but for his son's sake, he decides to believe in his own innocence

Episode 9 - LieThe police are looking for Aksel’s bloody t-shirt from 20 years back. Aksel still can’t remember anything from the night Karine was killed, but confesses to the murder anyway.

Episode 10 - TruthAksel reconciles with his past and his hometown, when Angeline comes back to Lifjord. Tonje and Aksel still have an ongoing affair, and Aksel realizes that he is forced to choose between two lives
