Episode 1 - The Silent TreatmentThe day after Cody and Bailey have broken up, Cody leaves the ship and joins the Brotherhood of the Hooded Brothers in order to heal his wounds. Meanwhile, London takes Bailey to the guru of the broken heart, Miss Tutweiller, for heartache advice.

Episode 2 - Rat TaleWhen Cody and Bailey are returning each other's things after their breakup, they begin arguing over who should keep Buck, their pet rat. After Buck bites Woody, Zack jokingly tells him that he is developing the characteristics of a rat.

Episode 3 - So You Think You Can DateStill healing from their breakup, Bailey and Cody lie to each other and both claim they have a date to the upcoming dance. London and Zack both offer up misguided advice on how Bailey and Cody should act to get dates, which surprisingly works.

Episode 4 - My Oh Maya!When Zack asks Maya on a date, she refuses him because she thinks he's a player. Zack sets out to change her mind by using Cody's 6 month plan and realizes that he really does care for Maya.

Episode 5 - Das BootsZack convinces Maya to help him and Woody transfer London's shoes to her shoe submarine. While trying to flirt, he accidently causes the sub to submerge, trapping them with only 30 minutes of oxygen.

Episode 6 - Bon VoyageWhen someone causes a flood in the brand new Aqua Lounge, Mr. Moseby decides he's had enough and the culprit will be kicked off the boat. Meanwhile, Marcus decides to film a musical based on his hit song "Retainer Baby" to restart his career.

Episode 7 - Computer DateArwin comes aboard the ship to convert the Tipton into a 'smart ship' with a central computer that controls everything. With Cody's help he installs 'Cal' or rather 'Callie' as the computer turns out to be a girl.

Episode 8 - Party On!When singer Sean Kingston comes aboard the boat and falls for London, Zack tells him he'll help him plan a party for London to win her over. But, Zack secretly uses Sean's money to throw a party for Maya's birthday instead.

Episode 9 - Love and WarZack and Maya are finally a couple, and Zack is surprising everyone by being a good boyfriend. But Zack soon faces his first challenge - Maya is chosen to recite a poem at Poetpalooza at the same time as an important 'guys' video game night.

Episode 10 - The Ghost and Mr. MartinThe Tipton is docked in New Orleans during the 150th anniversary celebration of the sinking of the steamship Jesse Bell. When strange, paranormal things begin to happen to Zack, he begins to believe that the captain of the ship is haunting him.

Episode 11 - Trouble in TokyoThe Tipton docks in Tokyo and Zack and Cody visit Carey on set of a Japanese soda commercial she's been hired for. But when Zack wrecks the set and Carey doesn't have enough money to pay for the damages, Mr. Hashimoto forces them to work off the debt.
