Episode 9 - Season's GreedingsA dejected toy maker (SHERMAN HEMSLEY - The Jeffersons, Amen) creates a new toy that causes all the citizens of Metropolis to become like greedy little children. Episode 15 - Return of the PranksterThe Prankster (Bronson Pinchot- "Perfect Strangers") returns to Metropolis with a special freezing devise that temporarily paralyzes people. Superman must stop him before the President is kidnapped. |
Episode 16 - Lucky LeonJimmy is arrested for murder and Superman is wanted for stealing nuclear warheads. Lois and Clark go out on their first date. Mayson learns Superman's identity. Robert Culp guest stars. |
Episode 17 - ResurrectionLois and Clark investigate the death of Mayson Drake and find dead men are being brought back to life. Lois is attracted to Dan Scardino (Jim Pirri - "Reasonable Doubts"), a government agent investigating the same case. Curtis Armstrong guest stars. |
Episode 18 - Tempus FugitiveWhen they are visited by H.G. Wells (Terry Kiser) in a time machine, Lois and Clark learn of their future together and the Utopia created by their descendants. They then race to keep a fugitive from the future from killing Superman as a baby. |
Episode 19 - Target: Jimmy Olsen!Jimmy Olsen becomes a deadly threat to everyone around him when a mind-controlling virus is activated in his system. Lois and Clark risk their own lives to save their young friend. Jim Pirri ("Reasonable Doubts") and Michelle Phillips ("Knots Landing") guest star. |

Episode 21 - Whine, Whine, WhineSuperman is forced to get a lawyer when someone he saves sues him for damages incurred during the rescue. Lois discovers a secret about Dan Scardino's livelihood, and she and Clark decide to have a romantic relationship. Kay Lenz ("Reasonable Doubts"), Bruce Campbell ("The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr.") and Martin Mull ("Roseanne") guest star. |
Episode 22 - And the Answer Is...Superman's real identity is in danger of being exposed by a diary written by a man from the future. Clark finally asks Lois to marry him, but the question she asks is even bigger. |
