Episode 1 - A New Regime8 months after TNS' Regional loss, auditions take place for the next A-Troupe in the new east studio. Michelle is surprised when a familiar face turns up and announces she is studio head.

Episode 2 - Go West, Young MichelleMichelle makes a surprising announcement that tears the studio in two, and as Emily puts her new A-Troupe to work, dancers struggle to adapt to her new strict philosophy.

Episode 3 - Dance, Lies and HoverboardsAn new dancer, Kingston, might not have what it takes to be part of the team. Richelle is made dance captain of TNS East and befriends Lola. Piper offers to help Amy conceal her secret from her mother, but is discovered by Emily.

Episode 4 - Leon MeEmily hires a guest choreographer to teach a hip-hop class for TNS East, but when TNS West shows up too Emily is thrown into an awkward situation. A TNS West dancer gets on to the dance, making her former friend shunt her out.

Episode 5 - It's All Fun and Games…Amy's mum discovers that she is not dancing with Emily's A-Troupe. Noah tries to find an excuse to back out of a duet with Richelle, and do it with Jacquie instead.

Episode 6 - No Good DeedEmily and Daniel give Amy another shot to make it into A-Troupe. Noah admits to Jacquie that Henry is the reason that is causing their relationship to be awkward.

Episode 7 - HeathersPiper finds a new dancer for TNS West, whilst Zara has to choose between maths and dancing in TNS East.

Episode 8 - 12 Hour Party PeopleTNS West throw a Dance-A-Thon, where people have to dance for 12 hours without stopping, in order to fund a new member for their team. When the to-be member doesn't accept, TNS West change the Dance-A-Thon to be for all dancers.

Episode 9 - A Tale of Two EldonsTNS West get their 10th and final dancer. Former A-Troupe member, Eldon, agrees to choreograph for both TNS East and TNS West, without Emily and Michelle knowing.

Episode 10 - United and DividedPiper struggles to cope being around her duet partner. Noah quits TNS East and joins TNS West. Henry must decide if he is ready to move on from an old break-up.

Episode 11 - East Meets WestTNS East finally competes against TNS West for a spot to chance at Regionals, Miss Kate brings in Riley and James to judge the competition.

Episode 12 - Brave New WorldKingston and Ozzy discover the Elliot has a secret which could mean that TNS East's win does not count. Sloane returns to give LaTroy an opportunity of a lifetime. Noah and Jacquie's relationship becomes tense.

Episode 13 - TNS: Civil WarMiss Kate makes a shocking decision that will affect the future of TNS East and TNS West; Noah and Jacquie take their relationship to the next level.

Episode 14 - Stand Together or Fall ApartAmy and Piper come up with a plan that might get both TNS East and West into Regionals.

Episode 15 - This Changes EverythingBoth TNS East and TNS West work on choreography to show Miss Kate, Amy has to leave TNS and Emily and Michelle struggle to co-operate when they get locked in Emily's office by Ozzy.

Episode 16 - Stand and DeliverNow that TNS East and TNS West have combined, they are now TNS. The dancers must vote for a new dance captain.

Episode 17 - Oh Brother! Why Art Thou Here?Zara, Jacquie and Richelle compete to see who will get a hip hop solo in the Regional's Qualifier Video. Josh learns to connect with his brother and Piper and Heather have some trouble.

Episode 18 - I Have a VisionThe team is about to start recording their Regional's Qualifier Video when Ozzy shows them a video from another team. The team realises that their video won't be as good so they decide to re-choreograph the whole entire thing.

Episode 19 - Snap DecisionNoah is having trouble choreographing a contemporary section for the qualifier video so he asks Jacquie to do it instead. Lola struggles to keep Richelle's secret a secret so she turns to Heather for help but things don't turn out the way it should.

Episode 20 - Pointe of No ReturnThe dancers are finally going to shoot the qualifier video. Piper discovers she has feelings for Josh. Daniel discovers Richelle's secret and tells Emily. Something happens that could change The Next Step forever…
