In order to endure the Arctic for 100 days, the participants get to work building shelters that can make it for the long haul; they turn their attention to procuring food.

The participants focus on securing a food source that can last them 100 days; many focus on fishing; another puts himself in a dangerous position to keep his food safe.

  

Episode 4 - S7 EP4 The Fly

Participants begin successfully procuring food, but still find themselves vulnerable to the Arctic's many dangers.

  

Episode 5 - S7 EP5 The Rock

Faced with choppy waters and brazen predators, the participants must shift strategies or starve; one participant sets his sights on big game.

  

Episode 6 - S7 EP6 The Musk Ox

After some of the participants are raided by predators, they scramble to protect their hard-won food. Winter moves in, bringing with it new opportunities for those who are prepared.

  

Episode 7 - S7 EP7 Snared

Icy rocks and unpredictable waters force the remaining participants to decide if their desperate need for fat is worth taking dangerous risks.

  

Episode 8 - S7 EP8 Up In Smoke

One survivalist rushes to prevent their shot at a million dollars from going up in smoke; one struggles to complete their shelter in time for winter.

  

Episode 9 - S7 EP9 The Wolves

Icy rocks and unpredictable waters force the remaining participants to decide if their desperate need for fat is worth taking dangerous risks.

  

Episode 10 - S7 EP10 Pins and Needles

As the participants march deeper into winter, it becomes increasingly difficult to procure food. One participant gets a lucky break - but is it what it seems?

  

Episode 11 - S7 EP11 Over the Edge, Part 1

With only three survivalists left, the challenge comes to an end; the participants face off against below zero temperatures as they fight to win the million-dollar prize.

  

Episode 12 - S7 EP12 Over the Edge, Part 2

The three remaining survivalists come up against below-zero temperatures, injury, and their own mental demons as the million-dollar challenge ends.
