Episode 1 - Nikita

While living in a crime-ridden neighborhood, young, beautiful Nikita Samuelle is wrongly accused of murdering a police officer who had been harassing and blackmailing her. Expecting life imprisonment, Nikita instead finds herself forced to work for a ruthless, top-secret government organization, Section One, which stages a fake suicide to cover her disappearance. Michael tells Nikita that, because Julie recognized her, Julie must be killed--either by Nikita or someone else. However, what Nikita does not know is that Julie is actually Section One's next target.

Fearing for his life, Bauer tells Michael and Nikita how to prevent the crisis. Later, Michael and Nikita are disgusted to learn that their government will let Bauer go free.

The passenger, Gray Wellman, is unaware that he has the directorybut Nikita, who is attracted to Gray, eventually finds the disk before Benko. Section One captures Benko as well.

Nikita's brief period of freedom reveals to her that there is only one place she can live--Section One.

Nikita's deception could be uncovered when she must retrain with Jurgen, a special operations agent ordered to evaluate her physical, psychological and emotional states. Section One's capture of a high-ranking member of the Freedom League further imperils Nikita. Jurgen realizes Nikita is not telling the truth, but he does not report her to Madeline and Operations.

Nikita continues her retraining sessions with Jurgen, and Michael is not happy about it. Jurgen believes that Michael wants to kill him, and the two men fight. Nikita and Jurgen have affection for each other. Operations returns Nikita to full status.

Nikita visits Jurgen at his spacious country house. Nikita and Jurgen are about to make love when both are summoned for an assignment. Jurgen is blackmailing Section One. A disgruntled operative, Kronen, shoots Operations and nearly kills him. Egran Petrosian, Operations' temporary replacement, wants Nikita--not Madeline--as his second-in-command. Nikita accepts the promotion, but neither Nikita nor Michael trusts Petrosian. Section One must destroy a nerve gas factory. Nikita proves that Petrosian manipulated Kronen into shooting Operations.

Michael's mission to kill Dorian Enquist, a fringe member of the terrorist community, goes awry, and Enquist holds Madeline hostage. Operations decides to trade Michael's life for Madeline's, and Nikita realizes that the only way to save Michael is to rescue Madeline.

Michael helps a college friend, Rene Dion, who heads a terrorist group, L'heure Sanguine, of which Michael was once a member. Rene took care of Michael's sister after Section One orchestrated Michael's arrest and phony, death,and now Michael repays the favor by helping Rene escape from Section One. Section One kills every member of L'heure Sanguine except Rene, who points a gun at Michael. Nikita shoots Rene and saves Michael.

Section One must stop Radovan Luca, whose contacts to the international arms community aid a rebel force inside the Balkans. While on a mission to eliminate the Balkan terrorist, Nikita and Michael help two children, whose parents were abducted by the rebel soldiers, flee the country. Birkoff discovers that his operative girlfriend is stealing money from terrorist accounts monitored by the Section.

A surgeon paid by Red Cell implants a powerful time bomb in the abdomen of a human, and Section One must find the carrier and identify the target. Nikita intentionally gets arrested for smuggling hashish to make contact with Jenna Vogler, an incarcerated Red Cell foot soldier and the only person who can identify the human time bomb. Walter flirts with an operative who is about to be placed in abeyance, but Birkoff changes her status.

Faced with too many missions and too few team leaders, Operations and Michael appoint Nikita as a team leader. Assigned to capture Phillip Stark, who has been buying spent fuel rods from nuclear reactors in Eastern Europe, Nikita chooses her own team. Vizcano, a young female operative on the team, jeopardizes the mission by disobeying orders, but Nikita refuses to punish her. Nikita's team captures Stark, but only after he kills Vizcano. Nikita is enraged when the Section spares Stark's life.

Nikita and Michael pose as a happily married couple in order to obtain information about First Flag, an infamous terrorist group, from its leader's attorney, Roland Armel. Nikita pretends to be a psychic and astonishes Armel with the information she reveals about his son, Phillipe, whom Armel believes is dead. After his capture, Armel is allowed to see Phillipe, who has been living at Section One, via video monitor before being executed.

Terry, a veteran operative who is pregnant, escapes from Section One in order to save her baby, but Nikita and Michael return her to Section One, not reporting the incident to Operations, to save Terry's life. Terry makes a deal with Bates, a rogue government agent, to betray Section One in exchange for his help in protecting her unborn child. But when Bates shoots Michael and plans to kill Nikita, Terry shoots Bates dead. Michael tells Nikita that Terry will be allowed to deliver her baby, and then she'll be killed. Meanwhile, Walter must prove that he is still qualified for Section One.

