Episode 1 - The Nightmare BeginsOn planet Conventia, The Almighty Tallest sends ZIM and robot GIR to Earth in human disguise to plot the planet's destruction. At school, Dib vows to expose ZIM as an alien.

Episode 2 - Bestest Friend / NanozimZIM learns that friendship is a fundamental need for humans, so he befriends Keef. After putting in enough time, ZIM relieves Keef of his duties. But Keef won't go away. ZIM develops a plan and presents Keef with new eyeballs that will make him think the next thing he sees will be his best friend. /Enraged that Dib has breached his house's security and has taken pictures of his secret lair, ZIM shrinks himself down to microscopic size and enters his nemesis' body. By controlling Dib's nerves, ZIM tries to destroy the incriminating evidence.

Episode 3 - Parent Teacher Night / Walk of DoomIt's parent/teacher night and Dib warns ZIM that if he doesn't show up with real human parents, everyone will know he's an alien. The closest thing ZIM has to a mother and father are the barely functional Robo-parents. ZIM formulates a plan to program the Robo-parents with a disc called "Proper Earth Parenting." / ZIM and GIR learn that getting home in the big city proves to be more than difficult when they get lost during a test of GIR's newly repaired guidance system.

Episode 4 - Germs / Dark HarvestZIM orders a pair of special goggles that allow him to see microscopic germs - turning him into a germaphobe. GIR and ZIM have a shocking discovery at MacMeaties. / ZIM is sent to the school nurse when a teacher thinks he is ill. To keep his alien identity a secret, he steals other kids' organs. Much to Dib's dismay, ZIM is praised for his plentiful organs.

Episode 5 - Attack of the Saucer Morons / The WetteningOut on a routine information-gathering flight, ZIM crash lands the voot cruiser in a field. While ZIM goes back to the house to acquire a transport for the damaged cruiser, The Children of the Bright and Shining Saucer (a group that seek aliens) find the ship and immediately hail it as proof of alien life. / It's a rainy day at school but there'll be no fun indoor games for ZIM. ZIM, it turns out, is deathly afraid of water. Dib immediately uses this knowledge to his advantage and starts a full-scale water war.

Episode 6 - Career Day / Battle-DibThe students take a test to determine what their future career will be and are paired with an adult counterpart in their field. While it's decided that Dib will be a paranormal investigator and work with a mentor, ZIM is told his future lies in fast food and will work at MacMeaties. / Dib has been granted an meeting with the Swollen Eyeball Network to present his findings on the alien kid he goes to school with but in order to attend, he must get his dad to sign a permission slip.

Episode 7 - Planet Jackers / Rise of the ZitboyPlanet Jackers are stealing Earth! Encased in a shell and tugged along by a couple of blue-collar planet jackers, Earth is in trouble and ZIM must save it so he can destroy it properly. /ZIM is horrified when Dib is able to enter his home. In addition, ZIM has developed a pimple the size of an Irken grapefruit on his cheek. By drawing a face on his pimple and fitting it with a ventriloquist's body, ZIM is able to pass off the blemish as his visiting friend Pustulio.

Episode 8 - Invasion of the Idiot Dog Brain / Bad, Bad Rubber PiggyIn a mechanical mishap, GIR becomes part of the security core of the house. The house takes off and runs through the city leaving a trail of destruction in its path. It seems that GIR's sole interest is in obtaining tacos. / ZIM realizes that the only way to get rid of Dib is to send a hunter destroyer machine back in time to alter his past. But the destroyer is incompatible with his time machine and the only object that can make the ultimate trip is GIR's rubber piggy.

Episode 9 - A Room With a Moose / HamstergeddonZIM tricks all the kids into getting on a bus for a supposed field trip. But, as Dib soon learns, they are not on a bus at all but on a ship heading for a wormhole. ZIM reveals that what lies at the end of the wormhole is a room with a moose! / When a pet hamster named Peepi is brought to school, ZIM sees the power of cuteness and gets an idea to use this power to control human beings! ZIM kidnaps Peepi, injects him with alien DNA and returns it to Skool where Dib points out that Peepi has grown to an enormous size.
