Episode 1 - Audition

After a tough loss at Regionals, the glee club is back as the underdogs of McKinley High. When the school is faced with even more budget cuts, Mr. Schuester pushes the kids to help recruit new members for the club. Rachel and Finn disagree on new recruits, and aren’t sure they will be able to come together in perfect harmony. International Pop Star Charice and Newcomer Chord Overstreet Guest-Star. Musical performances include "Empire State Of Mind", "Telephone", "Billionaire", "Listen" and "What I Did For Love".

  

Episode 2 - Britney / Brittany

When Brittany and the gang try to convince Mr. Schuester to let them do a Britney Spears number, he is reluctant to go that edgy. Meanwhile, an insecure Will is curious about Emma’s new beau, Dr. Carl Howell (guest star John Stamos), so he convinces her to bring him in to talk to the kids about dental hygiene. While the dreamy doc inspires the girls to take their dental health more seriously, Will is left feeling worse than before. Musical performances include "I’m A Slave 4 U", "Me Against The Music", "Baby One More Time", "Stronger", "Toxic" and "The Only Exception".

  

Episode 3 - Grilled Cheesus

Finn has an existential crisis when he believes he sees the face of Jesus in his grilled cheese sandwich. Meanwhile, the rest of the kids rally around Kurt after he has a crisis of his own that leads to a larger discussion among the group about their own theology. Musical performances include “Only The Good Die Young”, “I Look To You”, “Papa Can You Hear Me”, “I Want To Hold Your Hand”, “Losing My Religion”, “Bridge Over Troubled Water” and “One of Us”.

  

Episode 4 - Duets

The glee club works on a duet assignment, and Finn and Rachel plan to throw the competition so that Sam can have a shot at winning. Meanwhile, a love triangle between Mike, Tina and Artie develop. Musical performances include "Don't Go Breaking My Heart”, "River Deep, Mountain High", "Le Jazz Hot", "Sing!", "With You I'm Born Again", "Lucky" and "Happy Days Are Here Again/Get Happy".

  

Episode 5 - The Rocky Horror Glee Show

Will decides to have the glee club perform “The Rocky Horror Show” for the annual school musical after learning of Emma’s newfound love for the cult classic. Despite Sue’s usual scheming, the members of New Directions inject their distinctive style to the show’s timeless tracks. Meatloaf and Barry Bostwick guest-star. Musical performances include “Science Fiction Double Feature”, “Damn It, Janet”, “Whatever Happened to Saturday Night?”, “Sweet Transvestite”, “Touch a Touch a Touch a Touch Me”, “There’s a Light (Over At the Frankenstein Place)” and “Time Warp”.

  

Episode 6 - Never Been Kissed

After Finn and Sam find an unconventional way of controlling their urges, a few glee club members pick up on the strategy and start using it too. But when Coach Beiste gets wind of what they are up to, the glee club has some explaining to do. Musical performances include “One Love/People Get Ready”, “Teenage Dream”, “Start Me Up/Livin’ On A Prayer” and “Stop! In The Name of Love/Free Your Mind”.

  

Episode 7 - The Substitute

When Mr. Schuester gets sick, a substitute teacher (guest star Gwyneth Paltrow) takes over his Spanish class and the glee club, and winds up winning over the whole New Directions clan. Meanwhile, when Sue fills in for Principal Figgins as McKinley’s top dog, she tries to flex her power on campus. Musical performances include “Conjunction Junction”, “Forget You”, “Nowadays/Hot Honey Rag” and “Singing In The Rain/Umbrella”.

  

Episode 8 - Furt

Sue’s Nazi-hunting mother, Doris (guest star Carol Burnett) shows up in Lima to check in on her girls. Meanwhile, Kurt makes an important decision after getting pushed to his breaking point, and Rachel and Finn take a big step. Musical performances include “Ohio”, “Marry You”, “Sway” and “Just The Way You Are”.

  

Episode 9 - Special Education

New Directions heads to the big Sectionals competition to go head-to-head against the Warblers and the Hipsters. While trouble brews between some of the young couples, Emma and Carl (guest star John Stamos) grow closer. Musical performances include “Don’t Cry For Me Argentina”, “The Living Years”, “Hey, Soul Sister”, “(I’ve Had The) Time of My Life”, “Valerie” and “Dog Days Are Over”.

  

Episode 10 - A Very Glee Christmas

Finn tries to bring a little holiday cheer to McKinley High, and Artie discovers that Brittany still believes in Santa. Meanwhile, the teachers pick their Secret Santas, and one manipulative coach rigs the gift-giving in her favor. Musical performances include “The Most Wonderful Day Of The Year”, “We Need A Little Christmas”, “Merry Christmas Darling”, “Baby It's Cold Outside”, “You're A Mean One, Mr. Grinch”, “Last Christmas” and “Welcome Christmas”.

  

Episode 11 - The Sue Sylvester Shuffle

Mr. Schuester and Coach Beiste devise a plot to bring together the warring glee club and football team factions. Meanwhile, Sue, desperate to win cheerleading Nationals, launches a dangerous plan to bring home a trophy, and the kids of New Directions tackle Michael Jackson’s iconic hit “Thriller”. Musical performances include “Need You Now”, “She’s Not There”, “Bills, Bills, Bills” and “Thriller/Heads Roll”.

