Meanwhile, Rusty's biological mother, Sharon Beck (recurring guest star Ever Carradine) returns with some surprising news.

Episode 3 - Foreign AffairsAfter an ISIS-related attack against a member of the U.S. Armed Services, the FBI asks for Captain Raydor's help in finding a terrorist. Raydor and the team join the Bureau in a race against the clock before the suspected terrorist can strike again.

Helping Rothman as a defense investigator is Amy's old nemesis, Mark Hickman (guest star Jason Gedrick). Ron Marasco guest-stars as Judge Grove.

Meanwhile, Julio Sanchez works to obtain legal guardianship of Mark Jarvis while Andy Flynn prepares a special surprise for Sharon.
