Episode 1 - Episode 1When her boss is suddenly suspended, a young trauma doctor has to take charge to try and save the life of a critical patient. Everyone is shocked when they discover that his injuries aren't the result of a car crash, but from a stabbing.

Episode 2 - Episode 2The trauma team battle to save the life of a patient with a fence post impaled through her face, and Fiona’s world is turned upside down when Glen Boyle joins the team as their new trauma consultant.

Episode 3 - Episode 3A cyclist is brought in with horrific injuries. The team are devastated when they’re forced to take drastic measures to stop poisonous toxins from releasing in his system, but will their decision save his life?

Episode 4 - Episode 4Despite being haunted by his army past, Glen leads the trauma call on a man who has been severely beaten. A curious serial number branded onto the patient’s skin indicates he’s a slave labourer who has been illegally trafficked. And when his temperature suddenly rises, there's a dawning realisation that he's carrying a dangerous and highly infectious disease.

Episode 5 - Episode 5The trauma team are faced with a young woman with a gunshot wound. She's also pregnant, and battle to save her life without having to deliver the baby prematurely. The case stirs up painful memories of Fiona’s past relationship with Glen, and the baby they lost.

Episode 6 - Episode 6A mentally disturbed patient sustains severe head injuries when she jumps from the balcony in the hospital’s atrium. Glen drills into her skull to relieve the pressure on her dangerously swollen brain. Harry recognises the woman as a regular patient, but keeps this a secret.

Episode 7 - Episode 7In the early hours of the morning, an unconscious Mexican woman involved in a car crash is brought in. The trauma team discover she is packing a stomach full of cocaine-filled condoms and one of them has split. They desperately need to get her to theatre, but it’s still occupied by Lorraine...

Episode 8 - Episode 8When a badly burned woman is brought in, the trauma team are horrified to discover that their patient is someone close to home. With 50% burns to her body, her life hangs in the balance and the team fight hard to prevent tragedy.

Episode 9 - Episode 9The trauma team are shocked when a teenage drowning victim is admitted. The boy is hypothermic and the team are pessimistic about his chances. Despite the boy’s bleak prognosis, Glen refuses to give up on him, resulting in a tense stand-off with Clive.

Episode 10 - Episode 10The victim of a vicious dog attack is brought in with the dog still attached and still alive. It’s a tense situation as the team attempt to treat the patient without antagonising the sedated dog. Glen is forced to administer a lethal injection to the animal in order to save the patient’s life. But releasing the dog’s jaws from the patient causes him to haemorrhage.

Episode 11 - Episode 11The trauma team face an impossible task when a patient arrives impaled on a piece of farming machinery. It’s a tense situation as they attempt to remove the spikes and save his life. Nicola is impressed by Glen’s management of the patient and suggests he extend his contract with CGH.

Episode 12 - Episode 12A major incident is declared when a car crash produces multiple victims. The trauma team is stretched to the limit and tempers fray as they attend to the injured. Even though Fiona’s not on shift, she’s called in to help and as more patients are admitted, pandemonium ensues.

Episode 13 - Episode 13When Glen is involved in a collision with another car, it’s a race against time to free the passenger. Glen is forced to amputate the young man’s leg with a pair of bolt cutters, before the paramedics arrive to transfer him to the hospital.