  

Episode 12 - Silly Love Songs

Love is in the air at McKinley High when the glee club sets up a kissing booth for Valentine’s Day. Things don’t go as planned, however, and hearts end up getting broken. Musical performances include “Fat Bottomed Girls”, “PYT”, “When I Get You Alone”, “Firework” and “Silly Love Songs”.

  

Episode 13 - Comeback

Rachel tries to launch a comeback into the McKinley High social stratosphere with a little help from Brittany. Meanwhile, Sam starts a tribute band. Musical performances include “Baby”, “Somebody To Love”, “Take Me Or Leave Me”, “I Know What Boys Like” and “Sing”.

  

Episode 14 - Blame It On the Alcohol

Principal Figgins teaches the student body about the danger of underage drinking, and the glee club is personally touched by the message. Meanwhile, Mr. Schuester and Coach Beiste indulge in a little fun of their own. Musical performances include “Don’t You Want Me”, “Blame It”, “One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer” and “Tik Tok”.

  

Episode 15 - Sexy

When free-spirited substitute teacher Holly Holliday (guest star Gwyneth Paltrow) fills in for the absent sex-education teacher, she joins forces with Mr. Schuester to teach the kids of New Directions the facts of life. Meanwhile, Emma heads up the Celibacy Club, and she and Dr. Carl (guest star John Stamos) address some issues in their personal life. Musical performances include “Do You Wanna Touch Me (Oh Yeah)”, “Animal”, “Landslide” and “Afternoon Delight”.

  

Episode 16 - Original Song

With Sue Sylvester coaching Aural Intensity, Blaine and the Warblers’ dynamic set list and tough judges Tammy Jean Albertson (guest star Kathy Griffin) and Sister Mary Constance (guest star Loretta Devine), the kids of New Directions decide the only way to win Regionals is to write and perform their own original songs. Meanwhile, Quinn is hell-bent on getting Finn back and ruling McKinley once again. Musical performances include “Blackbird”, “Candles”, “Get It Right”, “Hell To the No”, “Jesus Is A Friend of Mine”, “Loser Like Me”, “Misery” and “Raise Your Glass”.

  

Episode 17 - A Night of Neglect

Proving that birds of a feather flock together, when another under-the-radar club at McKinley High needs helps raising funds, the glee club signs up to help. But when Sue hears about the show of support, she moves quickly to put a kibosh on it. Meanwhile, relationships are tested and big decisions will be made. Gwyneth Paltrow, Cheyenne Jackson and Charice guest-star. Musical performances include “All By Myself”, “I Follow Rivers”, “Turning Tables” and “Ain’t No Way”.

  

Episode 18 - Born This Way

Mr. Schuester teaches the glee club a valuable lesson about self-acceptance and embracing what makes you unique. Meanwhile, Lauren and Quinn go toe-to-toe for the prom queen crown, Ms. Pillsbury confronts her obsessive issues, Rachel struggles with a life-altering decision and Santana has something up her sleeve that could permanently alter the glee club dynamic. Musical performances include “I Feel Pretty/Unpretty”, “I’ve Gotta Be Me”, “Somewhere Only We Know”, “Born This Way” and “As If We’ve Never Said Goodbye”.

  

Episode 19 - Rumours

Sue Sylvester revives the school newspaper and decides to print a few inflammatory blind items. The glee club gains a whole new respect for Sam when they discover some interesting new information about his family life. Meanwhile, April Rhodes (guest star Kristin Chenoweth) returns to Lima and tries to convince Mr. Schuester to hit the road with her. Musical performances include “Dreams”, “Never Going Back Again”, “Songbird”, “I Don’t Want to Know”, “Go Your Own Way” and “Don’t Stop”.

  

Episode 20 - Prom Queen

When the entertainment for prom falls through, Principal Figgins asks New Directions to perform at the dance – much to prom coordinator Sue’s dismay. Things get heated as the competition for prom king and queen draws closer. Musical performances include “Rolling In The Deep”, “Friday”, “Isn’t She Lovely”, “Jar of Hearts”, “I’m Not Gonna Teach Your Boyfriend How to Dance With You” and “Dancing Queen”.

  

Episode 21 - Funeral

New Directions continues to strategize their set list for Nationals with a little help from Jessie St. James. Meanwhile, an unexpected loss rocks the world of one of McKinley’s own. Musical performances include “Back to Black”, “Some People”, “Try A Little Tenderness”, “My Man” and “Pure Imagination”.

  

Episode 22 - New York

The kids of New Directions travel from Lima to New York City to compete in Nationals. While in the Big Apple, they take in all of the sights from Times Square to Broadway to Central Park. Patti LuPone, Jonathan Groff, Cheyenne Jackson and Charice guest-star. Musical performances include “New York, New York/I Love New York”, “My Cup”, “Bella Notte”, “For Good”, “Yeah!”, “Still Got Tonight”, “As Long As You Are There”, “Pretending” and “Light Up The World”.