Section One steals secret files belonging to Orlando Perez, a high-level enemy operative from Red Cell, but Red Cell captures Michael gets captured and interrogated. An intravenous drug administered by Red Cell causes Michael to lose his memory, but not his instinct for self-preservation. Despite Nikita's efforts to hide Michael's condition, Madeline and Operations detect the presence of the drug in Michael's blood, but Walter has an antidote to restore Michael to his normal state.

  

Episode 36 - Season 2, Episode 14: Double Date

A psychotic murderer and sadistic wife-beater who was thought to have been killed by Section One, David Fanning comes to work for Section because he knows its next target, Nikolai Kusko, the former head of the Romanian Secret Police. After the team succeeds in killing Kusko, Fanning murders some of the Section One operatives working on the mission. He orders Michael to find Fanning's wife, Lisa, and takes Nikita hostage in the meantime. Michael gives Lisa an isotopic lotion with which to kill her husband.

An unknown terrorist group performs small bombings while preparing for a major act of mass destruction. In order to expose the terrorist group, Section One must figure out the computer code the group is using. Section kidnaps a teenage computer genius, who still lives with his mother, to break the advanced code. Meanwhile, a neighbor gets Nikita involved with drug dealers.

After seeing a bus depot filled with people get blown up by the terrorist group Bright Star, Nikita vows to stop its activities. Gregory Formitz, a medical school dropout who supplies the group with forged passports, visas and press credentials, agrees to help Section One locate Bright Star. Nikita discovers that Formitz is a modern-day Jack the Ripper--and Section One knows. Formitz confides to Nikita the identity of his next victim, and Nikita tries to protect the young prostitute. Meanwhile, Walter becomes engaged to Belinda, an operative whom Section One intends to eliminate.

  

Episode 39 - Season 2, Episode 17: Inside Out

Section One uncovers a possible Red Cell munitions outpost in Glasgow, Scotland, and sends a team of operatives to overtake and neutralize the facility. Instead, Mowen, the operative who enters the Red Cell installation, returns to Section One bringing a deadly virus back with him. One by one, operatives become infected and die. Nikita and Michael feverishly work to find Dr. Bisseroff, the only man who might have an antidote. Meanwhile, Gail ceases her relationship with Birkoff because she's dating another operative, Janklow.

  

Episode 40 - Season 2, Episode 18: Off Profile

Operations assigns sexy but arrogant mission profiler Andrea Karsov to Michael's team in order for her to obtain necessary field experience. Section One sends Michael's team to capture Hans Korda, a geneticist connected with a group responsible for stealing genetic codes used to manufacture viruses that attack specific ethnic groups. After the successful mission, Michael and Andrea begin a romance and eventually have sex. Nikita rescues Michael when Andrea tries to kill him, and Section One eliminates Andrea. Meanwhile, even though Walter remains furious at Operations for Belinda's death, he lies to a Section investigator in order to hide a mistake made by Operations.

  

Episode 41 - Season 2, Episode 19: Last Night

Nikita searches for Julia, a 9-year-old girl whom Nikita encountered during a mission to capture free-lance demolitions expert Joachin Beeka, who has been hired by a terrorist group. Nikita and Michael locate Brutus, the leader of the terrorist group, but Brutus turns out to be a computer programmed to destroy Section One. When Madeline, Walter and Birkoff cannot discern who built Brutus, Madeline grabs a gun and destroys it. Later, Operations and Madeline share a romantic evening.

  

Episode 42 - Season 2, Episode 20: In Between

With his massive financial resources, Abel Goellner destabilizes Third World countries friendly to the West and places hostile governments in control. Posing as money brokers, Michael and Nikita meet with Goellner and his confidante, Karel Giraldi. Nikita discovers that Giraldi is actually a Section One first-tier operative who has been waiting to be called in for the last nine years. Operations orders Nikita and Michael to kill Giraldi, but Madeline tells Nikita to bring him back alive. Walter informs a confused Nikita that Giraldi is Madeline's husband. Madeline kisses Giraldi before killing him. Nikita's former neighbor Carla returns.

