Episode 1 - Franklin’s Good Deeds / Franklin’s SubmarineFranklin sets out to get the recognition he deserves after the local newspaper inadvertently excludes him from a front page photo showing all his friends being helpful citizens. / When his mail-order submarine arrives, Franklin can’t believe it’s only made of cardboard. With the help of his best friend Bear, Franklin learns how to make the best of a bad situation.

Episode 2 - Mr. Fix-It Franklin / Franklin Has the HiccupsAfter helping his parents fix a few simple things around the house, Franklin becomes a roving repair-turtle. He soon learns that it takes more than the right tools to be an expert; it also takes lots of experience. / The fun of playing chess turns to stress when Franklin has to compete against the champion from another school. With the big match fast approaching, Franklin develops a case of the hiccups that just won’t go away.

Episode 3 - Franklin Delivers / Franklin’s Shell TroubleFranklin and Bear are eager to deliver newspapers while the local paperboy is away for the weekend. They soon find out that windy Saturdays are much better for flying kites than delivering papers. / The only thing worse than Franklin’s bad case of shell-flake, is the smelly purple ointment he has to use to make it go away. Feeling shy about his shell trouble, Franklin decides to avoid everyone, but his friends have other ideas.

Episode 4 - Franklin’s Sailboat / Franklin SnoopsThere’s a toy sailboat race on Saturday and Mr. Turtle convinces Franklin that his old sailboat can be repaired before the competition. Franklin gets impatient and decides to buy a new sailboat. He soon finds out that newer isn’t always better. / Franklin stumbles upon a gift that was hidden for Bear’s upcoming birthday. After accidentally telling Bear what it is, Franklin goes to great lengths to ensure his best friend will still have a birthday full of surprises.

Episode 5 - Franklin’s Father / Franklin Plays HockeyFranklin has a string of misadventures at the train station while waiting for his Mom to return from a weekend trip. When Mr. Mole happens by, Franklin hears that his father’s childhood was full of mishaps too. / Franklin and Bear’s winning streak comes to an end when an inexperienced player joins their hockey team. Not wanting to exclude anyone from the game, Franklin and Bear start a hockey school for beginners.

Episode 6 - Franklin and the Puppet Play / Franklin’s StopwatchPreparations for a puppet play go awry when Beaver becomes a bossy director. But the show must go on and Franklin must find a way to get all friends to work together. / After Franklin discovers a stopwatch, he also discovers exactly how slow he is. With Snail’s help, Franklin learns the importance of doing your personal best and that you shouldn’t always compare yourself to others.

Episode 7 - Franklin Meets Ermine / Franklin’s Funny BusinessFranklin has a new friend; the trouble is, no one can see him. Franklin struggles to prove that the new kid in town isn’t just someone from his imagination. / Franklin tries to help Rabbit become funny by teaching him some practical jokes. The harmless tricks are funny, but for some strange reason, Franklin and Rabbit’s friends aren’t laughing along.

Episode 8 - Franklin and Sam / Franklin’s Berry PatchFranklin doesn’t want his friends to find out that he still sleeps with a stuffed toy. His secret becomes increasingly difficult to hide when Franklin and his pals are invited to Bear’s house for a backyard camp out. / Franklin and Bear stumble upon a bountiful berry patch and decide to keep its location top secret. The two friends soon discover that guarding their berry patch isn’t as satisfying as sharing it with everyone.

Episode 9 - Franklin’s Rival / Franklin and the Trading CardsFranklin feels compelled to compete for Granny’s attention when another youngster comes to visit her. Franklin learns that he’s a very special grandturtle and that Grandmothers have plenty of love to share with everyone. / Franklin is faced with a tough decision when he has one “Martian Muskrat” collector card to give away and two friends who want it.

Episode 10 - Franklin's Robot / Franklin the DetectiveFranklin and Fox set out to build a robot that can perform any task they command. After realizing their project was a bit over-ambitious, the two young inventors alter their design so they can still impress all their friends. / After recovering Dad’s lost keys, Franklin decides to put his detective talents to work for his friends and neighbours. He proves to be a bright young sleuth, but can he solve the mysterious case of the missing baseball?

Episode 11 - Franklin the Fearless / Franklin’s Lucky CharmFranklin becomes the bravest kid in town when he dares to go down Thrill Hill in a wagon. In actual fact, he had no intention of doing the stunt; it happened by accident. Will Franklin be brave enough to tell his friends the truth? / Bear puts his faith in the supernatural powers of a four-leaf clover to win a basketball game. When Franklin reveals the lucky charm is really a fake, Bear realizes that his triumphs are really the result of practise and hard work.

Episode 12 - Franklin at the Seashore / Franklin and Snail’s DreamA fun day at the beach takes an unexpected turn when a pair of crabs run off with Franklin and Bear’s shell collection. New friendships emerge after a misunderstanding is resolved about the shell’s rightful ownership. / Raised on the belief that any goal in life is achievable, Franklin encourages Snail to fulfil his dream to fly. When all attempts at flight fail, Franklin begins to question how realistic his own dreams are.

Episode 13 - My Franklin / Franklin’s MomBear becomes aware of his feelings toward his little sister when Franklin suddenly becomes the focus of her attention. Bear is reassured the sibling bond is still strong when little Beatrice gives him a big bear hug. / Mrs. Turtle’s determination and ingenuity shine through, when she leads Franklin and Bear on a camping adventure. Franklin and Bear learn that any challenge can be overcome because, “where there’s a will there’s a way."
