Season 1 Episode Guide

Episode 1 - Episode One

The crew of a derelict ship awakens from stasis with no memories of who they are or how they got onboard. Their search for answers only leads to more questions, a mysterious weapons cache, and the awakening of the vessel’s security system, an android bent on their destruction. Much of the vessel's data has been wiped, but they manage to retrieve information pertaining to the ship's original destination - an independent mining colony with some shocking revelations.

Episode 2 - Episode Two

More shipboard mysteries abound as the crew struggles to come to terms with recent revelations. A mysterious locked door, an unfathomable puzzle box, and an exploration of the ship’s maze-like vent systems ratchet the tension as a decision is reached on the desperate miners. Complications arise in the form of a corporate ship, a Ferrous Corp Destroyer, whose surprise arrival violently disrupts the crew’s best laid plans. Meanwhile, questions persist: Who wiped their memories? And why?

Episode 3 - Episode Three

Five’s exploration of the ship’s maze-like vent system yields a shocking discovery, but before the crew can investigate, the ship drops out of FTL. What at first appears to be a mechanical issue soon becomes a suspected case of sabotage. Amid the burgeoning paranoia, secret alliances are made as the bad news gets even worse. The crippled vessel is taking on radiation from a nearby star that has gone supernova - and the only way to fix the problem is for someone to topside and execute a dangerous spacewalk repair.

Episode 4 - Episode Four

The crew visits a space station to take on supplies, effect repairs, and get some much-needed R&R, but the greatly anticipated stopover take a series of unexpected turns. Six’s visit to a local clinic wins him some unwanted attention, One and Three’s attempts to sell the weapons in their cargo hold lands them at a dangerous disadvantage, Two and Five learn that some games of chance come with surprising risks, while Four makes a stunning discovery about his past.

Episode 5 - Episode Five

The crew is hired by their handler, Tabor Calchek (David Hewlett), to salvage an abandoned freighter, The Far Horizon. What at first appears to be a straightforward reclaim op turns into a fight for survival when it is revealed that the Far Horizon is a plague ship and that it’s former crew, the victims of a deadly virus, are still very much alive and stalking the corridors of their dead vessel.

Episode 6 - Episode Six

With the help of the Android and the ship’s neural link, Five explores the memories hidden away in her subconscious. Navigating the murky, often confusing images that reside deep within her, she uncovers the dark truth about Four and Six’s violent pasts, the circumstances that landed her on the ship, and some insight into the idyllic childhood of a mysterious little boy named Titch.

Episode 7 - Episode Seven

The crew finally gains access to the secret room in the ship’s underbelly, and among the items they find inside are a sunny android named Wendy (Ruby Rose) and a desperately ill woman (Natalie Brown) in stasis. Wendy, it turns out, is an entertainment model android who quickly wins over the affections of the entire crew - much to our more practical Android’s chagrin. Meanwhile, Sarah, the woman in stasis, awakens and reveals a connection to the ship’s resident bad by, Three.

Episode 8 - Episode Eight

Six raises the suspicions of the other crew members when he makes secret use of “transfer transit”, a station to station travel technology that allows individuals to cross vast distances through the use of subspace mind transmissions into generated clone bodies. One and Four follow in an attempt to uncover the truth about the enigmatic journey, but their intergalactic transfer results in an unwelcome revelation for One.

Episode 9 - Episode Nine

Four abandons ship to reclaim his past, but his misplaced trust results in an unexpected ambush on a remote, abandoned mining planet. The rest of the crew, finally made aware of Four’s astounding history, race against time to locate and rescue him before he can be delivered back to his homeworld to face certain execution at the hands of his former enemies.

Episode 10 - Episode Ten

Commander Delaney Truffault (Torri Higginson) offers the crew a golden opportunity to make some much needed cash, and acquire some even more needed protection, by taking on a job to heist a mysterious device from a rival corporation. Complications arise in the form of another team of ruthless mercenaries who have also been hired for the same op. The two crews must work together to complete the mission, but getting along proves to be a very tall task.

Episode 11 - Episode Eleven

After losing one of their own, the captive crew plot to retake the ship from a group of ruthless mercenaries bent on delivering them to the Galactic Authority so that they can collect the sizeable bounties on their heads. Their only hope rests with their youngest member - and an unexpected surprise.

Episode 12 - Episode Twelve

The team’s handler, Tabor Calchek (David Hewlett) sets the crew off on another mission, this one a seemingly simple retrieval op involving a scientist being held against his will on a remote world. What seems like a simple snatch and grab quickly devolves into a horrifying ordeal for one member of the crew, orchestrated by a powerful individual from her past (Wil Wheaton).

Episode 13 - Episode Thirteen

When members of the crew are targeted, a top to bottom search is enacted for the mysterious perpetrator who somehow gained access to the ship. But as the search drags on, suspicion shifts to more familiar possibilities. As the paranoia mounts, alliances shift, secrets are revealed, and the individual responsible for their collective mind wipe finally makes their move.