  

Episode 43 - Season 2, Episode 21: Adrian's Garden

Former neighbor Carla and her boyfriend Steven kidnap Nikita and take her to a cottage in the country owned by Adrian, the founder of Section One and the only person to successfully leave it. To save the world, Adrian plans to destroy Section One and, needing Nikita's help, threatens to harm Michael if Nikita does not cooperate. Adrian tells Nikita that Operations is power-hungry and kills people who do not support him. Nikita begins to trust Adrian and finally agrees to help her. (Part One of a two-part episode)

Under Adrian's direction, Nikita risks her own life to retrieve incriminating files from restricted areas within Section One for Adrian's quest to destroy it. Operations and Madeline suspect that Nikita may be guilty of security breaches at the Section and assign Michael the task of uncovering the truth. Michael's team captures Adrian and Nikita, but Operations reveals that Nikita's involvement with Adrian was orchestrated by him--and that Nikita was aware of the plan. Vacek fails to keep an appointment to see his daughter, foiling Section One's plan to kill him.

From her hospital bed, Elena witnesses the actual death of her father and the staged death of her husband, Michael. Operations and Madeline tell Michael he can never see his wife and son again. Obnoxious Section informant Mick Schtoppel moves into Nikita's apartment building --right next door to her!

  

Episode 48 - Season 3, Episode 4: Gates of Hell

Unable to see his son ever again, Michael contemplates suicide. On a mission with Michael, Nikita is kidnapped. With total disregard for his personal safety, Michael kills many enemy agents and successfully rescues Nikita. Birkoff discovers a damaging secret file that belongs to Operations.

  

Episode 49 - Season 3, Episode 5: Imitation of Death

Section One destroys a genetics laboratory designed to create perfect little terrorists. Nikita suspects that Section One has a similar laboratory of its own, but she fails to prove so to Michael. Operations places Felix in abeyance, sending him on a suicide mission, which he apparently survives. Birkoff fears retaliation from Felix.

  

Episode 50 - Season 3, Episode 6: Love and Country

Madeline poses as a psychotherapist to convince a South American political candidate's devoted wife--who is also a Section operative once married to Operations--to kill the politico. Nikita and Michael assist in Operations' plan to manipulate Corrine and her environment until she becomes paranoid and hateful enough to commit murder.

  

Episode 51 - Season 3, Episode 7: Cat and Mouse

Without Section One's knowledge, Nikita is ambushed during a mission and replaced by a Red Cell look-alike. Nikita is forced to assist her double in order to protect Michael. Series star PETA WILSON plays a dual role.

  

Episode 52 - Season 3, Episode 8: Outside the Box

Section One kidnaps Benjamin Kruger, a man with a photographic memory, to help on a mission. To force Kruger to cooperate, Madeline shows him a manufactured videotape of him killing a man. Seeing Kruger get trapped into working for Section One, Nikita wonders if Section One did the same to her. An arrogant computer expert, Greg Hillinger, tries to sabotage Birkoff's computer.

  

Episode 53 - Season 3, Episode 9: Slipping Into Darkness

Michael empties a vial containing a psychotropic agent into Operations' coffee mug. As his judgement disintegrates and paranoid delusions increase, Operations sends operatives on a mission to capture a man who's been dead for four years. Michael assumes command of Section One, and an elaborate plan to kill Red Cell leader Philo is revealed.

  

Episode 54 - Season 3, Episode 10: Under the Influence

Nikita pretends to be married to a vile, sadistic terrorist as Section One endeavors to locate anthrax rockets that her "husband" and his brother stole. Madeline lies to protect Operations when he kills his son's murderer--a terrorist under Section protection. Professional wrestler VAL VENIS makes a special guest-starring appearance.

  

Episode 55 - Season 3, Episode 11: Walk On By

A new recruit--someone from Nikita's past--knows where Nikita can find her mother. Nikita enlists Michael's aid when she realizes that her mother (MARGOT KIDDER) has hired a private investigator because she doesn't believe Nikita is dead. Operations spares Walter's life after the latter's reckless disclosure of his own involvement with Section One.

  

Episode 56 - Season 3, Episode 12: Threshold of Pain

On a mission to terminate a terrorist organization called Black March, Nikita and two fellow operatives, Angela and Mark, are captured. Mark reveals the location of a Section substation to save Angela, his lover, from torture, but later blames Nikita for the disclosure. Rocker ADAM ANT guest stars.

  

Episode 57 - Season 3, Episode 13: Beyond the Pale

When another operative, Zalman, gets promoted to head strategist instead of Michael, Michael and Nikita flee Section One. Section operatives capture Michael, who refuses to reveal Nikita's location until Zalman shows him a videotape of his son, Adam. Operations' elaborate scheme to prove to Oversight that Zalman belongs to Red Cell comes to light.

