Episode 1 - The Con ManAfter Connor unsuccessfully tries to infiltrate the dojo, the Ninjas learn that he is after the Floating Sword, and they realize he is much more treacherous than they ever imagined.

Episode 2 - Flint ForsterAmanda develops a dangerous crush on Flint Forster, a "Robin Hood" type thief. While trying to keep her budding romance a secret, Owen misinterprets Amanda's cagey behavior and thinks she's crushing on Mike.

Episode 3 - Shadow FlyOwen gets an ego boost when a photo of him in his ninja suit goes viral. Before Owen can reap the benefits, The Shadow Master, an impostor looking to capitalize on ninja popularity, comes forward and steal's Owen's moment.

Episode 4 - Grounded NinjaMike gets grounded after Martin catches him sneaking out of the house. Now Mike must get out of his grounding and help the ninjas stop Evil Grandpa and the Ishina from locating the dojo with their mapping device.

Episode 5 - Kid QOwen partners up with the unassuming genius Quentin for the annual science fair, but winning is the least of their worries when the assistant to a famous scientist steals their invention and uses it for his vengeance.

Episode 6 - Cheer FeverKylie, a rival cheerleader from Amanda's past is released from juvie and holds a grudge against Amanda. Knowing Kylie is up to no good, Mike and Owen go undercover as cheerleaders to catch her.

Episode 7 - The Ishina Strike BackMike forgets Martin's birthday and covers by throwing him a last minute party. But when the house is overrun by Ishina Mike has to continue the birthday charade and get his dad out of the house.

Episode 8 - Enter the DojoAfter the dojo is destroyed, the Ninjas bring in Kid Q to fix it and bring Hologramps back. Kid Q overstays his welcome and then lets the Ninjas' old nemesis Two Ton Harley out of prison.

Episode 9 - Finding ForsterFlint Forster learns Amanda's real identity and he gets a glimpse into her ninja life. But when Trip, a student who deals in counterfeit credit cards, takes Amanda and Flint hostage, Mike has to save his rival too.

Episode 10 - WallflowerOwen pursues his crush on Paloma Peru, while Gina, a twisted Benjamin Rush student, pursues her own obsessive crush on Owen. Meanwhile, Mike and Amanda bond after they both get hurt filming an audition tape for a game show.

Episode 11 - M@yhemThe Ninjas investigate Mayhem, a social media star who organizes flash mobs to incite chaos. Owen is getting closer to Paloma, but Mike and Amanda have concerns since she made it her mission to investigate the Ninjas.

Episode 12 - Spring FlingMike is crushed after Flint asks Amanda to the Spring Fling. The night gets worse when he must team up with Flint to rescue Amanda who gets kidnapped. Amanda struggles with a decision to stay in Empire City or study in Paris.

Episode 13 - The Floating SwordCousin Connor returns as a spy for Evil Grandpa, and discovers that the Kata, an old martial arts form, is the key to finding the Floating Sword. Amanda struggles with the results of a career aptitude test.
