Episode 1 - Codename: LoserWhen Tim is forced to confront the fact that Marcus doesn't respect him, he decides to make big changes in his life and quits his dead end job. But his interview for a menial data entry position in the Civil Service takes an unexpected turn when it transpires he has in fact sat and passed the MI5 entrance exams and is offered the chance to become a spy, working for the unpredictable Examiner.

Episode 2 - Codename: TrampWhen the obsessive family counsellor encourages Tim to be more of a hero to his son, Tim opportunistically pretends to have saved the life of a helpless tramp. But the plan backfires when the tramp moves in and, with Marcus' assistance, begins to make Tim's life a misery.

Episode 3 - Codename: GradesWhen Marcus excludes Tim from the school Parent/Teacher evening, Tim takes his revenge by hacking into the school database and changing his grades. But Tim's enjoyment of Marcus' fall from grace is short-lived when Marcus gets suspended from school forcing Tim to appease the needy Philip, whilst irresponsible babysitter Chris leads Marcus astray.

Episode 4 - Codename: BookclubWhen Marcus forbids Tim from joining his book club until he can demonstrate greater cultural awareness, Tim asks for Caitlin's help to educate him. But when Tim discovers that he has romantic feelings for her, he stupidly follows Chris' advice on how to seduce her. Meanwhile, it transpires that Marcus' book club is actually a front for an illegal casino which will set him in conflict with Justine.

Episode 5 - Codename: BloodThings start to look up for Tim when he accepts a promotion in exchange for helping the Examiner out of a tight spot with the internal drug test. But it all starts falling apart when Tim is sent off to rehab. Meanwhile, when Marcus stands up to some school bullies, Philip enlists him as a prefect only to see him degenerate into an officious vigilante.

Episode 6 - Codename: PortisIt's the day of the custody hearing and MI5 final exams. Things are looking positive but when Tim is encouraged by the exuberant judge to act upon his feelings for Caitlin, he arrives to find a former lover has beaten him to it. And as the exams come to an end, Tim is forced to decide whether to continue to fight for custody of his son.