  

Episode 58 - Season 3, Episode 14: Hand to Hand

To capture an industrialist who finances terrorist bombings around the world, Nikita thinks that she is infiltrating a white slavery ring, but she finds her mission at an adult entertainment complex far more deadly. Madeline dismisses Renee, an agent performing a collateral intelligence assessment of Section One, after Renee becomes sexually involved with Operations. Renee vows revenge.

  

Episode 59 - Season 3, Episode 15: Before I Sleep

When a captured terrorist kills herself, Section One recruits Sarah Gerard, an innocent look-alike with a terminal disease, to learn the location of a terrorist group's headquarters. Madeline lies about having an antidote to Sarah's illness. Planning to kill herself, Sarah stays in the terrorists' headquarters when she plants a bomb, but Nikita risks her own life to save Sarah.

  

Episode 60 - Season 3, Episode 16: I Remember Paris

When the terrorist group Glass Curtain discovers Section One's location, Operations evacuates everyone and incinerates the underground facility. Section One operatives kill everyone at Glass Curtain headquarters. Section One moves into its new headquarters--an exact replica of the previous installation, but located in a different city.

  

Episode 61 - Season 3, Episode 17: All Good Things

When Operations temporarily leaves Section One, Michael assumes full command. But will Michael's newfound power forever change Nikita's feelings towards him?

  

Episode 62 - Season 3, Episode 18: Third Party Ripoff

Believing that Michael and Nikita's relationship compromises Michael's decision-making ability and jeopardizes Section One's missions, Operations and Madeline set in motion another plan to separate the two operatives. A rift develops between Walter and Birkoff when they date the same woman, a beautiful mission profiler.

  

Episode 63 - Season 3, Episode 19: Any Means Necessary

Greg Hillinger, a subordinate, sabotages Birkoff's computer terminal to make Birkoff appear incompetent to Operations. Operations directs Hillinger to take over Birkoff's post and gives Birkoff an external assignment: to infiltrate a small but highly effective cult of terrorists called Soldats de Liberte and headed by Jean-Marc Rousseau. Birkoff appears sympathetic to Rousseau's cause, but will he betray Section One?

  

Episode 64 - Season 3, Episode 20: Three Eyed Turtle

When a mission fails, Hillinger conceals his negligence. Birkoff does not reveal to Madeline that Hillinger is responsible for the mission's failure, but later he confesses the truth to Operations. Operations puts Hillinger in abeyance, and the young operative apparently dies in an explosion. George promises Madeline that she will replace Operations as the head of Section One, but she manipulates the situation to make George appear treasonous.

  

Episode 65 - Season 3, Episode 21: Playing With Fire

Operations sends Michael's team to steal detonation chips from the base camp of the kamikaze terrorist group Crimson Storm. After the successful mission, Michael and Nikita steal away for a romantic interlude, but Birkoff feels obligated to report them to Madeline and Operations. Madeline and Operations worry that Nikita and Michael are either still conducting a relationship or planning a takeover of Section One.

  

Episode 66 - Season 3, Episode 22: On Borrowed Time

Nikita and Michael infiltrate Genefex, a pharmaceutical lab making biological weapons for Red Cell. At Genefex, Nikita unexpectedly encounters Madeline, who uses a combination of chemical and electronic means to neutralize Nikita's feelings of love for Michael. Operations places Walter in "retirement." Birkoff sabotages the work of Walter's replacement to force Operations to bring Walter back to Section One.

  

Episode 67 - Season 4, Episode 1: Getting Out of Reverse

Michael discovers that Madeline had Nikita "adjusted" in order to eliminate her emotions and keep her under strict control. Fearing this process will be used on everyone in Section One, Michael attempts to find the mysterious Gelman, the man who created this form of brainwashing. Operations learns of Michael's search and gives the order to have Michael cancelled.

  

Episode 68 - Season 4, Episode 2: There Are No Missions

Madeline intructs Nikita to carry out Operation's order to kill the missing Michael. Nikita has a physical confrontation with Michael when he infiltrates Section One, and she ends up bound and gagged. Michael kidnaps the cryogenically preserved Adrian from Section One, and Birkoff pretends not to see the rogue operative's activities.

  

Episode 69 - Season 4, Episode 3: View of the Garden

Determined to reverse the effects of Gelman's mind-control process on Nikita, Michael enlists Adrian's aid. Operations and Madeline send Nikita to kill Michael, but he kidnaps her instead. Michael thwarts Operations and Madeline's plan to kill George from Oversight. Michael regains his former status within the Section.

  

Episode 70 - Season 4, Episode 4: Into the Looking Glass

Nikita continues to suffer the negative effects of Gelman's brain reprogramming, which becomes permanent in five days. With Birkoff and Walter's support, Michael kidnaps Nikita to deprogram her. After being restored to her former self, Nikita returns to Section One, where she lies to Madeline about her true feelings for Michael.

  

Episode 71 - Season 4, Episode 5: Man in the Middle

Nikita and Michael pose as heroin dealers to get close to a dashing, drug-using playboy and arms supplier with ties to Red Cell. When the weapons dealer proposes marriage to Nikita, Operations orders her to accept.

  

Episode 72 - Season 4, Episode 6: Love, Honor and Cherish

Nikita's new husband, Helmut, reveals that he is an Interpol agent. Kristoff, Helmut's younger brother, hires Red Cell to kill his newlywed sibling, but Section One kills Kristoff. After disobeying an Interpol directive, Helmut becomes a man on the run.

  

Episode 73 - Season 4, Episode 7: Sympathy for the Devil

Operations sends Nikita and Michael on a personal mission to help Operations' hero--Willie Kane, a fellow Vietnam War veteran. Walter kills Willie to prevent Operations from learning the truth about his hero, but Operations thinks Willie's murder is a Mob hit and wreaks a staggeringly harsh vengeance. Birkoff discovers he has a twin brother.

  

Episode 74 - Season 4, Episode 8: No One Lives Forever

Chosen for a pilot program allowing her to leave Section One but have no contact with either her former or Section lives, Nikita wonders if she's about to be cancelled. George orders Nikita to kill Operations, who supposedly killed her father years ago. Madeline tells Nikita that Operations is really her father, but he will not answer any of Nikita's questions. George reveals the dead body of a look-alike, but which one gave Nikita the order to kill Operations?

  

Episode 75 - Season 4, Episode 9: Down a Crooked Path

George sends a two-man bio-tech team into Section One when a mysterious gas enters the headquarters, causing symptoms of a viral infection in several people. Rather than contain the virus, the bio-tech team performs neural scrapes on the Section's top members, totally incapacitating Walter and Nikita. Michael injects George with a syringe, transforming the latter into a Section One puppet.

  

Episode 76 - Season 4, Episode 10: He Came from Four

Oversight sends a telekinetic 10-year-old boy, who also has the ability to read minds, to help Section One recover a stolen package. But can the boy's powers be controlled?

  

Episode 77 - Season 4, Episode 11: Time to Be Heroes

When another Section gets destroyed, Operations sends Nikita and Michael to train a group of hostile, young recruits. Operations uses the team of recruits as bait to destroy a new terrorist group, Crystal Sky, and capture its leader. Crystal Sky captures Nikita and Michael, and the recruits decide to rescue them.

  

Episode 78 - Season 4, Episode 12: Hell Hath No Fury

Madeline falls in love with Leon, her Red Cell counterpart. Operations orders Madeline to kill Leon, but she shoots Operations instead. A tracking device implanted in Madeline leads Section One operatives to Leon's headquarters, where Operations kills him. Birkoff locates his twin.

  

Episode 79 - Season 4, Episode 13: Kiss the Past Goodbye

Michael discovers that his wife, Elena, is involved with a Section operative named Corliss. Stefan Vacek, Elena's uncle, heads a terrorist organization that tries to kill Elena and her son by Michael, Adam. When Elena and Adam disappear, Operations informs Michael that they have been taken care of--but are they alive or dead?

  

Episode 80 - Season 4, Episode 14: Line in the Sand

Birkoff uncovers the secret location of Red Cell's base camp, which harbors the Cardinal--the leader of Red Cell--for whom Section has been searching for almost 20 years. When the mission to extract the Cardinal goes awry, Operations decides to kill Birkoff, but Michael possesses evidence to prove the mission was sabotaged.

  

Episode 81 - Season 4, Episode 15: Abort, Fail, Retry, Terminate

On his computer, Birkoff invents a form of artificial intelligence intended to maintain the system during his upcoming two-month vacation. The computer program develops an agenda of its own and kills Section operatives. Birkoff electrocutes himself to stop the computer.

  

Episode 82 - Season 4, Episode 16: Catch a Falling Star

To locate a Section communications satellite that has crashed in the southern United States, Nikita and Michael visit a strange, rural town that turns out to be Black Storm's central base. Birkoff's replacement, Corman, theorizes that Oversight or another division of Section intentionally brought the satellite down. Operations directs Davenport to ensure that Michael and Nikita's mission fails.

  

Episode 83 - Season 4, Episode 17: Sleeping With the Enemy

Section and Red Cell form an uneasy alliance to discover who's been destroying their installations. Madeline trades places with Satin Tate, a key Red Cell operative. Nikita worries about Satin's flirtatious behavior around Michael, but Michael's just using Satin to destroy Red Cell's main base.

  

Episode 84 - Season 4, Episode 18: Toys in the Basement

Injured during a mission, Nikita is taken prisoner by a demented junk collector and declared dead by Section One. Michael is ordered not to use Section One resources to find her. Nikita escapes her captor but is recaptured by the junk dealer's equally deranged mother. Madeline trains Jason to be more like his twin, Birkoff.

  

Episode 85 - Season 4, Episode 19: Time Out of Mind

In order to stop the sale of an anthrax-based weapon, Nikita infiltrates a mental institution, where the son of the weapon's creator is a patient. But can Nikita overcome the effects of the medication her doctor gives her and electroshock therapy long enough to complete the mission?

  

Episode 86 - Season 4, Episode 20: Face in the Mirror

A new Red Cell regime surfaces, and Operations sends Michael and his team to assassinate Maurice Grenet, the Cardinal's replacement. Nikita escapes Section One, and Michael discovers her connection to Section One's foremost enemy. Section One kidnaps Jason's girlfriend to ensure his cooperation in impersonating his twin brother. Episode 87 - Season 4, Episode 21: Up the Rabbit Hole

Facial prosthetics makes Nikita look like Kate Quinn. Michael and Nikita/Quinn escape from Section One, killing Davenport in the process. Operations orders Madeline to capture them or lose her position. On Madeline's orders, Jason accesses George's files, which reveal George's covert dealings with Red Cell. Operations kills George. Episode 88 - Season 4, Episode 22: Four Light Years Farther

Section One captures Nikita and Michael and brings them back to headquarters. Operations and Madeline decide to kill Nikita. Mr. Jones wants Madeline cancelled, but she commits suicide by ingesting cyanide. Nikita saves Michael's life, but she refuses to accompany him on his escape from the Section.

  

Episode 89 - Season 5, Episode 1: Déjà Vu All Over Again

Still reeling from the tragedies resulting from the disclosure of her role as a Section One internal investigator, Nikita is paired with a new partner by the head of Center and put back in the field, where she faces danger from all sides.

  

Episode 90 - Season 5, Episode 2: A Girl Who Wasn't There

Quinn creates a holographic version of Madeline. Operation's obsession to work with Madeline again threatens to destroy Section One. Nikita discovers clues involving her original recruitment.

  

Episode 91 - Season 5, Episode 3: In Through the Out Door

Although he no longer works for Section One, Michael remains Nikita's only hope for finding a cure to the deadly aftereffects from a mind-control process.

  

Episode 92 - Season 5, Episode 4: All the World's a Stage

Mr. Jones must leave Center's protection to thwart the sale of deadly biological weapons. Nikita seizes the opportunity to force him to tell her the truth about her recruitment into Section One.

  

Episode 93 - Season 5, Episode 5: The Man Behind the Curtain

Nikita meets the true leader of Center--her father. A spy for The Collective works at Section One, and Nikita must determine who it is.

  

Episode 94 - Season 5, Episode 6: The Evil That Men Do

Nikita's relationship with Mr. Jones leads Operations to attempt to kill Nikita. Nikita threatens to report Operations' betrayal, but he has evidence that she helped Michael escape from Section One. Operations' plane is shot down, and Nikita and Mr. Jones must work together to find him before The Collective does.

  

Episode 95 - Season 5, Episode 7: Let No Man Put Asunder

Michael asks Nikita to bring him back into Section One, but Mr. Jones doubts Michael's motives. Upon his return, Michael assists on a mission that damages The Collective. Michael's son, Adam, whom Operations has kept hidden from Michael, is kidnapped by The Collective, which ransoms the boy for Jones.

  

Episode 96 - Season 5, Episode 8: A Time for Every Purpose

Mr. Jones agrees to surrender to The Collective in return for the release of Michael's son and Nikita's promise to take control of Section One. The Collective kills Jones and frees Adam. Nikita and Michael bid each other farewell . . . for now.
